Fans of the New England Patriots mocked NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell Thursday night, directing a three-word chant his way.
During the NFL season opener at Gillette Stadium, fans openly chanted "Where is Roger?" during the game's fourth quarter.
The chant was quickly noticed by viewers at home and found its way splashed onto headlines around the Internet shortly after.
Goodell, who attempted to suspend Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady over the "Deflategate" scandal, chose not to attend the game. Last week, a federal judge nullified the punishment.
The Patriots defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 28-21.
