UPDATE 10:20 p.m. ET: CNN’s Jake Tapper on Twitter Wednesday night reported a State Department spokesperson is denying reports that Secretary of State John Kerry was on a boat.

“Any report or tweet that he was on a boat is completely inaccurate,” the spokesperson reportedly said.
