The slightly more than four-minute teaser video for the full “That’s a Shack!” cruise video for the VFA-27 Royal Maces lets you watch from inside the cockpit and also takes you outside with amazing footage of the Boeing fighter jet in action.
What’s notable about this footage, the Aviationist pointed out, is that it includes “AGM-154 JSOW delivery as seen from the ATFLIR pod, low level flying in the canyons, dogfights and flight deck operations.” It also has some night flying and firing footage.

“Great job by LT Chris ‘Faddow’ Nigus, and many others who helped to capture a year in the life of the 2014 Battle “E”-winning VFA-27 Royal Maces,” a VFA-27 Royal Maces Facebook post stated.
The Royal Maces are based in Atsugi, Japan.
The VFA-27 Royal Maces didn’t immediately respond to TheBlaze’s request for comment on its video.
