Egyptian Cleric’s Bizarre Claim: Christianity ‘Originated in the Worship of Penis’ — and Check Out His Views on Christian Women

Earlier this month, Egyptian cleric Ahmad Mahmoud Abdullah offered some intriguing theories about how Christianity came to fruition. In a Feb. 13, 2013 appearance on Al-Omma TV (also spelled al-Ummah), the religious leader said that the faith originated in the worship of male genitalia. Abdullah, known, too, by followers as Abu Islam, also charged that Christian women train dogs to act as substitutes for their husbands.

“I swear to God the almighty, and I am not lying that the church worship originated in the worship of penis. I swear to God. This is documented in dozens of pictures,” he said during his on-air sermon. “Let me tell you something — it’s indecent, but true. Take a look at a picture of Jesus and you’ll see a penis, right there…There are many pictures like this. They worship it.”

Islam also said that Christian women train dogs to act as replacements for their husbands. While it’s unclear what, exactly, he meant, he was, no doubt, attempting to further make disparaging comments about believers.

“[Christian women] raise cats and dogs as a substitute for husbands. They train their dogs to play the husband. I swear to God I am not lying,” he continued. “They buy dogs for this purpose. They train dogs to play the husband on them. Christian women do that.”

As TheBlaze noted earlier this month, Abu Islam, the owner of Al-Omma TV, is no stranger to controversy. Recently, he alleged that female protesters on Tahrir Square “want to be raped.” And, according to Al Arabiya, he has faced legal hurdles for ripping a Bible apart in front of the American embassy in Cairo following the release of an anti-Islam film last year.

    Well better than being treated worse than dogs like muslim women. Muslim men treat their women like they do because they don’t like the idea of them being smarter than the them.     It looks like these clerics work the same way the Obama admin does. Everything they falsely claim we are responsible for is really just an admission of their own guilt of the same deed or thought. There has to be a name for this syndrome. Any Psychiatrists on the Blaze know what this psychosis is called? I wonder if they make Burkas for cats and dogs where this guy comes from. PETA should definitely take a look into this.

      It’s funny coming from a cleric who’s most revered prophet was a pedophile who married a six year old girl but was “kind enough” to wait until she was 9 before bedding her.
      One Muslim Cleric recently reiterated the “acceptability” of this pedophilia by issuing a “fatwah” saying that muslim males may bed young girls so long as “the child can bear the man’s weight”.

      Avengerk….You are right. However….in their tradition he may have waited until she was 9 before he had intercourse with her but he could (and probably did) do other sexual things with her. THey would do whatever you can imagine without having intercourse until the child was 9, One of their favorite things was to rub their members up and down on their small vaginas without entering.       Many Muslim’s do not like dogs and treat them like vermin. Likewise, the dogs in Muslim countries typically do not like the Muslim’s. When I was deployed to Egypt we had dogs on our remote compounds as sentries and to keep the locals away. We had to lock them up whenever a contractor came to work on something. I was very tempted to run over a little brat in Afghanistan when I saw him pelt a dog in the face with a baseball size rock. Lucky for him we had some where more important to be.
