A Somali police officer said Saturday that a suicide bomber accidentally detonated his vehicle while parking his car near a hotel, according to the Associated Press.

No others were killed in the premature blast that rocked the Somali capital, Capt. Mohamed Hussein told the AP.

Al Qaeda linked group Al Shabab frequently carries out attacks in Somalia. It was not clear though who was behind this particular blast.
