Dutch TV Airs Video of Muslim Immigrants Proudly Hating Jews and Praising Hitler

A Dutch researcher was visibly exasperated during an interview he conducted with a group of Turkish Muslim immigrant teenagers when they repeatedly and unabashedly expressed to him on camera their hatred of Jews and admiration for Hitler.

During the interview that aired on Nederland 2 last month which has now been subtitled in English, the Muslim boys proudly describe how they feel about Jews, even though none appears to know any members of the Jewish faith. One even says, “Hitler should have killed all Jews.”

Their words are particularly troubling considering the majority of the country’s Jews were deported to concentrations camps during the Nazi occupation of Holland. The interviewer asks the boys what they know about Anne Frank, the Dutch Jewish girl famous for the diary she kept describing her life while hiding from the Nazis for two years in Amsterdam. At least one of the boys knew she died of typhus in a Nazi concentration camp.

Addressing the Holocaust, one boy says, “On the one hand, I’m satisfied with what Hitler did with the Jews. I am being really honest.”

His friends – who look around the same age as Anne Frank was when she died – echo that they agree.

The boy smiles as he says: “What Hitler said about Jews is that there will be one day when you see that I am right that I killed all the Jews. And that day will come.”

A second boy tries to justify the anti-Semitism expressed by his friends:

Boy: The hatred for the Jews is because they will try to steal somebody’s country like in Gaza. They kill a lot of people.

Interviewer: Is that why you hate Jews?

Boy: Yes

Interviewer: So you think it’s justified that Hitler killed millions of Jews?

Boy: Yes, because now millions of Palestinians are being killed.

Interviewer: No, not millions. Who tells you this?

His friend sums up his view: “As far as I’m concerned, Hitler should have killed all Jews” (other boys laugh).

Acknowledging they have no Jewish friends, the teen adds, “You don’t have to know any Jews to say something about them.”

Insisting even native Dutch teens in their school hate Jews, one of the Turkish immigrants says, “Nobody in our school likes Jews. Come to our school I mean it.”

Despite the offensive words spoken, the interview is jovial in tone, interspersed with smiles and laughs.

Here’s another part of the exchange:

Interviewer: So you use the word Jew as a part of name-calling?

Boy 1: Yes, it is a cursing word.

Boy 2: If you call somebody names, you really wish them bad things. For example: cancer. People curse with the word cancer because you wish them the worst. It is the same with the word Jew. ‘Jew’ equals evil. That is why we use the word.

Interviewer: How can you say stuff like that? You shock me.

The interviewer, Mehmet Sahin, is a researcher at Vrije Universiteit who aims to reeducate Turkish youths in Arnhem in the Netherlands, according to Arutz 7.

Calling them “pathetic boys,” Sahin challenges them that they will think differently a year from now. They say he’s wasting his time but shake his hand nonetheless, accepting the challenge on a 50 euro bet.

“I hate Jews period. You can’t get that thought out of my mind,” said one of the youths. The researcher clearly has his work cut out for him.

In the wake of the broadcast, a Jewish group is now calling on the government to investigate anti-Semitism in Dutch high schools. “Anti-Semitic biases seem much more widespread than earlier presumed among children of immigrant families, as well as native Dutch pupils,” the Center for Information and Documentation on Israel (CIDI) wrote to Education, Culture and Science Minister Jet Bussemaker.

  CAIR simply does not care. It’s not their agenda. They only wish to fool you long enough to subvert you or kill you. I don’t understand why they simply don’t go back to their own wonderful country and make it more worthy of human existance.   I love that you say the end is near and talk about a nation forgetting God, but then you say prepare…Like when the rapture comes we should have been doing anything besides trying to help people understand God’s love for them…prepare for what? If the end comes, with what I assume to be your beliefs in mind, you will be gone one way or the other. Nothing you prepare for physically can change where you go…just an interesting statement I guess…

Do they even know that Albanian Muslims saved 2,000 Jews during Nazi-occupation risking their own lives to live by a code of faith and honor called Besa. Besa is an Albanian word, it is part of Islamic culture and teachings. An ancient code which requires people to endanger their own lives if necessary to save a life.

  Agree. Had the opportunity to get to know many Kosovars when we lived in N.Y. I am Jewish and we got along fine. I am still in touch with them and count them as my friends. As it was explained to me: in Albania, everybody is treated the same. I also understand that, in addition to saving their own Jews in WWII, they saved all the Jews coming through Albania who had escaped from Greece. Bulgaria did this too. The Muslim world today could learn a lot from the people in the Balkans.

  Concentration camps? Most racist state? On what basis are you making those claims exactly? In my definition of concentration camp the people living there don’t generally have a government body, armed police forces, the right to leave, and in general the birth rate is approximately zero. Moreover in the real concentration camps the victims were all forced to dress the same, couldn’t produce their own food, were forced to perform hard labor, and the genders were segregated.
  
  Why don’t you stop using rhetoric and try arguing with actual facts? Afraid the actual facts won’t fulfill your intentions? If Israel is racist, why do Muslim citizens sit on Israel’s Supreme Court? Why do you speak of walls when the “wall” you speak of is over 90% fence? Can you name even one person who was driven off his land by Israel (other than the Jews the were forcibly evicted by Israel during the Gaza withdrawal)?

  The Liberty was ordered into an active war zone. Why was it stationed there? Why were US planes scrambled to help the Liberty ordered to stand down? Why was the Liberty’s presence not made clear to the waring factions? Didn’t Israel immediately claim responsibility and apologize? It’s not as though you can prove that Israel intended to kill Americans.

Many Druze have served in Israel’s military even though they aren’t obligated to. The only true thing is that non-Jewish Israelis aren’t currently required to join the military at the age of 18.
  
  And as for Jewish settlements, what was on that land prior to those being built? The answer is there was nothing there. The land was unowned and undeveloped.
  
  You want to see true racism? Look up the laws issued by the PA, specifically the one that proscribes the death penalty to any Palestinian who sells land to a Jew. Look up how Abbas has declared that his “Palestinian State” will be a Jew-free zone.

  Oh and one more thing, when was there even a nation, state, or people called Palestinians prior to 1967? The closest you get is the term Palestinian being used to describe one’s place of permanent residence, similar to calling a native of NY a “New Yorker”. As for there being no nation of Israel, it would be more accurate to say that Israel was a stateless nation as Jews have always thought of themselves as “Am Yisroel” which literally means the “nation of Israel”. Moreover, by that argument there is no grounds for the existence of the USA. There was never any prior state by that name prior to 1776.

  Your link talks about Tel Aviv, a city founded in 1909 when the region was under Turkish rule. It tries to argue that this city replaced Jaffa despite the fact that Jaffa still exists and that Tel Aviv was built alongside Jaffa. In fact, the UN partition proposal from 1947 made Jaffa an Arab enclave separate from Tel Aviv.
  
  The article also mentions towns abandoned in the 1948 war. I don’t see how this is relevant. Israel had to absorb over 700,000 refugees following its founding. Were they supposed to not settle them in certain areas because of abandoned property? The residents weren’t driven out so Jews could live there, they left and their land was appropriated by the government afterwards.
  
  Besides, my point was in regards to the “settlements” built after 1967 not the towns built upon abandoned villages. Moreover, Haaretz is Israel’s leftist news source so as a rule they are highly critical of Israel and the “settlers” in particular while favoring Palestinians.

  @Varrag, You need to read some history, it might enlighten you. At the time of Christ the Jewish nation was called Judea and it’s capital was Jeruselem although it was being ruled by Rome at the time. The Roman’s coined the term Palestine even though it was the Jewish homeland. Israel became a nation in 1948 and not 1946. They asked the Arabs to stay and become Israeli citizens with the same rights as anyone else.
