Former Top Obama Aide on Obamacare: Implementation Will Be ‘Messy’, But ‘We’ll End Up in a Better Place’

The official debut of President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul, known as “Obamacare,” is less than 10 months away and officials who helped develop it are now warning that its implementation will be “messy.”

During a Center for American Progress seminar on Obamacare, Jeffery Crowley, a former top Obama aide who had a hand in crafting the Affordable Care Act, said “we know it’s going to be messy,” according to Washington Secrets.

“There are going to be things that come up that are unanticipated,” he explained.

Discussing…the law’s impact on HIV/AIDS and the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, the president’s former director of the White House Office of National AIDS Policy and senior advisor on disability policy added, “if we do everything we can possibly think of, it’s still going to be a messy transition, but we’ll end up in a better place.”

Added Kali Lindsey, director of legislative and public affairs at the National Minority AIDS Council, “one of the realities of the Affordable Care Act is that everything is not going to be perfect when it’s implemented on day one.”

One element of confusion will be providing healthcare to immigrants. Undocumented workers were not covered by Obamacare, but federal officials are rushing to win approval of immigration reform that will expand coverage to illegals.

Given the fact that these enclaves are populated overwhelmingly by LIBERALS who figure to comprise the heavey preponderance of the dead in such a maelstrom, many of us conservatives, when we imagine this happening in these enclaves, aren’t filled with terror but have all we can do to hold back a huge SMILE on our faces, because in that day, the liberals’ chickens will be coming home to roost in full, and they will be dealing first-hand with the harvest of the bitter fruits that the bad seed of destructive liberal policies has sown. And since the vast majority of them will be unarmed and since whatever law-enforcement their enclaves have will either be hunkered down in their station houses or protecting their OWN homes and families, these liberals will be left to the mercy of the mobs – which will have NONE.

I like what someone posted on this on this site not long ago: when this day comes, the liberals will try to flee to sanctuary to any home flying Old Glory, because they’ll know that their only protection in this day will be holstered. And as someone else replied to him, when they do, they’ll find a sign on the door stating that the inn is full, so sorry.

Well, the bad news gets worse as there is no end to the regulations that they will continue to write.

This obamacare virus will mutate through changing regulations and regulatory enforcement. It is open ended and the original 425,116 words spread out over 2,000+ pages as published in Congressional Bill form will continue to be aggressively interpreted by Centralized Planners to consume every aspect of an American citizen’s life.

Obamacare is a virus that will kill the host.

It started off at just under 1,000 pages (of normal spacing) that the democrats who voted on it didn’t read; along with over a 1,000 pages of regulations. NOW the bill with regulations has grown to over 20,000 pages AND it is still multiplying!

This will be DEATH by 20,000+ cuts.

Wait, Obamacare will kill our economy – and many people as well. Maybe he’s absolutely right about that “better place” thing.

But then, only those who have put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ, and Him alone, will be in a better place. All others will learn just how bad Hell really is.

Nothing good will ever come out of this President! Do you really think you can trust someone who raises the cost of commodities beyond the price in which the average person can pay? Look at oil, gold, debt, and most of all food! I would have to say “after building all the countries that we fought wars in, we surely got the short end of the stick”! Now our children will pay for many decades to come while our representatives continue to live it up!

It will never be implemented because the entire country will collapse shortly. With Bay-nor running the house, agreeing with obama on not shutting govt, allowing the funding of obamacare, increasing taxes, and basically throwing in the towel before the fight even starts, we are DONE. Uh, if, by “better place” this commie lunatic means waiting 16 months or more for a doctor’s appointment and then sitting for hours in a warehouse-sized waiting room with a thousand other patients to see an over-worked, unqualified, uncaring “nurse practitioner”, only to be told that obama’s ‘death panels’ have denied us treatment and/or needed medications based on race or age, then, yeah, we will be in a “better place” … praying for death to come swiftly.

  In their eyes, we started out on the porch, they came by and set the porch on fire, we then had to run out to the muddy yard littered with dog doo. After the porch was burned down, they brought in a ripped up tarp and some broken lawn chairs, and now, in their words, we are in a better place, even though the porch was better, at least we are out of the mud and dog doo, that they put us in.

Just like socialism is the doorway to Communism, Obamacare is the doorway to a single-payer system.

This will destroy the US as you have known it, guaranteed. You can forget the whole “sea to shining sea” stuff if this becomes a reality–the US, as the home of a free people, will be history.
