The role of former President Bill Clinton has yet to be cast, NBC said.

The miniseries will recount the life and career of the former first lady and secretary of state from 1998 (i.e., during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, Variety reports) to the present.

NBC Entertainment Chairman Bob Greenblatt said the air date has yet to be determined but added that would likely hit screens before Clinton might declare her candidacy for president.

Clinton has not said if she will run in the 2016 presidential election.
