Watch the Fake North Korean Propaganda Video That Hysterically Depicts U.S. as Murderous Dystopian Wasteland

An alleged propaganda video out of North Korea depicts America as a dangerous dystopia where citizens buy guns to “kill each other,” the streets are piled high with body bags and people are forced to eat birds to survive.

“This is Americans live today,” a narrator says in the video, according to an English translation. “Drinking coffee made from snow, and living in tents and buying guns to kill each other — especially children.”

The narrator follows up with the fact that “some people complain about the guns” that are killing everyone in the streets.

No birds in the trees because “Americans” ate them all (YouTube)

Attention is then focused on the apparent lack of birds in the trees, which the narrator notes is due to the fact that Americans living in tents have killed and eaten them in order to survive. And of course people are addicted to heroin and drink coffee made of snow in this made-up version of America.

Though American houses “blow down very easily,” the American Red Cross offers materials graciously provided by North Korea to help Americans struggling through unthinkable poverty, the narrator claims.

The narrator also notices how Americans have sneakily “disguised” certain parts of the county to look like foreign countries Europe.

Additionally, a “former Republican candidate from Oregon” makes a cameo to display just how far the nation had fallen. He is forced to get coffee made of snow from trucks.

“They are very grateful to their government for these handouts,” the narrator adds.

The video’s authenticity has not been confirmed at this point and some are calling the video a hoax. It’s also not clear whether the video, posted on Chinese website Ifeng, actually originated out of North Korea. Either way, it’s a pretty entertaining video.

UPDATE: Confirming the suspicions of many, the Huffington Post reports the video above is indeed a hoax.

The man behind the farce? British travel writer Alun Hill, who doesn’t speak a word of Korean.

Hill told The Huffington Post over the phone Wednesday that he received the original video from North Korea’s official Korean Central News Agency, which said it depicts the failure of European democracy.

What do birds live on? Insects? When do we decide to outlaw weather modification and insect control programs, when oxygen levels dip below a certain level, or when birds stop existing? What really is the purpose of HAARP?

What are we seeding clouds with? And what possible good could happen from experimenting with large amounts of energy being sent into the atmosphere? Are we trying to figure out where flying saucers are landing because they are hard to detect, or are we bankrupting farmers, because the UN does not allow war time “weather modification”, but it does allow “peace time” weather modification such as driving farmers out of business with lack of rain?

Americans do not want to be lab rats with GMO, weather modification, and people spraying stuff into the atmosphere, if you are doing that stuff, please stop it? Oh, that’s crazy what are they talking about? Exactly, why is there a “weather future market” in Chicago?

They are speculating that they are spraying the atmosphere with aluminum, which then goes inside your body, and which makes you conductive to radio waves broadcast from your cell phone? If insect populations are affected, there goes your pollination?

N. Korea is not a threat, lack of climate regulation is a greater threat?

That’s about as funny as blaming the tragedy in Benghazi on a video, stop this please? N. Korea is the adopted child of China and Russia? Otherwise sanctions would have worked by now? Time will tell? America can only ask China politely to ask them to behave, this is not a solution?

This is actually a great illustration of how bad our mainstream media is here in the U.S. The only thing different about our media and this N. Korean propaganda is the U.S. mainstream media is a bit more sophisticated in the way they go about with their deception and lies.

Wasn’t Obama, just the other day, declaring that the apocalypse was nigh if the sequester came to pass? And wasn’t the media cheerleading that message everywhere they could? Come to think of it, American media is much much worse than this piece of N. Korean propaganda.

Well, we had bird tonight too. Chicken pot pie and it was good! I think that I’ll settle down now in my 3200 sq. ft., five bedroom, two bath house sitting on two acres and have a beer or two. Wonder how the commoners are doing tonight?

After spending two tours on the DMZ in Korea, I can tell you that this is exactly the kind of BS the North Korean government crams into the minds of their people there. We know it’s fake, but if you have little or no contact with the outside world, then you believe what’s told to you.

Now, having said that…. if we don’t get rid of Hussein Obama and this liberal socialist/communist democrat muslim loving administration… what you see here may very well come to pass in the near future. Think it can’t happen here? THINK AGAIN…

North Korea lies like obama. Anyone can film a handful of homeless people and say the whole country is like that when it isn’t. Obama may want us to be that way. He is probably off somewhere trying to negotiate a deal for the import of North Korean Coffee. Communism has killed over 200 million people or more since it’s inception. It is a grim-reaper of a party.

Reminds me of the mental pictures that the MSM and Washington politicians are painting of those who who abide by our laws and defend our Constition and Bill of Rights. Every day the so called major network shows and politcal hacks tear America down and instill doubt in American life for our children to see. The kids cannot go to school and not fear that their clothes, their speech, or their love for our country will not egnite the teacher’s rath or fear because they may offend someone. Now this type of propaganda is being played by our enemies to drum up hate for our country and it’s people. And the have the nerve to call it NEWS.

Definitely trolled. The title of this video wasn’t changed until 5 minutes ago,when mainstream media finally got the story straight. If any writer had investigated this story earlier or listened to what was going on in the Korean blogosphere they could easily see that this was a parody.
