Glenn Beck: Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders ‘Not Healthy’ for Democratic Party

Glenn Beck made the case Wednesday night that President Barack Obama has done “profound damage” to the Democratic Party, adding that Democratic presidential hopefuls Hillary Clinton and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) are prime examples of that damage.

“Nobody’s talking about the profound damage this president has done to the Democratic Party. Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders — that is not a healthy roster for the future of the Democratic Party,” Beck said on The Glenn Beck Program.

According to the latest polling data out of Iowa, Sanders leads Clinton by 5 percent, 49 percent to 44 percent, and in New Hampshire, Sanders holds a substantial 14-point lead over the former secretary of state, 53 percent to 39 percent.

Though many Clinton supporters see this as a reason to be nervous, former President Bill Clinton says there’s nothing to worry about. In fact, he thinks the competition is “good” and “healthy.”

Beck, however, is not so confident about Clinton’s — or Sanders’ — future in the 2016 race for the White House.

“I see Hillary Clinton falling apart,” Beck said, adding that he is not feeling too confident about Sanders, either.

“I can’t imagine that Bernie Sanders is going to be the candidate, but I almost equally can’t imagine that Hillary Clinton is going to make it,” he added.
