‘Co-Parent’: Canadian Educator’s Odd Response to Media Attention on the Gun Sketch Story

Why did a Canadian school think they had a right to freak out when a pre-schooler made a crayon drawing of a gun?

It’s quite simple. The teachers and the education system did so, because they consider themselves to be “co-parents” of the children.

The story about Jessie Sansone has been burning up TheBlaze all day. Jessie is the Canadian man who went through the humiliation of a police strip search as well as being arrested and having his home searched all because his 4-yr-old daughter drew a picture of Jessie using a gun to kill “monsters.”

The overwhelming public opinion on this story says that the school overstepped its authority. The school and school administrators disagrees. After all, the Superintendent of Education in the region believes that the educators are “co-parents” of these kids.

Seriously. Co-parents.

Watch the Superintendent, Gregg Bereznick explain it.

I’m sorry for my reaction but Socialist morons like this drive me nuts. Things like this happen in the old USSR & Cuba, even worse, the State would take children and raise them as they saw fit. Like athletes, dancers and alike. They would just take them away from their parents.

While you may home school your children, the rest of society has to understand that the statement about child care givers being co-parents is absolutely a reality. I don’t care how you feel on the subject. If you think that you can send your child to the care of another person for 6 hours or more a day where said person gives them more attention than you give your child in a week, they are having an impact upon how your child will develop and think. To say otherwise is ignorance.

I’m not justifying the teachers having this man strip searched and put in a jail cell while his home was ransacked, not in the least. In fact, had it been myself in that situation; I would have found a gun or made something equivalent and revisited the police station or school to show them how displeased I was with their complete disregard for my human rights. But the reality is that if you send your children to school, they will learn more than math.

That’s great. Most of our founding fathers were home schooled too. And those that went to public school, well, let’s just say, the Government had no place to dictate anything therein.

Unfortunately, while Canada follows a “co-parent” initiative, the US follows a No-Parent policy. Go figure.

Harsh is the dems keeping this anti-family situation in place for so many years. Yea, I know, “war on poverty” but just look at the results. And they are not an accident. The dems have successfully propagated generations of dependents with their policies and dependents to them are votes. Anyone else see this coming full circle???

Our local school had a young girl attacked by a mob in the restroom, severe head injury, while other girls stood guard. The school talked with the girls involved. My granddaughter had a teacher send her with something to the office, and she was threatened by a group of girls, my daughter now home schools her and younger siblings. It seems to be the ONLY way to protect your kids, I pray for the kids who have parents who can’t home school. The public school system needs dismantled and parents set up a new system with the money going to private or charter schools.

It’s this kind of thinking (co-parenthood) that is permeating throughout our education systems, as well here in the US. (Think of that north Carolina girl that had her lunch replaced with chicken nuggets.) In a sense we have brought this on ourselves with our complacency, first with federal governmental control over our lives and second the powerful education unions. Can we get control back in the schools? Maybe, if we get the federal government out of our lives by abolishing the Dept. of Educ. and turning it back to the local towns and cities, get rid of teacher unions and eliminate tenure. Yeah, I know, fat chance.

All good Communists belong to the state. Your life must be regulated, supervised and correction given even for the perceived error or judgement. Your children do not belong to you. The state will educate them according to their test results to bring about the most perfect society for the elite. The less bright and the less physically coordinated will be relegated to the common jobs of mucking. For those that are mucking sterilization is required because the human condition must be advanced, regardless of the cost.
The state has found evolution does not work so the state must step up and cleanse the human kind

Oh you apathetic people don’t really, really care about them going to be telling you what to do. And they’ll do it ever so slowly, slowly, that you won’t even really notice, because you get lulled to sleep by Satan’s musical fire. That’s why the best solution is a couple asteroids crashing into earth at 35,000 miles per hour.

And then of course afterward not everyone will be reborn again, and the people‘s nasty souls who would rather be apathetic and enjoy Satan’s fire, their souls will sink like stones to the bottom of that one sea (that‘s why Jesus mentions it’s better to have a millstone tied around one’s neck and tossed in the deepest sea, because it can‘t be deeper than that one sea people’s souls will be tossed into) , and the oil that floats now they will walk the earth again. I’ll let you know how all the elbow room feels.

But on the other hand “The Right Hand” there’s “The light.” So an asteroid doesn’t have to be the only solution. Because Heaven and earth are unto lightning striking in the East and reflecting in the West. Or that which Happens in Heaven reflects on earth. Lets examine that! Isaiah said “Don’t leave yourself no where to go.” Well that means the earth is full, and it is full because land is locked up so it can’t be used. Therefore the earth is covered with seas, because seas are the gathering of people. Therefore as in Genesis when God says “Let the dry ground appear” that will actually be millions upon millions of people dying off. Interesting!

It was this kind of attitude in our US public schools that caused my wife and I to turn to homeschooling. We have been a homeschool family for 4 years now. One of the most frequent comments we get is “You must homeschool, your kids are so well behaved”. I most recently heard this at a gun show this past weekend. Our children have the opportunity to learn the truth about the faith of our founders as they study the Constitution. Two things that public schools do not teach. They can also draw whatever they want without me having to drop my pants for the government.
