Oregon Couple Claims This Is UFO Footage of a Flying ‘Metal Disc of Some Sort’

On the same day a meteor created a window-breaking sonic boom in Russia, a couple in Oregon claim to have captured an object flying through the night sky. Only, they describe it as more unusual than your everyday shooting star or zooming fireball.

Heather Scherffius and Gregory Soldner of Grant Pass told KOBI 5 they don’t believe in UFOs. The event they captured on video on Feb. 15 though leaves them with a lingering but.

“It looked like a metal disk of some sort. I’m not sure, but it was metal and the way it moved was wierd. I mean I don’t believe in flying saucers but…,” Soldner said to KOBI 5.

“I myself find it hard to believe. But you got it see it,” Soldner added.

The pair described the object as being stationary for a few minutes and then moving up, down and in a zigzag pattern. They said it was in the sky for 20 to 30 minutes.

KOBI 5 reported that it added a filter to the video footage to improve the object’s visibility. The station also contacted the Federal Aviation Administration, which said it would be conducting an investigation into the claims.

This wasn’t the only celestial event reported to come around the same time as Russia’s meteor news. Some speculated that slime found in a U.K. nature reserve came from a meteor they saw flying through their sky around the same date — experts though link it to frog spawn.

It was probably either KING Barrach, or QUEEN Michelle’s BIG JET PLANE “pausing” to decide: “Which” restaurant, “What” TV Show `or AWARD CEREMONY they want to “CRASH” next, `or “Which” Golf Course “He” (His Majesty) would like to tee-off on the next day at Taxpayer’s expense. QUESTION BEING: Why Work (???) when can dine out, play golf or decide on “Where” to go on another vacation ??? That’s all it was— Nothing to worry about….It’s just their indecisiveness!

UFOs do exist. The misinformation group makes phony crop circles to cover up the real ones. Unfortunately they can not duplicate the radiation left in the real ones.

Stan Deyo says we have UFOs and he knows because he worked on the project.

When one flies over your house will you believe in them then?

I am from Oregon and I never rule anything out. Most likely this was something from our government, but when I was in the Navy, I was on Port lookout when Aft lookout called in two bogies. I turned, saw them and they looked like two blue fireballs, flying in formation (one slightly behind the other). I reported it also and we were told there was nothing on radar, to report again, so we both reported back, they were flying very fast about 2-300 feet above the water, they turned upward and shot straight up until they disappeared, which only took a few seconds. Nothing was ever seen on radar, nobody could answer what they were, so with that scenario, they truly were unidentified flying objects.

  Stoners know Southern Oregon grows some of the best pot, and there are a whole lot of weed growers in the Grants Pass area. Many of the plantations are run Mexican cartels and guarded by “Aliens” (but not the kind from space).

Speaking of drones, we need to create a new sport of ‘shooting drone’. If you can shoot skeet, why not shoot drone? We should use camo blinds to hide in, with your shotgun and see how many drones you can collect for your wall at home.

Lot of my fellow R/C plane flyers around the country fly at night with LED lights. Electric planes are nearly silent and are often mistaken for UFOs.

My niece and her husband witnessed bright round ball-like objects flying in and out of some clouds last summer in Buffalo, MN. She said they definitely looked like solid objects and not ball lightning. They intelligently moved around each other and in and out of the clouds. She didn’t believe in UFOs until that moment.

If you ever go camping and are away from the big city lights, stare up into the late night sky for an hour. You’ll see tiny satellites flying across the sky. Some are amazingly bright like the Iridium Satellites. I guarantee you will see other things in the sky that should NOT fly in the direction they are moving. Some even stop and change direction. I’ve camped hundreds of times in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in NE Minnesota. Seen those bizarre things happen every time the skies were cloudless. When I show people on my camping trips, they freak out and stop watching.

In answer to the question regarding reports of THIS UFO, the FAA responded (paraphrased) “Very few UFO sightings are reported, however, we’ll begin an investigation into “what was flying over Grant’s Pass” will begin on Tuesday.”
