6th Grade NYC Boy Charged With Hate Crime For Trying to Rip Off Girl’s Hijab

A 12-year-old boy in Staten Island, NY has been charged with a felony hate crime after he attacked a female, Muslim classmate and tried to rip off her hijab.
Osman Daramy was reportedly led off school grounds in handcuffs on Wednesday after he allegedly punched and kicked a young 13-year-old Muslim girl. After striking her, Daramy attempted to remove the girl’s hijab, or head covering, while some say he yelled, “Are you a Muslim?” He failed.
The New York Post caught the boy in handcuffs.
According to the New York Post, the girl suffered some bruises and a cut lip.
Daramy is apparently a regular hellion. Sources told the New York Daily News that this is the fourth time in recent months that he has targeted the young girl. Earlier in the week he got in trouble for cutting out a chunk of another girl’s hair. The Post elaborates:
On Monday, Osman raised hell in one class when he ran amok wielding scissors after using them to cruelly lop off a girl’s hair, sources said. But instead of being booted from school or arrested, Osman was merely “suspended in-house,” a teacher said.
Osman’s behavior is so problematic that officials at one point posted a school safety agent in front of that class just “so the teacher could teach,” a staffer said.
Two weeks ago, Osman was present when five other young punks at the school robbed a deliveryman who was dropping off pizza and soda at an after-school study program, insiders said.
The crooks demanded food and cash from the deliveryman before fleeing with just the food, authorities said. They were busted the next day.
“This child is a terror. He goes around terrorizing staff and students,” a teacher at the school told the Post.
The boy‘s mother condemned her son’s actions to the Post. “I know my son is a good boy. He’s a kid, he made a mistake. [But] it’s not right for him to bug anybody for their religion.”
The Department of Education told the Daily News that disciplinary action is pending. His case will be handled in family court because of his age.

I‘d say the teachers union isn’t interested in qualified teachers as much as filling a position to generate union dues. What little Osman needed were two parents to be on him like stench on cat waste and quickly and unmistakably correct him when his actions warranted it. Daramy (according to Wikipedia) is a common surname among the Mandinka people of West Africa.Mandinka children are given their name on the eighth day after their birth, Jews perform the bris (circumcision) on the eight day after birth. Coincidence? As Black Africans are Nubians (Shemites) this makes them all cousins of the Hebrews.
This makes me think the boy has an Ethiopian mother and a West African father.Moschea Osman in
Ethiopia is in a region that Muslim Somalia is currently trying to take from Ethiopia. Since Muslims commit so many atrocities in war, perhaps this boy’s family has suffered in Ethiopia.

Posted on March 31, 2011 at 3:17pmI went to school in rural Kansas in the 80′s. If you got in trouble, you may end up in the principal’s office and get a swat or two with the paddle. If you really screwed up, the principle would call an all school assembly in the gym (1st – 8th grade). Once every one was there, the offender would endure his whacks in front of the entire faculty and student body. Grade 1-4 usually didn’t have a dry eye. Say what you want, it was effective and none of the students required daily medication to regulate behavior.

Let’s see, the boy who brings a bible to school is suspended; the boy who accosts a girl and cuts her hair (can we assume sharp scissors) gets in-school suspension after, apparently, numerous offenses. Let’s see, the young man is African American so we don’t dare take a chance with Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton becoming involved until…..(wait for it…..) it involves a Muslim child, which should be a non-issue. There are obviously severe behavioral issues involved with this child that haven’t been addressed – and we wonder why NYC has such a bad educational system – they can’t even control one child and assess his problems.

Who she is, what she is wearing is irrelative; no one has the right to abuse another, and the ‘boys will be boys’ answer is just crap. Just because muslim men have no self control, does not mean that we should raise ours to behave badly.

Posted on March 31, 2011 at 3:55pmI HATE hate crime laws they are exacting extra punishment on a crime based on who the victim was. it is unfair, unjust, and illegal under our constitution. The courts are to be blind instead they play PC with sentencing that the legislature has enacted based on someone’s ethnicity, beliefs, sexuality etc. It is dangerous and wrong as it is one small step to controlling or punishing ideologies or thoughts or beliefs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no… this is not rape/adultery… but, muslimas are forbidden from mixing with males whether muslim or non-muslim especially… though she will not be punished for mixing because the situation necessitates mixing to establish shariah in this nation… for now..
just touching is supposed to be prevented by sex segregation… mohammad didn’t anticipate muslima mixing with male kuffar in modern American public schools for long term jihad purposes..
In general, a muslima should never have been in a position to be assaulted by any male (muslim or non-muslim) in the first place..
The parents of the muslima are in a conundrum… on one hand they must follow the commands of mohammad and keep their property away from uncontrollable males.. on the other they must continue to push shariah by pretending to be American…
Now, if the muslima was caught deliberately inviting a male’s touch, that is another story… dishonor killings are usually the result…
