Hillary Clinton Endorses Gay Marriage: ‘Personally and as a Matter of Policy and Law’
Reversing course on her previous stance against same-sex marriage, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has come out in support of gay matrimony. She announced her decision on Monday in a nearly six-minute video that was released by the Human Rights Campaign.
“For America to continue leading in the world, there is work we must do at home,” Clinton said in the clip, citing the need to invest in national security and other domestic needs — and also to live up to ideals associated with the rights of gays and lesbians.
“LGBT Americans are our colleagues, our teachers, our soldiers, our friends, our loved ones — and they are full and equal citizens and deserve the rights of citizenship,” Clinton continued. “That includes marriage.”

Political observers will likely cite the Democratic Party’s shift toward advocating gay marriage for her reversal, with President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and others joining in on affirming their belief that same-sex unions should be legal. Clinton is the latest to join this chorus.
It should also be noted that her embrace of gay marriage would likely be needed before launching interest in a 2016 presidential bid, seeing as her party has so fervently advocated for the cause. Like Obama, who endorsed same-sex marriage leading into the 2012 race, Clinton alluded to an “evolution” of sorts.
“Like so many others my personal views have been shaped over time by people I have known and loved, by my experience representing our nation on the world stage, my devotion to law and human rights and the guiding principles of my faith,” she said. “Marriage, after all, is a fundamental building block of our society. A great joy, and yes, a great responsibility.”
Watch Clinton’s announcement, below:
While questions continue to surround a potential 2016 run, no definitive announcements have been made. This endorsement, though, is sure to continue sparking curiosities about Clinton’s intentions. As Politico notes, her husband, Bill, and daughter, Chelsea, had previously embraced gay marriage.
This is a breaking news story. Stay tuned for updates.

Hillary did not talk about their highest sucide rates, or their above average drug and alcohol abuse rates.
Hillary did not bring up the fact that in the past, when super power nations accept homosexuality as normal, they soon after fall.
Homosexuality, just like rape, child molestation, bestiality, swinging…. is a sexual deviance.
God says homosexuality is evil (Lev 18 22, Romans chapter one), science shows it to be unhealthy, crime statistics shows them to be predators.
Hillary and Obama have a moral compass that is aligned with Madonna and lady Ga Ga, by is contrary to the founding fathers.

Rangerskippy has the same post that he copies over and over again. While he has a couple relatively accurate, if exaggerated figures, he is also spouting logical fallacies and lies no matter how many times and places he is refuted. The part about world history shows his remarkable ignorance on the subject. Sexuality has not even been a factor in any nation’s downfall. One could just as easily claim that every nation that has embraced “traditional” marriage or Christianity has fallen. The STD statistics are exaggerated and misleading. Sure, gay men have higher rates of HIV, but straight men have higher rates of Chlamydia and other diseases. This argument is pointless. Straight men also rape and abuse children most, and there is a big difference between homosexual and pedophile, which he does not seem to understand. Besides, you don’t need to be a gay man to molest a boy. He also fails to realize that it is people like him that cause the high rates of depression and suicide among LGBT youth and young adults. When you try to change someone, and tell them that they are evil degenerates, and that a basic part of them is against nature and God, this will happen. It is sad. And God does not hate homosexuals, at least no more than he hates people who eat shellfish, which is mentioned mere verses from the passage he cited. The truth is that there is nothing wrong with being gay, and equality is coming despite his efforts and ignorance.

Since you’re seemingly a homosexual activist, it is no surprise that you say there’s nothing wrong with it. Step out of the Seinfeld episode and understand that even people who accept and tolerate homosexuality realize that there are things wrong with it.
However, the worst and foolish of your comments is blaming Rangerskippy “and people like him” for causing LGBT youth suicide. This is absurd. Someone who is suicidal has a mental illness, and the lack of acceptance and criticism from a few don’t cause this. I might add though that it is interesting how a group of people who have chosen an immoral lifestyle would end up having a higher rate of what is considered an even greater morally depraved behavior like suicide.
How about holding the LGBT youth who kill themselves personally responsible like every other person who commits suicide? Remember the quote from one of your famous liberal icons Eleanor Roosevelt: “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.”

First, I would not call myself an activist. I am just a gay man, trying to she’d some light on the issue here, where it is desperately needed. Second, there is nothing wrong with being gay. You may not like it, you may find it icky. That’s fine! No one is telling you to be gay! But if someone has a physical attraction to their own gender that they neither chose not control, why should they not be with someone they love? Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with it.
And you are somewhat correct, yet horribly cruel and offensive. Yes, people do control their own lives, and are not “forced” into suicide. But try to see it from their view. A teen, trying to come to terms with their sexuality, which they have no control over, comes out to his family. His family, the people who raised him and are closer to him than anyone else, tell him he is an abomination, or try to change him, when he knows he cannot change. He is made fun of incessantly at school and via technology like text messages and Facebook. He cannot get away from it. How would you feel? Now remember that this is a teenager, that point in life when emotions and problems are greatly magnified. A flunked test feels like the end of the world. Your family, friends and classmates shun you or treat you like a degenerate. This is why gay people have suicide and depression problems. And by ignoring this, you are being remarkably cold to people in great need of support.

As for history, I actually have a masters degree in ancient history, so I believe I know more on the subject than anyone else here. In Rome, bread and circuses were a way of controlling the masses; a way of winning easy popularity. Absolutely nothing to do with homosexuality. And from Rome’s founding there were male sex slaves, male prostitutes, and other forms of male-male sex. This was rather constant throughout its history. Completely unrelated to the concept of morality at the time. Not that any concept of morality had any relation to the fall of Rome anyway…. Perhaps you need to reexamine your history.

take a statistics class, or research methods, and discover the meaning of statistical signifance.
When less than 5% of the population has over 50% of a disease, we call that significant.
the only STDs that gay men do not lead in, are the ones that are generally not passed on by gay sex.
Once again, they are 2.5% of the population (Supreme Court agrees), and they have 64% of the nations syphilis, over 50% of the HIV, and they did over 1/3 of the child molestations.
Two years ago (prior to ending of DADT), the number one way that commanders found out a soldier was gay, was not by them coming out of the closet. The way they were found out, is because they have a propensity to get younger soldiers drunk, then rape them.

How will man-woman marriages be harmed by gay marriage? How will children be harmed? You won’t be made to divorce, your children won’t be thrown into a gay household, but those in loving relationships wanting to marry will be able to, and children needing adopting from loving parents will find a home.
Formiddable:
Well you have to understand that ancient societies did not have the concept of gay or straight like we do today. That only came about in the Middle Ages. There was only sex. And in Rome, Greece, Babylon, Egypt, Persia, and others, men almost universally married women, but still had sex with other men, other women, and even children. Women of status were the only ones where extra sex was taboo, because they might conceive, and men wanted to keep their lineage pure, but many noble women still slept around. So, in ALL of these societies, male-male sex was perfectly permissible, and not really viewed as different from male-female sex. However, none of this has any real relevance to today. We should not base our modern laws on ancient protocols. Look at slavery or women’s rights. I was just showing that no nation has ever fallen due to homosexuality.

Again, you call gays 2.5%, and 5% in your post. You cannot measure this statistic! I have been over this several times now! But yes, it is notable that homosexuals have such a high rate of HIV. This is due to the lining of the anus being thinner than the vagin* and more readily absorbing the virus. But so what? This does not mean anything as to the morality or safety of homosexuality. Men as compared with women make up around 98% of rapists. This is also a huge over representation. What should we infer from this, that all men are evil degenerates?
I am not sure where you heard that gem about the military, but I have seen many of the these case files, and that is outright false. Most were found out through emails that were spied upon, or someone catching them in the bedroom. Again, here they were keeping it quiet, to themselves, and someone else forcibly outed them and they were kicked out.
I’m not sure what you have personally against gay people, but I can assure you that we are every bit as normal and moral as our straight counterparts. It wouldn’t matter if we had 100% of all HIV cases, that would make no difference, and be no reason why a loving gay couple should not be together. If you find what we do icky, fine! Don’t sleep with a man! Frankly, we find what you do in the bedroom rater icky, too. Just don’t deny us equality.

You live an evil and sick lifestyle. There is nothing “gay” about it.
Biologically it is not natural, nor is it healthy. Not only is there the rampant disease, there is also the gay bowel syndrome, hemorrhoid issues, and the rate in which homosexuals change partners, and the rate lesbians assault each other is a testament to the wickedness.
the God of the Bible does not mince words in the book of Romans, were we are told that partake in your evil lifestyle are subject to becoming reprobates, where you mind is so seared with evil, that you no longer know right from wrong.
Fear not though, DOMA will get repealed, and gays will get to wed in every state. Following that, the gays will push to shut down “hate speech”, and prevent pastors from preaching Lev 18:22, Romans Chapter 1….. They will get the government to shut down private schools and home schooling, and begin to arrest anyone who speaks Bible truth. Next will come lowering the age of consent, so the 30 year old men can start having sex with the 12 year old boys.
America is in a rapid downhill spiral. Homosexuality is now being accepted as normal, the economy is falling apart, and wickedness is flourishing, and good is getting called bad. America is turning her back on Israel
In a very short while, America (just like Rome) will cease to exist.

However, I cannot agree with you that in “ALL of these (ancient) societies, male-male sex was perfectly permissible, and not really viewed as different from male-female sex.” I also cannot agree that the concepts of gay & straight didn’t exist before the Middle Ages. Your comments are always good for a laugh. I hope you realize that all the arguments you made could also be made against heterosexuals as well, but for the moment, I will stick to showing you why what you said was so nonsensical.
Biologically anal sex (I assume that is what you are referring to, despite the fact tat straight couples enjoy this as well, while not all gay men do) is perfectly natural and healthy. Hundreds of different species exhibit this behavior, and it has been around wit humanity since humanity has existed. And sure, diseases can be passed through anal sex, but also through straight sex, blood transfusions, giving birth, etc. Again, this argument is irrelevant. And for the record, I am in a monogamous relationship and have never been on either side of abuse, so why am I living in wickedness? Straight couples do that too, and have much higher rates of rape and child abuse.
God did not write the Bible, it was written by man. Even if God was whispering in the writers’ ears, man held the pen, so the words are not infallible, and not the words of God. Besides, the Bible speaks of male-male sex in the same language as eating shellfish. I hope you don’t do that.
And your slippery slope arguments about what will come next are by definition fallacious arguments. Look up the term. Homosexuality IS natural, it IS normal, and it IS here to stay. No matter how much you post misleading and irrelevant statistics.

Sigh….
You can believe whatever you want, but I promise you, I have studied this period extensively. Every word I wrote was historically accurate. The Bible speaks of men laying with men, and men abandoning their use of women, but it says nothing about homosexuality. If your version specifically says “homosexuality” then it is not properly translating something. Even words like “sodomy” are not adequately translated, that term has meant many things to many different societies. This is why I am not overly fond of Biblical quoting, something is always mistranslated or misunderstood. There have been so many different translations by so many people wit so many different agendas, it is impossible to uncover the original meaning. Besides, the Bible was written by man, and is not the infallible word of God.
Bottom line, everything I posted above is accurate, whether you believe it or not. Feel free to do some research.

But to your point: If a man molests a child, it is not a homosexual or heterosexual act, it is a pedophile act. Being heterosexual means you are attracted to someone of the opposite gender, being homosexual means you are attracted to someone of your own gender, and being a pedophile means you are attracted to children. You can argue that gay pedophiles are attracted to boys and straight pedophiles are attracted to girls, but most pedophiles will seek out both genders at some point. So this is clearly a different category. And there is also a big difference between acts and attraction. I could physically have sex with a woman, but that wouldn’t make me straight, and it wouldn’t change the fact that I am attracted to men. These are important differences you need to understand.

See my above comments to Right about the concept of homosexuality and pedophilia. There are a few key points here that you are missing. As for the Bible, if you want to pick and choose which verses to follow, while trying to justify why you ignore some, feel free. There are plenty of other verses which discuss owning slaves, repressing or owning wives, and other arbitrary rules and restrictions which are ignored today. But all of this is irrelevant because the Bible is not the word of God. Man held the pen, and even if God was whispering in their ears, the words still came from men, and so are fallible and unreliable. The message of the Bible is love, but people like you will ignore that over a few obscure passages that you twist to support discrimination and your own bigotry. And I’m gay, I know what goes on at gay pride parades, and yes, it is all natural. There is plenty of lewd behavior and skimpy clothing, but if you don’t want to see that, don’t go to the parade! Turn off your tv! No one is forcing you to watch. And finally, gays do not recruit children. That is actually impossible since no one can choose their sexual orientation. Gay people and straight people have been trying to keep children informed and tell them the truth, however. They have been telling kids that there is nothing wrong with being gay, some boys just love other boys, and some girls love other girls. That’s the truth.

While I stand by gay marriage in the legal aspect, I don’t morally. To say that anal sex is natural and healthy is a bit silly. Now, if you mean its “natural” in the sense some people have a ‘natural’ desire to do it then sure, it is. However, if you mean that its ‘natural’ in that it’s perfectly fine…I would disagree.
Simply because something is “natural” (assuming anal sex is) doesn’t mean it is right. Biologically it is not natural because naturally the rectum is not meant to be used for sex. As RANGERSKIPPY pointed out, there are many medical issues that can occur, and most likely will due to AS.
Oh, and pointing to animals to somehow justify homosexuality or anal sex as “natural” does not hold any weight because 1. We are not animals and have a sense of morality. 2. There are other things animals do that we wouldn’t do such as licking ourselves to clean, eating each other.

I am glad you recognize that all people deserve equal rights. But I am not sure why you think anal sex is wrong. What is really different about it than vagin*l sex? Sure, you could say that the anus is an output, and not meant for sex. I could say the same thing about the vagin*. It was meant as an output for babies, and not meant for sex. And sure, you can catch diseases through anal sex and rarely it can lead to other problems, but this is all also true with vagin*l sex.
I do however agree with what you said about animals. My argument with homosexuality in animals was to show that it is also found in nature, which is the primary definition of natural. But I could also have said that glasses and toothpaste are unnatural too. We are more than just animals, we have higher abilities for rational thought. And I have yet to find a rational thought against homosexuality in any form.

I think it is up to each person to decide what they want to do behind closed doors. The morality of anal sex is something you could debate I guess. I was mainly referring to homosexuality and that anal sex is something I would not recommend anyone do (gay or straight), because of health reasons.
The Vagin a was biologically meant to have a peni s inside it, which naturally leads to pregnancy. So, I don’t’ think you could really say the Vagin a wasn’t meant for sex since that’s how babies are made.
“My argument with homosexuality in animals was to show that it is also found in nature, which is the primary definition of natural.”
That’s what I figured you meant by natural. By that yes, you could say toothpaste and glasses are unnatural, that’s why I mentioned something being natural isn’t automatically right or wrong.

The reason I wouldn’t encourage anyone to is that the health risks are higher with AS; in the same way I wouldn’t encourage anyone to have multiple parents because that has higher health risks. No matter what kind of sex, it is up to each person to decide if they want to take that risk.

Posted on March 18, 2013 at 11:33amSomehow with another new outrage each and everyday from the Left the low information people still admire the leaders of the Dem party. No political party in our history has done more to hurt Black Americans. The Ku Klux Klan was an invention of the Democratic Party. “Sheets” Byrd was a former Grand Dragon of the Klan. The so-called “War on Poverty” has done more to enslave and destroy the Black family than any other demonic policy from the Left and yet the “low information people” live and breathe every lie from the Dems. When will this ignorance and madness end?

Republicans are jumping onto the bandwagon as well..
Who would hav ever thought that in 2013 sodomy and sexual perversion would be the norm in the good ole USA. I wonder what our Puritan forefathers would have thought? I wonder if they’d even be able to exist in America today?
Gotta love it. I see a very bright future America?
Get involved at the local level, know your neigbors mayor and police force and hold on tight. things are moving fast.
There’s a reason the DHS just bought almost 3k personnel carriers and approximatly 2billion rounds of ammo and you just maybe that reason. ;)
Goodluck. But this is what happens when you turn your country over to an alien race because you’re too busy to get involved..
I’m sure your time is very valuable.. Someone else will take care of the politics and make the decisions for us. :)

Posted on March 18, 2013 at 11:51amVery true. There are US state where age of consent of for males and female under the age of 18. Idaho and Hawaii it is 14. DC is 15. This means that pedophiles can legally rape and marry their young grooms and brides and divorce them when they are no longer youthful. The pedophile heterosexuals have done this for years and now the gay and lesbian pedophiles will have their equal rights, too, under the guise of gay marriage. Again, notice the age of consent in Washington, DC is 15.

Posted on March 18, 2013 at 11:58amTECH: Good points, especially on the abject Reps. I’m leaning away from the Republican Party per se and “leaning” toward a Constitutional Party, consisting of Conservative/Libertarians; rejecting the RINOS (and we know full well who they are). I also concur that we have lost nearly total control of our borders and I would add that the giant influx from Islam is accompanied by the dictates of Sharia Law. That is all wrong for a Representative Republic. I truly wish that I could slam the door on all of them!

Posted on March 18, 2013 at 1:09pmSARGEKING – You might be interested in knowing that the Southern Poverty Law Center has the Constitutional Party on their far right watch list…so they must be doing something right.
REPAIRSEA – Washington State’s age of consent is 16 and has one of the highest populations of sexual predators in the nation. They have also done away with the statutory rape laws, opting instead for laws that use an age difference as a guide. It’s a crock. It just makes it easier for pedophiles to operate with in their target age group.

Posted on March 18, 2013 at 3:42pmSargeking: I would just say there’s no reason to give up on the Republican Party.
The way things are set up it would take decades to get a 3rd party going on and by the time they pass Ammensty there will be no point in a 3rd party anyway.
The Repbulcian party has a base of about 75% of very conservative folks.. It is up to each of us to take this party back and throw the RINOs out.. we must run the party. The establishment got away with a cram down in the last election.. It was sickening but we must turn it around. We took back our local Republican Party this year and it was a blast.
Anyway we can’t afford to give up the Republican party… Why should we allow a small minority of non social conservatives take the party away from us? We have the #s they just have the microphones.

She stayed in many black churches preaching to her choir, whoops, their choirs, hatred of those she deemed responsible for their problems (she had nothing to do with it, of course, not liberal progressive Hillary. I do not agree with her on any of her expert-tation nor gay marriage. But, I am sick and tired of the hate preached on the Blaze every time gay anything is mentioned. The hate of fellow Americans is no different than the hate that Hillary stirs. This is all about Hillary and nothing to do with gay anything. More stirring the pot of radicalism.

Just talk and no action. Not hard to take a strong stand when no one is counting how you vote. No one cares what Hillary Clinton thinks anyhow. Posted on March 18, 2013 at 1:49pmSo Hillary’s major issue is gay marriage…..she is not exactly an expert on marriage. So all women are suppose to vote for Hillary because she is a girl who slept her way to the top…ha ha ha….Hillary is a joke and a woman would have to be a fool to vote for the woman who is responsible for the expansion of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Middle East. Who knows, maybe Hillary is getting tired of her hideous pant suits and would like to sport a flowing Burqa. I can’t believe that the so called women’s rights groups aren’t up in arms over the expansion of the Muslim Brotherhood.

People who choose to be gay, it’s their business (don’t flaunt it on the rest of us) but making this Nation accept them in a legal marriage is a total sham and unacceptable. Why do you expect us to accept you as a married couple? Get a life and live your shame privately, not publicly.
