    Israel turned loose something like 1000 prisoners of the terrorist persuasion in exchange for one young MALE soldier.

    It worries me deeply what will happen if those prehistoric, uncivilized, disgusting, subhuman, goatflockers ever take one of these fine lady’s captive.

    I know rget are committed soldiers and would take the risk in a heartbeat for their country…but as a man, I am very protective of women.

    And let’s not forget…unless they are in Israel, they ARE bhind enemy lines…no matter what country they are in.

    If war comes…I will pray every night for their safety.

    They are cute, but they are also quite young. There is more than looks to consider. The Israelis (of both sexes) that I’ve known, are quite self-actualized. I found the women soldiers to be rather “non-traditional” when compared to US women.

    They don’t necessarily define themselves by the men around them either. Not every male is ready for that.

    If you have the time, and spare bucks, go visit Israel. You‘ll have your eyes opened if it’s your first trip. Be prepared for some culture shock. Hard to explain if you haven’t visited, but these girls have some real skin in the game, which basically involves their very survival. It makes a great deal of difference in their motivation levels.

    Better be careful what you wish for though. :-)

    Definitely easy on the eyes. Wonder if the majority of them are str8, or more like our military loaded with lesbians. I say this from experience living near Fort Bragg, NC and used to frequent the bars. Plus, we now have our first openly gay General? Is that correct? Saw a pic of her and her mate. But I wouldn’t worry about Israel. They do have the GREAT protector on their side. And after Jan., 2013 they will have us again. Beautiful ladies though, don’t ya think? I know it’s very expensive to travel in Israel, but I think I will save a little more and make that my next overseas trip.

    This is definitely a propaganda piece. From what I remember, Israel is the one talking about attacking Iran, not the other way around. I keep hearing about “when will Israel attack Iran?”

    Notice how Jews in Israel all carry rifles on them, even going shopping. However, in the US, Jews are about the most anti-2nd Amendment group around. Jews are always promoting outlawing guns in the US, but in Israel it’s a whole different story. Makes one wonder why?

    You have been hanging out at the wrong bars. I was in the military. We had maybe four women who were lezies. The other 300 women I was stationed with were straight. You will have more lezies in a prison that in the military. We cared more about our jobs and country that in each other.

    Whatever problems Israel has had in the past with its neighbors is no justification to start a war with Iran.

    I am no fan of the regime in control of Iran, but to attack Iran to remove that leadership means spilling the blood of innocent men women and children not to mention risking the lives of our own young men. Mindlessly hating these people because the media (blaze) tells you to, will only lead to more killing.

    I‘m not posting to make friends and I don’t care if you dislike me but, I do hope to change some minds and work towards fixing our broken perception of warfare. There has been enough pointless bloodshed and loss of life.

    This goes for many users of the blaze and a large chunk of the republican party. You can still support the state of Israel and be against war with Iran. Building a bridge to peace would be a far more effective means of stopping war with Iran than putting up more walls.

    I would just like to say that yes, while these pictures are lovely… it doesn’t change a few facts. One is that while Israelis and their women have a lot of heart and courage to stand up to monsters on their borders…. let‘s just be honest they don’t stand a chance. God is literally the only one keeping them from total annihilation. While I support Israel they are surrounded by people who HATE them. Tactically if you are surrounded by your enemy you WILL die! It pretty much never works out for the people who are surrounded. Israel is numerically outnumbered. If I may let me invoke the significance of my avatar, Sauron. In LOTR, if not for Frodo and Sam, Gondor and Rohan would have perished. Yes, they won a couple of battles but they stood no chance from the get-go. IN the last movie, all of the main character good guys were about to die from an evil,powerful, numerically superior army and it was only Frodo and Sam who changed the tide. The same goes here. Israel may win a few battles but ultimately they are outnumbered by a strong (don’t underestimate Iran, they are more powerful than people realize), evil, numerically superior army. The Israeli army would absolutely get crushed in the onslught and nukes won’t save them it will just fire up the middle East more. God is the only one keeping these people alive because apparently our Prez doesn’t really care too much. Feel free to argue, but everyone knows I’m right.

    Umm, I think you underestimate the Israeli military. As you mentioned, they do have nukes (estimated at more than 200). Supernatural religious considerations aside (which you seem to imply is the deciding factor), there is no military middle eastern military that can hold a candle to them, and that’s true individually or collectively.

    Their military superiority was demonstrated in 1948–49, 1956, 1967, 1973–74, and 1982. Let me engage in a little foolishness, and state that if you’re threatened militarily, you prepare militarily. Were this not true, every country could save a lot of money by just abolishing their military and praying a lot. I doubt that even God himself would recommend such foolishness.

    Israel can take care of themselves militarily. As to whether they are worthy of God’s protection is controversial at the least, but theological determinations on military matters should be left to theologians. Helpful hint: You will never get a consensus of opinion, amongst theologians, on Israel’s favorability rating with God.

    Conclusion:

    The rational response to military threats, is for Israel to prepare militarily. With or without hot chicks, Israel is not going to be taken down militarily any time soon.

    I disagree and I’ll explain. Let’s just take God out of the equation for a second, Israel is still surrounded and having a superior military (which I can somewhat agree to) doesn’t really mean squat. Look at the U.S. we have the best military in the world and yet we are “losing” to ragtag gangs known as the taliban and Al-queida. Why? It has nothing to do with “military superiority” it has everything to do with the tactics the taliban employs and that we are in a foreign land where the people hate us. This is the same thing even if somehow Israel has a better fighting force it doesn’t mean squat. They are outnumbered (this is a huge reason why they would lose, and while numbers don’t decide war it can play a big factor especially if the enemies employ them correctly and Iran alone has a much bigger population. Israel is surrounded by people who hate them (btw you never countered the surrounded argument. If an army or country is surrounded it is much more likely you will lose) and even they go to war with Iran and strike.     Lastly you brought up the nukes. And while that is probably Israel’s best bet, it‘s also it’s worst card. If they were forced to fire on Iran, they will be hated by the world and it will ignite world war three that will utterly destroy the middle east and rip Israel to shreds. Ultimately, it’s best weapons are its worst nightmares and it will ignite a fire called muslims that will not be put out until every Jew is dead. You need proof just look at the rhetoric over there.     You did not counter any of previous points. The muslims have so many advantages and if they just hold onto a few they will demolish Israel. You brought up an argument for Israel being the best military in the middle East. I never argued this, I only argued that everyone against them would be suicide and I know this. You have not argued this point and I doubt you can, you were only telling me things that I agreed with.
    As for God, like you said I’ll leave most of that to the theologians. But there is plenty of evidence to support my arguments. Here they are. Assyrian rule, Babylonian captivity, Persian rule, European persecution of Jews, Alexander’s conquests, Roman rule, Ottoman rule, THE HOLOCAUST etc. They are the most persecuted people in history and one of the closest connections with their God and yet they have abandoned him. Why would God support them now after their rejection? I have plenty of arguments to make in this arena. Any counter points? He is literally their only hope from annihilation.

    No one is saying to disband the military and I’m not denying Israel is strong and have proved it but I would again argue that those were just battles won like my LOTR comparison where Gondor and Rohan won Helms deep and Minas Tirath but ultimately stood no chance. For one thing nukes did not play a role, muslims were not completely unified, rhetoric was not as bad, and several other factors did not play then as they do today. If muslims just come together, and use brute force, Israel would be smashed. They would put up a nice fight, might win a few battles, but their country would be destroyed. Beck has brought up plenty of evidence of radical Islam getting stronger and the middle East turning against Israel. There is a storm coming and it will not end well for Israel. I’m sorry to say.

    I don’t think Iran will attack first. Iran’s strategy is to provoke Israel and then launch a coordinated response with Hezbollah, Syria, and Hamas. Also, there‘s still a good chance that Fatah will act as well and if Egypt’s recent actions are an indication they could come into play as well.

    Where was the US in 1948 and 1967? I didn’t see them lining up to back Israel. Even in 1976 they only offered support once Israel was desperate to the point they considered using nukes. In fact, in many conflicts, America has been out front trying to make sure Israel shows restraint or even backs off. Remember what Bush did in 2006? He warned Israel to be careful not to cause too much damage to Lebanon because it has a democratic government. Sorry Jerk but propaganda isn’t history.     Maybe all the countries that surround Israel and call for its destruction are just saber rattling.

    Maybe the wars in which Israel was taken by surprise are some kind of propaganda campaign and didn’t actually take place. All that stuff on the History and Military channels about how Israel was almost destroyed is Hollywood, right? They also staged the Moon Landing, right? Propaganda can make you think anything, right?

    Maybe they ought to disarm like Europe was prior to the Nazi’s marching in. Appeasement always works. Peace at any price.

    On the other hand, maybe it’s best to be prepared in case leaders of all the surrounding countries calling for your destruction actually mean it. Maybe?

    GONZO. not if Israel hits first. You have to respect the fact that they are willing to stand up and defend their country. What choice do they have? If they are invaded these women will be raped, tortured and killed. I have to wonder how many women here would be willing to do thid if we were attacked here. Amazing to me that a tiny little country like Israel has more guts than any other country. Will cause a chain reaction with the other mideast countries? Probably so, but thhe people of Israel have the determination and faith to take on their enemies, you have to admire that.They are gorgeous in these photos, no doubt. More power to them.God Bless Israel and their people!

    Thx- a part of your statement is just ignorant. Yes, Iran can be pretty stupid sometimes but do not underestimate. See my newest comment in the first thread. Iran and the other muslims in the middle east will obliterate Israel without God. They are surrounded by a sea of enemies if you think they have a chance by themselves you are foolish. I don’t care if they have nukes, the whole world is against them already and the anti-israel propoganda is strong. If they bring their nukes on the scene everyone will abandon Israel and there iwll be mass destruction on both sides. Again, they stand no chance. Let’s look at history. The Jews are arguably the most subjucated people in history. Let‘s review ever since David’s free Israel they have been controlled by the Assyrians for a while, the babylonians for a good long while, the Persians for a long time, Alexander’s Generals who split up his empire, the Romans for a long time, the Byzantines, and then for a very long time the Turks/Ottomans and only in recent history did they get their own state not to mention all the anti-semitic behavior in Europe and around the world throughout their history. And they are still hated today, what makes this time so different and special? It’s not like God is suddenly fully with them now like he was with David. He is mostly out of the picture though he remembers the covenant. And if you say they stand a chance becuase of women in the military, I will have to do a Picard face palm and laugh.

  This goes to show that American media is nothing more than a pro-Israeli propaganda apparatus. Anyone viewing this non-news, brochure-like, piece, can not come to any other conclusion.

  And, this statement: ” Iran has been beating the war drums this week.” is so misleading as to be foolish. News story after news story during the past 2 years has been about Israel wanting to attack Iran.

  Know what you are reading. Use your brains.

    So when the Blaze itself reported on a proposed Israeli bill to ban comparisons to the Nazis that was propaganda? Or the time they reported on how Haredi Jews were acting abusive towards non-Haredi Orthodox Jews? All of us who support Israel are not above criticizing that which we disagree with while you seek to find fault in everything Israel does, has done, or even, in some cases, what they haven’t done. So tell us again, who is spouting propaganda? You still blame Israel for the actions of terrorist groups that predate its formation and which Israel itself actively dissolved. That’s like me saying the German government is evil because of what the Nazis did.

    Also, I fail to understand how my comparison was inaccurate. You hold Israel responsible for the actions of Irgun and Lechi when it was Israel that eradicated both of them. I, meanwhile, don’t hold the current German government responsible for what the Nazis did when they have worked hard to ensure that the Holocaust is both remembered, and not repeated.

    Iran will not attack Israel lets hope Israel keeps their end and doesn’t attack them. Pakistan has nukes and there as strictly Muslims and they don‘t like Israel but they have never used a nuke on them or anybody they really didn’t like. USSR didn’t even do it. no country wants to risk annihilation to destroy another.
