Another Report Claims Alleged Menendez ‘Prostitutes’ Were Paid to Lie

Well, here we are. Another week, another crazy twist in controversy surrounding Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J) and his alleged involvement with underage Dominican prostitutes.

From the Associated Press:

Three women were paid to falsely claim in videotaped interviews that they had sex for money with a U.S. senator in the Dominican Republic, a spokesman for the police said Monday.

The women, whose claims generated media attention in the United States, were hired by a Dominican attorney to make the videotaped statements, spokesman Maximo Baez told reporters. Two of the women received about $425 and the other was paid about $300, he said.

Authorities are seeking to interrogate the attorney, Melanio Figueroa, about the payments and have not determined his motive or whether he was in turn paid by someone else to set up the interviews, Baez said.

[…]

The police spokesman was making his most detailed comments to date on an investigation into the source of allegations that U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez had sex with prostitutes, including two who were underage at the time, while in the Dominican Republic with his friend and campaign contributor, Dr. Salomon Melgen, a south Florida doctor, and with Vinicio Castillo Seman, an attorney whose family is politically prominent in the Dominican Republic. Castillo and Menendez have denied hiring prostitutes.

In response to Monday’s report, The Daily Caller, the site that published the aforementioned videotaped statements, claims that they’re still investigating.

“TheDC has not independently verified the identities of the women involved in the Dominican National Police investigation, but will continue to investigate the case,” TheDC’s Vince Coglianese writes. “A statement released by the police made no mention of TheDC.”

This is the second time this month that a major news group has reported that Sen. Mendendez’ accusers were paid to frame him.

Recall that the Washington Post claimed earlier this month that 23-year-old Nexis de los Santos Santana supposedly appeared in the aforementioned video to accuse the senator of sexual improprieties. She later told Dominican authorities in an affidavit that she was paid to help frame the U.S. senator, according to early versions of the Post report.

However, The Daily Caller responded to the Post’s supposed scoop by accusing the left-leaning organization of having the wrong woman.

“[T]he prostitute in the Post’s story does not appear to be one of the women we interviewed in 2012,” TheDC said in a statement.

Why would you pay for sex in a foreign country, when you just get a job in the public school system, because people refuse to home school their children? Is that a joke or a serious question? If we don’t ask trick questions, you might get bored?

Does it seem like, we are not sure if it is true, that a teacher gets charged with having sex with students on a weekly basis? We need to hire the best and the brightest, but not allow you as parents, to educate your children, and create incentives for that, by giving discounts on property taxes?

DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN SPEND THE NIGHT ANYWHERE! That’s the 11th commandment?

If democrats had done this to a republican the two-bit media would not be investigating…they would be hanging the Republican in effigy. However….since it is the opposite way,……the media will investigate.

They did do that to a Republican….Herman Cain.

      Where are his accusers now?

Why are they not pressing charges against that monster so that he can never do it again to some other woman?

Not a single shred of evidence….just accusations of an invisible crimes. As soon as he dropped out of the race….quiet……their silence was deafening.

Yes, if indeed a Republican paid to frame Menendez, they got that play right from the Democrats playbook.

The other possibility of course is that Menendez and the Democrats are paying the ****** big bucks to say that she was paid to say that he was her client.

If only the Daily Caller spent as much time investigating the allegations of the lying prostitute with the false affidavit they originally interviewed as they are now spending “independently verifying” her identity.

This is a June 2012 story that was entirely ignored by the MSM, and the press. The only reason for it being kicked around is because Senator Menendez is the chair of the Senate’s Foreign Relations Committee; which he assummed when Senator John Kerry became our Secretary of State. Senators Menendez, and Lautenberg both refused to answer any of my letters about Menendez’s conduct. New Jersey is sinking fast. Hurricane Sandy was the kockout blow. New York will receive double the amount of Sandy Aid by the end of September 2015. While their total damages were a difference of 4 billion, 36 billion for New York, and 32 billion for New Jersey. Something I wrote about to all concerned over six weeks ago, and still no replies.

OK, exonerating witnesses are / are not credible. . . . got it.

I’ll add that to the list:
Filibusters are / are not a crucial part of the democratic process.
Passing bills through reconciliation is / is not an outrage.
Judges do / do not deserve and up or down vote.

Oh, just the thought of going on exhausts me. You bunch of freaks.

I do not think that we will get Menendez this go around.

Unless they want to strike a plea with his campaign donor, the donor will not give him up. The donor won’t give him up unless they threaten to ruin him and also offer a deal. Can you see the Eric Holder DOJ offering this donor a deal?

Dominican prostitutes seem to be double- triple-dipping. So to speak. First Menendez pays ‘em, then the lawyer pays ‘em to say so, then the cover-up lawyer pay’s ‘em to say Menendez didn’t pay em. This must be what they mean in the Dominican Republic as “el threesome”.
