Former Oakland Raiders quarterback JaMarcus Russell, who was released by the squad in 2010 and later was arrested on drug charges, has been planning an NFL comeback.
To prove he’s serious, he has been working with trainers at TEST Football Academy, and a recent snapshot shows his recent weight loss success.

And the below photo posted by the TEST academy on Twitter states that Russell lost 51 pounds since starting to work with them in February.
Russell then tweeted that he just was looking for a second chance.
Busted Coverage reported Russell weighing even less than 265 pounds, his pre-draft weight in 2007 when he was brought on by the Raiders as a first round pick.
In 2010, Russell was arrested for possession of codeine syrup without a prescription, but it was ruled there was not enough evidence for him to be indicted.
