Conservative radio host Dana Loesch went after the Republicans who are refusing to support the current effort to defund “Obamacare,” which includes the possibility of a government shut-down.

Appearing on “Hannity” Monday night, Loesch argued that certain Republicans are more “terrified” of “media narratives” than of their own constituents who believe Obamacare is a disaster that should not be funded by Congress.

“They’re terrified of media reports and media narratives, that’s what every single one of them have said,” Loesch explained, adding that President Barack Obama’s signature health care law is “not ready for prime-time.”

Democratic strategist Christy Setzer argued the Republican effort to defund Obamacare is childish.

“This is not how grown-ups behave,” she said. “The House has already voted 40 times to repeal part or all of Obamacare…It’s never going to go anywhere because they don’t have the votes for it and they don’t seem to realize that this is not how grown-ups behave. If you don’t like government, you don’t have to serve in it.”

Setzer also claimed that Obamacare is “very popular” and the “law of the land.”

Loesch followed up with a simple question: “If it’s the law, why are we not implementing it?”

Setzer claimed the Obama administration is implementing “plenty of sections” of the law, just not all of it.
