In an interview with CNBC Friday morning, Athenahealth CEO Jonathan Bush offered his thoughts on disgraced pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli’s behavior Thursday during a House Oversight Committee hearing.
“I’d fight and die for your right to be a douche, but you’re being a douche,” Bush said.

Shkreli, former CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, was unapologetic at the congressional hearing, rolling his eyes, invoking his Fifth Amendment rights for non-incriminating questions and even taking to Twitter after it was all over, calling his examiners “imbeciles.”
