Israeli President Shimon Peres Believes Obama Would Order Attack on Iran if Necessary

While stressing that “shooting is the last option,” Israeli President Shimon Peres said Thursday that “America is not a chicken” and, as such, President Obama would be willing to launch a U.S. strike on Iran to thwart its nuclear weapons program.

Speaking to Fox News reporter Ed Henry, Peres said he believes that the White House is ready to take military action if necessary. The Israeli president said he is basing his assessment on private talks he had on Wednesday with Obama as well as public statements the American president made during his joint news conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

“America is really looking for peace, but if somebody threatens peace, America is not a chicken,” Peres said before adding that in his experience, U.S. presidents carefully consider their words before making commitments like the one Obama made on Wednesday. Peres was referring to Obama’s vow on Wednesday to do “what is necessary” to stop Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
The nearly 90-year-old Israeli statesman believes that Obama’s remarks had gravitas.

“From my experience, I know that an American president does not announce something by accident,” Peres told Fox.

“So I would say about all presidents: They are very careful with their words because they have to keep the American credibility.”

“Only if all of this (diplomacy) will not fly, then there must be another option,” he stressed. “If there won’t be another option, all the others don’t exist.”

When asked if he believes America is ready to “shoot if necessary,” Peres replied: “Yes.”

I’m afraid Bibi is in for a huge surprise. I thought he was an intelligent man. However, trusting any thing Obama says , changes my opinion of him. Boehner is making the same mistake, when he says he trusts Obama.

We need to look at the big picture beyond the cursory good tidings today between the two countries. For now everything is rosy between Israel and the U.S. The real deal is that Mr. Obama doesn’t support the best interests of Israel and they know it. Get ready for $40.00 a gallon for gasoline because Mr. Obama stopped the Keystone Pipeline, so that when Israel bombs Tehran, we won’t have the energy independence we needed. Thanks Libs and low information people, we owe it all to you!

Speaking of “low information people”…….the U.S. is in possession of near-record high inventories of crude oil right now:

Supplies nationwide climbed to 381.4 million, the most since June.”

Where I believe the President of Israel misunderstands President Obama is that in order for him to order an attack upon Iran, it will have to be in his political interest. Benghazi should have demonstrated that as well as anything else.

The problem is, the Kenyan maggot is NOT an American president. He is a fraud and a cancer inflicted on the American people. He is the absolute antithesis of American and everything America stands for. He is pure anti-American and anti-colonialist. Peres needs to open his eyes and see what there is to be seen.

I agree. President Peres is aged and obviously engaging in wishful thinking. I believe Bibi is less optimistic and is certainly more realistic, having been to the White House…and had to visit with the planters in the reception hall, instead of the perpetually-on-vacation Fraud in Chief. Mr. Soetoro aka Obama, is the classic consummate liar and nothing more. He will say whatever is expedient to his purposes, or whatever he is told to say, by his Puppet Masters, Soros and Kissinger.

This morning, Glenn was mocking the video about that ridiculous ‘shape-shifter” nonsense, but in more seriousness, Barry was the real “shape shifter” in that video…vile creature that he is….

To read the comments that Shimon Peres has made, then either Peres is in an advanced stage of senility such that he has obviously been oblivious to what’s been going on the world since Obama became president – or else before leaving Israel, Obama and Peres had their own private “choom” session together and Peres is STILL heavily under the influence of the stuff.

Peres believes that Obama’s remarks have gravitas, huh? Well, then, he and John Boehner, of “I totally trust Obama” fame, make two in that club – but I don’t think they’d find any OTHER major world statesmen who will be joining them in that club.

And Peres believes that Obama cares about American credibility, huh? You mean, the way Obama has demonstrated that concern in the wake of Benghazi?

Words to Obama are like toilet paper, to be used for the moment and then discarded immediately afterward because they have served their purpose. And besides, Obama doesn’t even speak his OWN words ANYWAY in public: he just reads what someone ELSE has written FOR him off a teleprompter (he probably only sees those words for the very first time at that time). I’ll bet you that 5 minutes after Obama has finished a public address, he can’t even remember ANYTHING of what he just said. Why SHOULD he: when you’re reading just someone else’s words, why should those words mean anything to you?

    “Necessary”

Hmmm…ponder and then think outside the box to define what “necessary” means to the Marxist and that would be whether it suits his political agenda. Then you have to remain outside the box and analyze the Marxist’s “agenda”, which certainly would not include the protection of Israel.

So, what you end up with is a potential indirect protection of Israel IF it would be politically advantageous for the Marxist to do so; which at the present time and taking his statements into account, it is not. Israel is once again, on its own. I hope they truly understand this.

Why not just link to Hamas’ website, or PFLP, or Islamic Jihad, or how about the Aryan Nation? Seriously Jerk that’s essentially what you did. You linked to the website of the most radical, bigoted Jewish group you could find that just happened to be religious. Allow me to define those who you cited: they have a specific interpretation of the Talmud that tells them Zionism is evil when equally learned men have dismissed their interpretation. Despite this these people argue that their view is the only right one and any Jew who opposes them is pure evil and sinful. Sounds like you found some fellow bigots to hang out with.

The simple truth is Jerk, there are far more Israel supporters among the religious Jewish communities then there are those who oppose Israel. By the same token, religious Jews are generally more supportive than secular Jews. This fact is plain as day for anyone willing to see it.

Bilderberg seems anxious to get the ball rolling though:

      ————————
“During a March 4 reception in Washington, D.C., Bilderberg attendee Richard Perle was overheard by an AMERICAN FREE PRESS source pressing for war with the Persian country. Perle callously claimed that a war with Iran would only take “two or three days” and the U.S. military “would have low casualties.”

Perle is best known as one of the leading architects behind President George W. Bush’s war on Iraq, arguing that the U.S. military needed only 40K soldiers to take over the country. Ten years later, Perle has been proven wrong on Iraq. He is also wrong on Iran. A war against the Iranian people would be a disaster for America.”

      From your source:
“Israel can make a clean break from the past and establish a new vision for the U.S.-Israeli partnership based on self-reliance, maturity and mutuality — not one focused narrowly on territorial disputes. Israel’s new strategy — based on a shared philosophy of peace through strength — reflects continuity with Western values by stressing that Israel is self-reliant, does not need U.S. troops in any capacity to defend it, including on the Golan Heights, and can manage its own affairs.

To reinforce this point, the Prime Minister can use his forthcoming visit to announce that Israel is now mature enough to cut itself free immediately from at least U.S. economic aid and loan guarantees at least, which prevent economic reform.”

LIAR. Iran has attacked Jews and Israelis by way of terrorism on several occasions. Where do you think Hamas got Iranian rockets from? Rhode Island? Mars? Where did Hezbollah get it’s hands on Iranian built drones? Atlantis? Iran has made it it’s mission to see Israel destroyed and have taken active steps to achieve that goal, even if it means launching attacks in Bulgaria against Israeli tourists. Iran=Hezbollah=Hamas.

Here’s what your source said:”IF you don’t think the media is controlled then ask yourself why the American public was never told about
ISRAEL’S ATTACK on the USS LIBERTY as they attempted to make it look like Egypt was the attacker, hoping that the U.S. would roll in big on Egypt. Many americans lives were lost but they kept the story low key.”

Now for facts. At the time the Liberty was attacked, the situation on the ground was as follows:
      1. Israel controlled all of Gaza, Sinai, and the entire Judea-Samaria region including east Jerusalem.
      2. Egypt had lost its entire air force and was calling for a ceasefire on the precondition Israel withdraw from the Sinai, which Israel refused to do.
      3. Israel began withdrawing ground forces from Sinai for an invasion of the Golan.

So answer me these few simple questions:
      1. Why would Israel attack the Liberty?
      2. Why would Israel claim responsibility for the attack if their intention was to blame Egypt?
      3. Who would be stupid enough to think they could pass off a French-built Mirage-III for a Soviet Built Mig?

1948-Israel attacked by 5 armies, including the Iraqi army. Israel itself barely had an army.
1956-If anyone was behind this war, it was Britain and France, who pressured Israel into helping the reclaim the Suez Canal
1967-This war began with a blockade of an Israeli port by Egypt, an act of war. Israel did attack first but this was justifiable.
1973-Arabs launch a surprise attack on Yom Kippur.
2006-Hezbollah launches rockets into Israel, prompting an invasion of Lebanon.

You said this source is reliable because………..HE LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING.

When are you going to close the embassies in the Middle East, that support the religion of Islam, with public tax dollars? Does that “chop and screw’ the meaning of the US Constitution? Put that in your pot pipes and smoke it?

Or is that a musical experience where you chop and up and screw your liver, never to wake up again? Bown down to that Bxxx? Let’s give a shout out to Whitney Houston? Oh, our bad, never mind, she’s dead, Bxxx?

Israel is not our problem. Israel does not deserve our wealth or lives. It is the most belligerent nation in the Middle East, by far. No one gets along with that two-bit place.

Under Saddam Hussein, Iraq launched unprovoked attacks against Iran, Kuwait, Israel, and even its own people. How is Israel belligerent compared to that?

True, but they only accepted it out of need. Your own source says that Khomeini emphatically denied receiving any aid from Israel and even went as far as to accuse Saddam of working with Israel and forcing Israel to bomb his own nuclear facility.

    Bibi,
I thought you were a smart realist.
Obama cannot be trusted – what is he waiting for – does he or for that matter anyone really believe these kooky zealots will stop their goal of nuclear weapons. Obama is playing for time to let Iran HAVE nukes and Israel cannot get to them.

I believe that Israel is putting Obama in a place where he MUST defend Israel … or else look like the loser he is. I believe they are playing Obama and I like it. About time someone made Obama do what is right .. not nothing or bad decisions.

Sure, America is a puppet to the Jewish state. Shows how they can bring down this country.
