‘60 Minutes’ Edits Out Obama‘s Claim That He’s the Fourth Best President

President Barack Obama sat for an extensive interview with CBS’s “60 Minutes” last week, though it appears the portion of the interview actually broadcast on TV left out a statement where Obama essentially declared himself the fourth best president in terms of his accomplishments.
The statement was only made available online as part of the full interview on “60 Minutes Overtime.”
According to a transcript posted on the “60 Minutes” website, Obama said he would hold his accomplishments so far as president against those of Lyndon B. Johnson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.
“I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president — with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln — just in terms of what we’ve gotten done in modern history,” Obama told CBS’s Steve Kroft.

If Ron Paul is nominated, he will easily beat Obama (with support of many anti-war Democrats and majority of Independents; such polls are on record.) If Newt or Romney is nominated, the picture is different – Alex Jones’ crowd, true conservatives, many independents will stay home; Ron Paul supporters will simply write “Ron Paul” on the ballot; anti-war Democrats will stick with Obama.

I was having a conversation the other day with a person that was all about gingrich and he was saying that they needed someone that would beat obama. I told him that gingrich would lose that race because the independant and disaffected blue dog dems would not vote for another establishment “corruption specialist” republican. The other fact is that there are enough people on Ron Pauls bandwagon to upset the election for any of the other candidates on the republican ticket, PERIOD. and if they were seriously devoted to getting rid of obama they would need to vote for Ron Paul if for no other reason. Ron Paul has enough dedicated followers to spoil the election for the traditional republican candidate, I dont care which one you choose. Also, none of the others have the support from independants, much less any democratic attraction. Ron Paul’s integrity and adherance to the constitutional limitations and guidance assures his popularity with all Americans.
So, If you want to get rid of obama, the only logical course of action is to support and vote for Ron Paul.
I personally think Ron Paul is exactly what this country needs. But, if you don’t then just hold your nose and get rid of obama.
