Local news station KREM-TV in Spokane, Washington, is reporting that a military aircraft has crashed in the state and that sources are telling the outlet three people have died.
The outlet says Navy authorities have confirmed the crash and that the Harrington City Clerk says their office has received an email saying three people were killed.
“A witness tells KREM 2 News he heard an ‘incredble boom’ at about 8:30 Monday morning and saw a large plume of smoke,” the website reports. “Joel Cronrath says he went toward the scene and saw wreckage from the crash. Cronrath says he drives a bus, and often sees military fighter jets training in the area, performing difficult maneuvers. Cronrath says information he gathered from authorities on the scene is that three people died in the crash.”
U.S. Navy Lt. Kakiel told the station that the plane was a Navy EA-6B Prowler that crashed in a field around 8:30 a.m. Monday. The plane was from Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, which is located 90 miles north of Seattle.
“NAS Whidbey Island is the premier naval aviation installation in the Pacific Northwest and home of all Navy tactical electronic attack squadrons flying the EA-6B Prowler and EA-18G Growler,” the station’s website says. “Adding to the depth and capability of the air station are four P-3 Orion Maritime Patrol squadrons and two Fleet Reconnaissance squadrons flying the EP-3E Aries.”
This is a breaking story. Updates will be added.

Mar. 11, 2013 at 6:13pmThe EA-6B is an old but reliable aircraft which seats 4 crewmembers. Was it flying with a crew of 3 or did one survive?

Mar. 11, 2013 at 4:11pmApparently three American servicemen and/or women lost their lives in that crash and some of you are worried about yourselves? Go ahead and launch your stupid conspiracy theories at a time like this and one day God will get you it.
My condolences to the families of those servicemen and women – REST IN PIECE, AND THANK YOU, YOU HAVE PAID THE ULTIMATE PRICE AND THAT IS APPRECIATED BY SOME.

Mar. 11, 2013 at 3:44pmI hope they were not spying or filming American citizens if they were its okay by me that they went down. If they were just doing legal training im sorry for all. Justice has to be served if they were doing ilegal things against Americans

Mar. 11, 2013 at 3:17pmDue to over 33 years of cuts the EA-6B has been in service with the U.S. Armed Forces from 1971 through the present.
Thank you to all who wanted to maintain rust and not replace this dinosaur.
I am surprised it wasn’t something older.

Mar. 11, 2013 at 2:52pmIf it was chemtrail pilots, I am going to pop a bottle of champagne !!!!
They assault us all everyday, with Aluminum and Metal oxides, Barium salts and strontium, in addition to other “goodies”.
Any uneducated idiot that claims that that is a “theory”, hasn’t seen the first 15 minutes of this film.

Mar. 11, 2013 at 2:50pmAs an aside and not too far OT.
If they do cut training, usage of the planes (you have to exercise equipment to keep the equipment healthy-I have a 25 year old generator that runs like new) it will get worse.
