Conservative filmmaker and author Dinesh D’Souza is reportedly scheduled Saturday night to screen a portion of his upcoming movie “America” at the 2014 Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans.

“I’ll be showing 10 minutes. It’s Act 1, before we go into the critique of America,” D’Souza told the Hollywood Reporter. “It’s longer than a clip because I wanted to show the quality of the cinematography and some of the arguments we present in the film.”

The Hollywood Reporter said it obtained the opening sequence of the movie:

The follow-up to D’Souza’s successful documentary “2016: Obama’s America” is scheduled for an early July release and based on his upcoming book, also titled “America,” the Hollywood Reporter noted.

“The left is winning the cultural war,” D’Souza added to the publication. “Republicans treat politics as a hobby while the left engages more in academia, culture and the media. Conservatives have been politically outmatched because they’re not fighting on their natural battlefield. I want to step back from the narrow political debate and take a 25,000-foot view of the culture.”

Below is the opening sequence to “America” the Hollywood Reporter noted it obtained:

The Republican Leadership Conference includes speakers Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz, former Sen. Rick Santorum, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Texas Gov. Rick Perry. On opening night former GOP vice presidential nominee and Alaska governor Sarah Palin introduced “Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson who insisted the GOP needed to “get Godly” in the face of America’s declining morals.
