‘Birther Queen’ Orly Taitz Shouted Down at CPAC Panel

Breitbart.com’s CPAC panel “The Uninvited” was intended to stoke controversy, both within the wider political culture and within CPAC itself, given that its panel consisted entirely of speakers excluded from the conference. But probably no one expected the “Uninvited” panel to “un-invite” one of their own audience members — namely, famous Obama birth certificate conspiracy theorist Orly Taitz. (Video below, courtesy of Salon)

The panel, which concluded with statements from famous anti-Islam firebrands Pamela Gellar and Robert Spencer, had already strayed into territory that the organizers of CPAC would have found uncomfortable, such as the disputed theory that American Conservative Union board members Grover Norquist and Suhail Khan have consciously aided Islamist elements.

“I don’t know Grover Norquist personally. I met him once. I met Suhail Khan twice. I don’t know these guys. What I do know is that they’re completely in bed with the same people Barack Obama is listening to to draft the Muslim Brotherhood-positive foreign policy of the United States, and domestic policy as well,” Spencer argued in the panel, drawing applause.

Then, when the Q&A opened, Taitz stood up and began an impromptu speech of her own, demanding to know why the panel hadn’t tackled the issue of the president’s birth certificate, and advancing arguments common within the so-called “birther” community. Gellar didn’t directly tackle the issue of birtherism, but did snap at Taitz for her presumption.

“I think there’s enough substance on this panel, I mean how many topics can you handle?” Gellar asked. “Inappropriate, really.”

Taitz, however, wasn’t interested in what Geller had to say. She wanted to nail Breitbart executive chairman Stephen Bannon to the wall, and asked him aggressively why he and his site hadn’t touched the issue. Bannon responded citing the late Andrew Breitbart’s own feelings on the issue, before Taitz interrupted him.

“You don’t talk for someone who is dead!” Taitz demanded.

“We are not a birther site,” Bannon said.

“That shows that you have no integrity,” Taitz shrieked, before the audience booed her down.

  Orly Taitz and Donald Trump. Two of the highest profile speakers at CPAC. Despite the idea promoted here – although certainly not before the election – that far right has given up on the birther theme (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/03/15/chris-matthews-goes-on-anti-trump-birther-rant-and-gets-called-out-on-it-nobodys-talking-about-it-but-you/), two of the highest profile speakers at CPAC have name recognition in politics ONLY because of their birther ideas.
  
  Of course that’s Orly Taitz obsession, and birtherism was the platform Trump ran on in his short lived Presidential run.

  Sad state of affairs the country is in right now. No one wants to address seriously the biggest fraud perpetrated on the American People. Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be president! That is a fact, and all one has to do is read the birth certificate that he himself released. His father was not an American citizen. After that fact it does not matter where he was born. A natural born citizen is the highest form of citizenship, and it is a citizen born on US soil to two parents of US citizenship at the time of birth. President was the only office the founders put that requirement on and then it was later made a requirement for VP with the 12th Amendment.
  
  There are at least 5 supreme court rulings on the criteria, which makes it settled law!!!:
  Minor v Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875)
  Shanks v Dupont, 28 U.S. 3 Pet.242 242 (1830) (several of these justices were part of the constitutional convention)
  Dred Scott v Sanford, 60 U.S. 393 (1857)
  United States v Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)
  Perkins v. Elg, 307 U.S. 325 (1939)
  
  So the birther queen is not as whacky as those jackasses on that panel were trying to make her out to be. It takes strength to stand strong on morality. Our problem today is we have too many cowards in positions of authority. And as long as those people run this country we will die as a nation.

  Blaze posting is weird – CPAC Orly Taitz was able to discuss the issue of Obama’s forged IDs with former Attorney General of the United States Edwin Meese Taitz provided Meese a copy of Obama’s 2009 Tax Return, which was posted by Obama on WhiteHouse.gov on April 15, 2010, PDF of which was not initially flattenned before posting, and which contains an unredacted Social Security Number. Taitz also provided Meese E-Verify and SSNVS reports showing that the Social Security number used by Obama was never assigned to Obama , an individual with a stolen Social Security number is residing in the White House.. Taitz advised Meese that she brought a legal challenge in the Federal Court in California and that the Holder Department of Justice appeared on behalf of the U.S. Congress seeking to dismiss the case, presenting to the judge that the U.S. Congress does not want the court to adjudicate on the merits. Taitz related to Meese that a number of U. S. Representatives and U.S. Senators advised Taitz that when the Department of Justice made such statement, the U.S. Attorneys did not consult with the Congress, that the members of Congress were kept in the dark and that we have now a scandal much bigger than Watergate that involves not only the President, but also the Attorney General and the Department of Justice.

  Democrats realized in the 60s that they were not going to be able to stop MLK and the republicans with the civil rights movement. Wanting to still **** on blacks and Indians they made them their slave class (The great society) and for decades have been pushing, and now push harder for TAXing the wealthy and redistribute as entitlements/security that they “feel” the peasants have coming, nevermind, ill get back to the topic.
  
  US Code 1401 statutes for naturalized-at-birth (NAB) US Citizenship still reflect the original intent of the 14th amendment:
  
  Democratic Government classifications are as follows;
  
  NAB #1=JS/STJ Anyone born here subject to the jurisdiction (STJ) of the USA, as in having no other citizenship by natural law is a naturalized-at-birth US Citizen (NAB). (No other jurisdiction means no country alliegence/slave)
  
  Next is Anchor babies (with 2 foreign citizen parents) are not born subject to the jurisdiction of the USA since they are from born foreign citizens (from the parents).
  
  NAB#2=JS/1IND Or, you must have 1 American Indian (1IND) parent (meaning 1 US Citizen) and be born on US soil, jus soli (JS).
  
  NAB#3=NJS/1USC Or, you must have 1 US Citizen parent (1USC) and be born abroad (non jus soli NJS).

  So, the only jus soli JS naturalized-at-birth US Citizenships NAB were meant for former slaves, or for babies with one Indian or US Citizen parent, since Indians are US Citizens. (I know what you are thinking, but you can’t take laws/regulations from 2011 and apply them to the 1960s now, she was not age of majority, but still NAB vs NBC clearly defined)
  
  STJ does not mean 2 foreign parents as “Democrats” falsely espouse, since that would mean having 2 foreign parents have more rights than having 1 US Citizen parent or slave.
  
  Democrats diluted the true rights of Indians and blacks with foreigners for their own political agendas, to create a new slave class (from anchor babies).
  
  It also makes no sense for the law to read “no US Citizen parents born on US soil” are required for NAB Citizenship but the next paragraph says “one US Citizen parent born on US soil” is required for NAB Citizenship, but still not a Natural Born Citizen.
  
  Also that shows that 1 US Citizen parent born on US soil is just a statutory naturalized-at-birth US Citizen. So no matter how you slice it, it takes 2 citizen parents to be natural born by natural law.

  Here is what I believe happened.
  Barack’s mother was pregnant, in Kenya, seeing her husband, Barack Senior.
  She went into labor while there, and could not fly back home.
  She called here parents in Hawaii, to tell them to put a birth notice in the newspaper, and as soon as she could travel, they would go get a Birth Certificate in Hawaii.
  The reasons were, to be eligible for all the entitlements U.S. citizens have. Social Security, Medicare, etc.

As you can see , When the president, politicians, judges, lawyers, police officers etc don’t obey the law then THERE IS NO LAW. One thing for sure is liberals , democrats and progressives are united in destroying America. Their president through executive order and congressional laws have been passed to ensure non liberals obey and if not you will go to prison or be swatted. It’s a shame conservatives will not unite and fight as hard as the liberals to defend and save America. One thing America learned during the civil rights era is Boycotts do work. Yet many of you shop in liberal cities, drive GM / Chrysler autos, buy GE products, see hollywood liberal movies, use progressive insurance and use any local business that’s supports liberals and democrats. etc. No wonder they don’t fear or respect Conservatives. BUT if you unite and use your / our money then the liberals and their political heroes would be listening. If you won’t turn it into a movement then its a slow grind to the halt of what America once was.

  It is my understanding that if Obama is shown not to be a legitimate president, then all the legislation he has signed into law is invalid — including Obamacare. (Correct me if I am wrong on this.) If so, this would not be such a bad thing. And he might also be impeachable for fraud. Some days I think I might even be able to tolerate Foot-in-Mouth Joe for 3 or 4 years. He’s lame and he’s liberal, but I think he’s a puppet, and if we can remove the puppet-master, he may not have as his chief goal the total destruction of our country.

  This issue in my opion proves just how far down the Progressives path. They have managed to shut down 98% of anything about looking into this birth research that has absolutely uncovered a wealthy cause to look into what has surfaced. They spiked virtually every single major media outlet and 95% of every other news outlet. They completely shut down the courts and not 1 politician will touch it. They will get attacked and scared into and unelectable situation. This also proves to me they really don’t care to really over turn Obamacare it’s all hype to make it look like they do for campaign cash. They pass they fight like hell and everything passes by 1 vote. this says to me they only want to kill off family wealth and harvest the estate wealth by taxation.

  I think it is a crying shame that a courageous woman like Attorney Orly Taitz is shouted down when all she is doing is pointing out that Barack Hussein Obama has been using a fraudulent SS# for years, he fraudulently registered with the Selective Service (not very appropriate for the Commander in Chief), and has indeed been flaunting a forged birth certificate. He has various akas (Barry Soetoro, Harrison J. Bounel, Barack Soetoro, Barack Obama Soebarackah) which should have been a red flag for any journalist or news person. Connect the damn dots, we have a usurper in the White House and why the hell should be ignore this scandal. Is it because all are afraid to disqualify our first “so-called” black President? I have no doubt that Obama somewhere phonied up his resume to look as if he was a foreigner or some type of disadvantaged youth. how else does an unremarkable student transfer from a mid-tier private West Coast liberal Arts College to Harvard without anyone having seen his transcripts.   @Crazyotto, the reason Obama/Soetoro/Soebarackah/Bounel sealed his college transcripts is to hide the fact that he was still using his Indonesian citizenship to scam the system for loans and acceptance into the institutions. That makes his sorry **** a “dual citizen” and thus NOT a “natural born Citizen.” He was not lying about anything, he was a “foreign student” at Occidental and Columbia and that will eventually be uncovered before his second term expires or he resigns in shame. While a “foreign student” he did not need to register with the Selective Service but when he decided that he wanted to enter politics the law required him to be registered with the Selective Service. His handlers realized this and they were forced to fraudulently register him with the Selective Service, a crime punishable by a $250,000 fine and a 5 year prison sentence. When he is finally exposed the first thing that should happen is that he and his lovely “beard” pay back the citizens for the use of our house which now exceeds a Billion dollars.

Yeah, too bad on both scores. Orly, whom I respect tremendously, should not rain on someone else parade. On the other hand, it is disheartening that these people seems to care more for how they will be perceived than that there may be an FAKE President in the White House. I would have perferred that Ms Taitz had spoken privately with organizers and abided by their wishes. After all, There were meetings taking place during this time. Promises have been made.

She is a true patriot as are all the others who have spent a lot of their own hard earned money to expose this Fraud in Chief.   You are absolutely right about all of this. Arpaio and taitz are as good as they come. The people arpaio had research all this are all professionals. Every one of them has had extremely successful carrers in forensic science and law enforcement. The evidence is all there for anyone to see if they so choose. The problem is…then what? I’m quite sure holder and napolitano know all about this, and I guarentee they will do absolutely nothing….ever. I know of no law enforcement agency, anywhere, that would be willing to arrest the potus. And good luck getting any court to hear the case. Even if someone was willing to arrest him, they would have to not only go through the secret service, but his security also consists of the DCPD, the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the TSA, and lots of private security. The only ones capable of doing it would be the milkitary, but he has been cutting those ranks substantially. The ones that are left are scattered all around the world or are stationed so far away they could never help. All the while he’s building up his own private army in the state dept and TSA.
  Nope…..I don’t think we have a chance persuing that avenue. I think our only hope is to show how bad his policies are and focus on getting good people elected that know what is going on and aren’t afraid to act.

What if law enforcement was so corrupt, or pursuing so much corruption, that a birth certificate just was not a priority?

Your kids are getting dumbed down in the university systems to vote Democrat all the time, they are getting dumbed down by the entertainment industry, and you people don’t blink an eye when the President proposes more research money that will reward these same university professors?

You have radioactive waste stored in multiple locations across the United States, just waiting for a meteor to pump that stuff in the atmosphere like a land mine in Vietnam called a “bouncing betty” if a meteor ever lands in one of those locations?

This is a perfect example of the Media infiltrating the thoughts, conferences and even the actions of anything GOP through FEAR alone! This is a legitimate issue that remains unanswered. We are so afraid of what we’ll be called that we avoid the issue. Shame on the GOP for caving on this issue. Even IF Barry was born in Hawaii (for which there is ZERO concrete evidence), he does NOT meet the standard for NATURAL BORN. Before you reply with “Barry is a US Citizen”, please look up the definition of Natural Born and Article 2, Section 1 of our often ignored Constitution. Taiiz should be allowed to speak, let alone ask a question without getting heckled by our own. Shameful!

  It’s not just about where Obama was or wasn’t born. That’s where Beck wants it all to end, though, and what he’s reduced it to, but there’s much, much more. It’s the fact that the birth certificate online is a “forgery,” as well as the selective service card. Experts have proven it. And, it’s the fact that Obama has been using someone else’s social security number. That, too, has been proven. I’m sick and tired of Glenn, Pat and Stu hushing everyone up over this discussion. They claim Obama is using it to accuse us of racism. To that I say that Obama plays the race card every single day! What else is new?

I hate to hear that they didn’t show her more respect. I believe that a lot of people believe that our founding fathers intended for the office of president to be held only by citizens born of citizen parents, both parents so as to not have any loyalty to any country but this country!

  I hate to break it to you but in this direct issue if he is not tried under his legitimacy everything he wrote will stand,.. Where they were born has a greater effect on the faithfulness to the country. I know in these days you have people that are lead astray but in the long run, people will back their country. When you have someone that claims to be proud of his country and he names in Kenya; you have an issue there. This means that his loyalties do not lye with the country he professes to lead. I understood why Beck and others did not want to touch the FACT that Barry Obummer is a Kenyan and a closet-muslim, BEFORE THE ELECTION. But he and the dems stole the election.

Let’s put our cards on the table and see what we’re holding – many aliases, SS# of a dead guy, fraudulent Birth Cert, fraudulent Selective Service Application, a statement, “It’s great to be in my home country” while in Kenya, an AP story referring to him as a “US Senator from Kenya,” and publishing dossier referring to him as being from Kenya!

That’s a pretty strong hand of suspicious behavior! One of these by itself is an anomaly, all of these together make a probability.

Someone with big ****** (aka – Sen. Cruz or Sen. Paul) needs to come forward and bring up Articles of Impeachment on this “obamination” of a president before the country is destroyed!

I don’t think we have 4 years to sit and wait on this!

  Here is a little common sense logic. If Eric Holder thought that Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his criminal investigators didn’t have the evidence to sink this administration he would have brought the entire force of the federal government upon these folks and charged them with sedition for attempting to take down the POTUS. They don’t dare do any such thing it would bring the gates of hell crashing down upon him and his boss and the rest of the thugs from Chicago and the DNC for knowingly nominating this fraud and criminal. Eric Holder knows his boss is dirty and I wouldn’t be a bit surprised that he has been providing cover for him. Hold on to your hats, I think these amazing patriots finally got the ear of some very important people.   Both of MCcain’s parents were US Citizens so it matters not where he was born. You are correct on Rubio and Jindal. Rubios parents received citizenship after Rubio was born. Obama is disqualified because of his Kenyan Daddy.
  
  By the way a US court of appeals court upheld that both parents are required to be US citizens last year and that requirement was not changed by the 14th amendment.

The dismissal of his case is irrelevant to the status of citizens such as Mr. Obama, Mr. Jindal or Mr. Rubio, who were all born in this country and are, therefore, natural born citizens fully entitled to seek the office of President.

  What do I think? I think Herbert Titus is a fraud and Barack Obama is a natural born citizen just like anybody else who is born a citizen. You know how I know that? Because the word natural is also attached to people who aren’t born as citizens. They are naturalized, or made natural. If somebody who is made a citizen is made natural, then somebody who is born a citizen and doesn’t need to be naturalized is a natural born citizen. Whatever the word natural meant to people back in the eighteenth century when they used it in reference to citizenship, it had nothing to do with biology or nature as we think of it, and everything to do with belonging to a place.

  The birth announcement in Hawaii newspapers is insignificant. It was standard operating procedure for the HI Department of Health to provide recently registered birth information to the newspapers for routine inclusion.
  
  However being a new state at the time, Hawaii residents who could provide some proof, such as a family utility bill, that HI was their home state at least a year before an unattended birth, whether that child was born in HI or brought to HI, could with no state verification of birth location beyond the applicant’s word, simply request and receive a birth certificate for the child.
  
  This makes the newspaper announcement immaterial to proving Obama’s birth location. Hawaii’s failure to verify birth location for “unattended births” created a fatal flaw in the state’s vital records, which invalidates those records as proof of birth location sufficient to authorize U.S. citizenship. HI granting not just one, but possibly thousands of birth certificates to potential foreigners, is a serious threat to national security.

  McLame…. first time I’ve seen that one. Not a very nice way to describe a guy who volunteered for what he endured. You got to give him credit for that. Anyway, if not born in Panama hospital but on the Navy base, which is considered U.S. soil, then he is good to go. If not, then he’s a no go. To the best of my knowledge, he declined to produce proof either way.
  
  As for Goldwater, you have a great guy who some say missed his true calling. Be that as it may, by not being born in the nation but in a territory, which is not U.S. soil similar to a state, a military base, embassy or even a U.S. vessel, I say he’s not eligible. Others may disagree and perhaps use Guam or Puerto Rico as a yet untested example, but I still deffer to the founders wisdom. The Constitution, being both precise and subject to hopefully excessively cautious amendment, must be regarded as the inviolate law of the land, never to be demeaned by subjective compromise accommodating what we wish it said, as opposed to what it actually does say.

  It’s a fact that people who become citizens are naturalized, which means made natural. They are natural made citizens. If you really maintain that some people who are born citizens are not natural born citizens, then you will have to explain how the citizenship of somebody who came here a few years ago after living somewhere else all his life can be more natural than the citizenship of somebody who born here forty years ago and has lived here all his life.

  Since you are so big on facts, it is a fact that the only judges who have ever been forced to waste their time hearing a case based on this ridiculous theory all said I am right and you are wrong:

  Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are “natural born Citizens” for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents.
  
  Admittedly that was just a state court, but that’s as high as it will ever go because for it to go any higher there would have to be such a thing as a judge who would think that this case was decided wrongly, and there is not and never will be.

  That drivel is just the usual pseudo-scholarly misinformation. You know quite well that Minor v. Happersett the Court made clear that they did not intend to establish a full and exclusive definition of a natural born citizen because it had nothing to do with the case at hand.
  “Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts.”
  
  And when they finally did vist the issue in US v Wong Kim Ark they determined that the law of the land was and always had been that anybody born here is a natural born citizen:
  “It thus clearly appears that by the law of England for the last three centuries, beginning before the settlement of this country, and continuing to the present day, aliens, while residing in the dominions possessed by the crown of England, were within the allegiance, the obedience, the faith or loyalty, the protection, the power, and the jurisdiction of the English sovereign; and therefore every child born in England of alien parents was a natural-born subject …
  III. The same rule was in force in all the English colonies upon this continent down to the time of the Declaration of Independence, and in the United States afterwards, and continued to prevail under the constitution as originally established.”

  Well Grover, I understand how you feel, in fact a lot of my best friends felt the same way until they tried looking at the issue from another angle or perhaps a broader perspective.
  
  It would be great to hear a yes, I’m on board. I can deal with someone saying no, when they feel they have better facts. It’s the middle ground where opinions are proffered without being supported, that I don’t know what to do with. So I’m just going to move on and wish you well.

Wow! So Breitbart’s people are as intolerant of others’ views as much as Beck’s people. While I find the existence of these two organizations important to presenting the conservative viewpoint, I find their tolerance for only their own conspiracies to be intolerable. Let someone else ask a question and they call them nut cases, even though there is undeniably and inarguably more than substantial evidence for needing to ask the questions. I will LMAO if it is ever proven that o’Bama has no legal right to be president. Ethically, he obviously has no right. But if it’s proven that the progressives have installed an ineligible president, the Breitbart and Beck/Blaze organizations will lose credibility and suffer embarrassment right along with them.
