Parents are demanding answers after a Texas teacher reportedly invited female students to dress up in Islamic garb and told the class to refer to Muslim terrorists as freedom fighters.

Texas state Sen. Dan Patrick, chairman of the Senate Education Committee, has launched an investigation into the incident. He told Fox News he was disturbed after seeing a photograph of female students wearing burqas and learning that students were reportedly taught that the cause for Egypt’s turmoil is democracy, not the Muslim Brotherhood, based on an article by the Washington Post.

The lesson on Islam was apparently taught in a world geography class at Lumberton High School in Lumberton, Texas, Fox News Radio’s Todd Starnes reports.

One parent told Fox News she was “outraged” after she discovered a photograph of her 14-year-old daughter wearing a burqa on Facebook. “I felt my blood press go through my head,” she added.

“As parents we should have been made aware of this and I felt like the line had been crossed,” the parent said. “Christian kids who want to pray have to do it outside of school hours – yet Islam is being taught to our kids during school hours.”

The girl’s dad wants to know why his daughter was learning about Islam in a geography course.

Most of you guys don’t have a CLUE as to how far The Youth Culture has been indoctrinated into identifying with the JihadiNazis.
My evidence for this is what I’ve found (and my training in and understanding of “Marketing Strategy” equips me to identify) in my teenage sons’ CALL of DUTY games.
Most of the last several offerings COD Modern Warfare 2 and 3 and COD Black Ops 1&2, where you would EXPECT to be first person shooting RagaMuzzies ACTUALLY have you virtually snuffing RUSSIANS.
Rogue Americans, some Cubans, a smattering of Columbian Druggies and an Occasional Somali, but hardly ANY JihadiNazis. They move you on from THOSE missions as quickly as possible.
In fact–for those of you who remember the Stink a little while back when it got leaked the Newest COD started having Our Kids play AS A TERRORIST breaking OUT of GitMo by killing US Marines–as soon as the stink died down they promptly constructed a “story line” that has Your Kid playing as THE BOSS TERRORIST in several missions and cut scenes, in order that the player DOES “identify with him” (THIS according to interviews WITH the developers). In one you are blowing away as many AMERICAN SOLDIERS as you can. Not rogue badies. “Good” Americans.
The developers say it’s for the peferences of “the International Market”. I say you have no clue how the Sandyknickers are brainwashing your kids.

  I don’t play any of these games, in fact I don’t care for them, but I thank you for your enlightenment of what is being done with them.

  This is all over the place….Think of a popular rapper who buys a liquor company and all of the sudden your teenage son or daughter is talking about this liquor company…….Bottom line is watch what your kids are doing, summer is on the horizon and thats when kids mingle……I worked in a night club for years and watched all of the Pied Piper type episodes to get kids to frequent these clubs or bars, I also watched under cover drug busts that happened a lot too…..So my best advice to you is to pay attention to what your kids are doing, these bars and night clubs would like for me to come back and help them promote, but I can see what it is doing to the youths of America and honestly I have no idea how these clubs are even still paying the bills…Maybe somebody with deep deep pockets is behind them?…They want your children…..

  Uh, first problem why are you letting your kids play COD games? The last few offerings have been rated M for mature… They aren’t for kids…
  
  Secondly, modern warfare 2 about half the game was set in a fictional muslim country against evil islamic terrorist organization with nukes… You complain because it has russians a a threat? Well uh have you been listening to Glenn Beck he still treats Russia as a threat. He is not a fan of Putin, he essentially say the Cold War is not over. Yes there is a bit of irony that Russians probably have more rights that the US has right now, but you do they are still arming the likes of Iran?
  
  Black Ops 1 if you were a student of history, you would realize that game was about the Cold War, most of the missions have to do with russians, cubans, and vietmese because the game is about the US wars with Communism.
  
  Modern Warfare 3, mostly Russians sure. But again see Glenn Beck’s warnings about Russia. The game is about WW3 which as Glenn Beck points out is a very real potential threat in the way the world is currently going. Other than that only two of the levels take place in the Middle East or so.

  Apparently, depending on the choices made throughout the game, and how you stop the main villain (that playable terrorist mentioned above), may cause an uprising in which they help overthrow the US government. This is one of the two bad endings. The other bad ending the villain escapes prison and goes on a murderous rampage in which he kills the good guy, and there is certainly nothing to ‘emphasize’ with the bastard… He is portrayed as a madman through and through.

  I almost think we need Sharia law. Dads won’t have to buy expensive clothes and have to worry about guys lusting after their daughters. If they get caught doing those things they would be stoned to death. If the kids try to be Q_ueer – same thing. Did the teacher really teach about the Burka and what happens if they lift for Fred and those that come out of the closet. No lipstick or makeup to buy and all those designer clothes. These girls might even be able to cook when they marry the guy that dad selects. Dads also won’t have to be worried that their daughter looks like a H_ooker standing on the corner of Grape & Vine.

They are not even hiding it folks, they want Christians to get all riled up so they can gain the “moral high ground”, when in fact, what they are doing, is violating your civil rights by promoting Islam? Not by this specific example, but by sending your tax dollars to foreign nations who proudly remind us they are not political representations, but a religion?

I’m not going to parse this situation out because that’s what they want, focus on tax dollars going to support the religion of Islam in foreign countries, because Democrats can not STAND IT, when you use their own tactics to do what’s right?

These are the next generation of voters coming out of the gates, by keeping students in the dark that parents are supporting the religion of Islam through tax dollars, and they are next in line, they want to play “sensitivity games” trying to keep the sympathy ball rolling?

Their plan is not working, not only are Christians responding firmly and resolutely, we are wrapping all these things up in the US Constitution, because that’s what our ethical duties are to PROMOTE THE US CONSTITUTION?   Last year my daughter’s 5th grade class was studying satanism. Some of the kids dressed in black hooded gowns. They painted a pentagram on the floor in the gymnasium and then sacraficed a goat and drank its blood. I wasn’t aware of what happened until my cat came up missing and my daughter confessed that she had developed a taste for blood. She told me what had happened at school so I complained to the school and they said they would investigate. They said its no big deal because the kids volunteered to do it and they also talked about Charly Manson’s followers and those Jim Jones people in the same lesson. I guess it was really no big deal.

We must never forget that islam IS NOT A RELIGION – it is a death-cult – muslims ARE terrorists and sworn enemies of the United States and Christianity. Parents if you are going to keep your kids in public school you need to educate them about Islam yourself. Teach your kids that they are not to comply with any lesson that encourages acceptance of Islam and if push comes to shove you will have their backs against school authorities.

Please, find a way to remove your children from Government education. Local schools run by local parents, home schooling, christian schooling — any form of education for children other than what is being handed to our children. They are not being educated in the true history of our US. Contact your school boards and vote out any members who agree with CSCOPE.

  Absolutely!!!!!!! Deluge that school administration at the next board meeting. Do NOT let up! Have that class eliminated or someone will have to pay!

It appears the Texas Board of Education needs to get off it’s laurels and investigate the entire system, including this “CSCOPE”, whatever that stands for.

  I agree. Pull your kids out of public school and home school.
  Do whatever it takes, so one parent can be home, to teach the kids.
  Downsize. Get rid of the expensive house, vehicles, and luxuries.
  The future of America is at stake.
  
  It won’t be long before the Government outlaws home schools.
  They hate it when anyone escapes from the Government Plantation.

Parents are demanding answers after a Texas teacher reportedly invited female students to dress up in Islamic garb and told the class to refer to Muslim terrorists as freedom fighters.

Naaa there’s no chance of indoctrination going on in our schools.

I will say that a surprising amount of these stories seem to be coming from Texas. That being the case I have to wonder how bad it is everywhere else.

They just made the ugly ones put them on, no harm no foul.

Next week demonstrations on how to properly hobble a chinese womans foot so she can’t run away.

Next month will be proper way to beat a woman without leaving marks and mental abuse, Do’s and Dont’s.

  I used to think the same thing, but I started fighting back against our school and taught my son when to throw the BS flag on his teachers. In fact a lot of parents did the same thing, and we did get rid of a few teachers out here. In fact, a couple of Principles left in the last few years. My son and his friends did something great to an english teacher they had, she would start going into rants about the enviornment and green energy, and I told my son to simply stop her and ask if this was going to be on the test. His friends started doing that and asking “What does this have to do with english?” after a few weeks she got the message, especially when, everytime she went into a rant, they would pull out their phones and start taping her. After that, she stuck to the lesson plans. She transfered to a Denver school at the end of the year.
