We Know You Want to See the ‘Duck Dynasty’ Crew’s Jimmy Kimmel Appearance

If you’re a fan of the A&E show “Duck Dynasty” (and we know many of you are based on the success of their stories on the site this week) you’re going to want to watch how things went when the boys from the bayou appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Tuesday. In short: it was quacktacular.

Sure there was the in-studio interview where Uncle Si explained how his famous stories are definitely “95%” true. And there was Phil describing how he handles fans who show up to his house. But the true highlight was a fake commercial the crew did in response to Kimmel’s musical guest cancelling because the Duck Dynasty guys were scheduled to be on.

In short, the guest — Morrissey — said he couldn’t be on the show with “animal serial killers.” So Kimmel and the guys showed off their new line of vegan calls (the video opens with an explanation, and the commercial starts at 1:25):

Learned about Duck Dynasty on the Blaze and started watching it. Hulu does not charge to view the repeat episodes. Real people with old-fashioned family values!

Phil lays it on the line: “Your mother is giving you good sound advice. If I were you I’d take that advice. If not you got to deal with me – and I’ll tear your **** up!”. His grandson’s are sitting and playing video games all day long, so he takes them fishing – “outside”. The kids don’t know how to communicate outside of “texting”, and Phil says, “How bout’ we run by Walmart and pick you two up a ‘personality’”.

This entire family is about Faith, Ideals, Hard Work Ethics, and American Freedom. And (shame – shame) look where it got them. Millions of dollars, fame, and true happiness by not compromising their values. Just how many ‘bitchy millionair stars’ are nothing but trouble because “they’re so unhappy and depressed”. Not these guys. Happiness by clean family values and living by the Bible. NOW let the floodgates of Liberal critics tear me apart in order to look ‘cool’ with comments. Remember what Phil stated about Morrisey (sp) ditching because of their “murdering practices”: “We still love him as our brother” (meaning in Christ). Wish all of America had just a tenth of the values that this family has.

I have a firm hope that most Americans are still like these guys. But our majority is withering fast if we don’t start taking a harder stand against those who are attacking the traditions that made this Country great.

Love these guys. Their individual accomplishments are quite impressive. Phil (“dad”) in College was actually the STARTING Quarterback, and Terry Bradshaw was HIS BACKUP! He also has a masters degree in English Lit.. Check out their website and that this family are NOT just ‘backwoods hillbillies’. Both Phil and Willy regularly speak at faith seminars, and at their church. The “family gatherings” and “prayer” are NOT “made for TV”. These people are the real deal, and America is tuning in for that reason.

LOVE how Phil got his ‘digs’ in about the “yuppies” and “atheists”. True Robertson fashion!

Feinstein at best consider that THESE people are against any type of gun grab and Liberal ways. Just take a close look at Phil, and listen how he speaks. Would YOU want to try and take away HIS guns? This guy was drafted by the NFL and said “No”, because football season would mess up his Duck hunting.

my sons love the show.
they have succeeded at something they like to do…
they don’t force anyone to buy or use what they make.
they aren’t trying to force anyone to appreciate or support what they do outside of work.
This is an American success story.
I wonder how Morrissey would react if suddenly itunes refused to sell his songs because bigger stars were insulted or outraged at his politics or lyrics or tuneless rendition of song.

Glad that the Dynasty folks are laughing at the controversy instead of getting in a snit. America needs more of this instead of the indignation and rush to litigation.
