3 Minutes of Hardcore Gay Porn Interrupt Canadian Newscast

An Ontario TV station apologized to viewers Friday after they were treated to an eye-opening three minutes of hardcore gay pornography during a newscast.
“At about 9:30 our broadcast signal was overrun briefly by inappropriate video – pornography to be specific,” a message posted on CHCH Television’s website said.
“[W]e would like to apologize to our viewers. This was a problem that originated, not at CHCH, but at a cable company. Apparently some cable lines had been cut, and in the splicing back together some inappropriate content went to air,” the message said.
The master control desk was forced to make “frantic efforts” to pull the explicit content off, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
News director Mike Katrycz said they’re still waiting for a formal answer from the cable company about how the mistake happened.
KRDO-TV in Colorado had a similar situation last week when hardcore pornography aired during “Good Morning America.”

When a cable gets cut (think tractor digging one up), the cables in the cable all go down. I can accept it if the original programming went down, but it has to be explained how the original programming stays on and yet instantaneously switches to porn. No, that’s a switch that took place. Makes no sense at all.

How do you have the appropriate feed coming through apparently without problem then suddenly to gay porn then 3 minutes later the appropriate feed again? It is just really hard for me to believe this was a “wire splicing” problem, in fact impossible to believe. They had to track down the gay porn feed to shut it down? then suddenly the news again?, without loss of signal? Either the story is incomplete or an outright lie. I am so tired of this sort of stuff. Did some miscreant experiment with their ability to play with the airwaves and succeed? This seems so much more likely than a splicing problem perpetrated by some hapless lineman somewhere. This is the sort of stupidity that just wears you down.

Viewers could not report it fast enough, it was going up every few seconds, its like there was some PLAN to do this. Video recognition technology now allows Youtubes computers to recognize and delete it before anyone ever has to have the unfortunate and DISTURBING experience of watching these very sick people.

There’s also a hardcore group of activist homosexuals inundating the web forums who think their injection of comments will influence conservative sites toward a more homosexual friendly attitude by most. They labor under the delusion that prolonged subjection of gay images will inure the mainstream into regarding homosexuality as just another lifestyle.
What homosexuals don’t understand is that normal revulsion to their mental disorder is perfectly natural for all people, and it is nature’s way of assuring the perpetuation of the species by instiling in the human psyche a revulsion and disgust of same sex mental disorders.
On this site here, JZS….Votebush2012….Jaycen…..publiuspencilman…encicom…and others all are part of that activist cabal. They want a leftist utopian society, not because they are for love and tolerance, but because they perceive such a society will include homosexuality as just another lifestyle.

What you say is pefectly logical, but these people aren’t logical types, plus they’re arrogant to boot. I think it is that arrogance that blinds them to their own shortcomings, in addition to the fact that, being homosexuals, they’re laboring under a mental disorder as well.
They are channeled into liberal thought and dogma and have been all their adult lives. They have unproven beliefs and entertain certain ideas that have no basis in fact in the real world, but are accepted tenets which they discuss freely in their own small circle of strange people.
They can refer to something as being “disproven” like Murray and Hernsteinn’s Bell Curve. But the only thing “disproven” about it is that they and their circle of strange people didn’t like what the study reveals so they set about deconstructing various items and holding them among themselves as absolute truths, when they are no more than lame attempts to discredit, but they believe the distortions whole heartedly and think people are foolish who do not share their nonsensical conclusions.
I understand your reluctance to believe their clumsiness does anything but sway people to their point of view, but give what I wrote further consideration and note their arrogance.

And I speak for myself here but I’m sure most libertarians agree. I believe it is fine if people want to have a gay porn station, even though i think it is vile and disgusting. I would never tune into it, and i would most likely not hang around people like that did.
This incident however seems to be more likely sabotage by activists, which I totally disagree with. Freedom, and liberty applies to all, not just those I agree with. In this act, the freedom and liberty of the news cast was infringed upon, making it wrong.

Well, yes, that would be paternalistic DISS…if that were society’s only beef with narcotics as an example. But drugs aren’t like Big Macs or cigarettes. It’s one thing to clog your arteries or ravage your lungs… it’s quite another to consume substances that warp your mind or dull your senses to the point where you become a threat to the rights of others. And despite what the legalizers say, drugs use certainly isn’t victimless—not even when it comes to marijuana, allegedly the safest of the bunch.
And don’t get me started on all the bad that comes with the abusers of alcohol , or anything else used for the sole purpose of intoxication.

That’s the difference between you and i. There are plenty of places that offer smoke free environments. In general, i tend to go to places like that. If i choose to go to a place that allows smoking instead of a place that doesn’t, i’m not going to cry about being offended by all of the second-hand smoke and i’m certainly not going to try to pass laws banning public smoking when there are places that offer a smoke-free alternative. Its called the free market for a reason.
