ABC released new, “enhanced” video on Monday that appears to show injuries on George Zimmerman’s head, possibly adding to his defense that he was attacked before shooting Trayvon Martin.

Just like that BS tape that was put out by NBC tape making him sound like a racist. All this does is fuel the fire. If I were Zimmermans family I’d sue these news outlets. Let a jusry try the case and not the press that seems willing and very able to distort facts. Come on Justice Dept. investigate the news sources. Heck, maybe they want riots and blood in the streets over this.

Yes a jury should here the evidence of how a 28 year old adult followed a 16 year old kid he outweighed by 70 lbs. This after being told by the police they did not need him to follow him. And of course the confrontation takes place after he gets out of his car. This was 2nd. degree murder. And you can’t claim stand your ground on a confrontation situation you create.

So far we have not seen a complete timeline of the 911 calls and the actions of both parties. Zimmerman could have been walking back to his car after being told by the 911 operator to not follow and was doing that when the two crossed paths or maybe Trayvon saw Zimmerman following and was scared and confronted Zimmerman etc etc etc.
So until all the facts are put into a running timeline we may never know the complete truth about who did what when.

If as the neighborhood watch guy, he is checking out a suspicious person, and that person attacks him, is six foot tall, 200 lbs, and is on top of him, it could lead one to believe their life is in jeopardy. You can never tell a man what he heard, what he saw, or what he thought. Perception is real to the person doing the perceiving.

He was 6 foot 3 inches tall and I’ve heard his weight was 140 lb unless he was made of broom sticks that is not possible. As a former wrestling coach I can judge weight pretty well and he looked a buck 80 (180lb) if he was a pound.
As far as the reports that George Zimmerman weight was 250 pounds? Really? Have you seen his picture? That weight was 6 years ago but that would be factual based analysis He’s actually 5 foot 9 inches tall and weighs a buck 80 (180lb)

Posted on April 2, 2012 at 4:38pmThe end of the 911 call by Zimmerman goes towards Zimmerman’s own account of being confronted by Trayvon. On the 911 call Zimmerman says suspicious person had ran – he then started making arrangements on where to meet the police. How could he make arrangements to meet the police if he was following Trayvon as he would have no idea where Trayvon was going? The police ask what is Zimmerman’s address and he starts to give it and stops saying he did know where Trayvon was and didn’t want him overhearing.
Jrook the audio expert is subjective – audio experts have testified on both sides giving polar opinions on the same audio in many court cases. There were two witnesses of the altercation who both said it was Zimmerman who was yelling. Also, Trayvon was 17, between 6′2″ and 6′4″ and his weight was between 160 and 180 – Zimmerman is 5’9” and is not 250 (he apparently lost weight since 2005) – I haven’t heard an estimate but the difference is not 70 lbs – more like 10 to 30. Stand your ground would apply – following someone is not criminal and in this case if Zimmerman had stopped and was walking back to his truck, as the end of the 911 call indicates, that makes Trayvon confronting him, as his girlfriend’s first testimony seemed to indicate as well. The reason the investigation is taking so long I think is because they are trying to find something to hang on Zimmerman to appease the mob.

We have long recognized the left‘s desire to shut down any media that doesn’t spew their spin…but now they are hanging their ‘friends’ who have been complicit out to dry. When I got first aid from the EMTs for my motorcycle accident they cleaned me up pretty good, wouldn‘t surprise me that he didn’t have a bunch of blood and dirt all over him.

I think we can agree that a preemptive strike is different from standing your ground.

None of these are factors. Being followed does not give you the right to assault someone. Whether or not Zimmerman was indeed assaulted and in danger of life or limb is not known by anyone here, and should be determined by a fair trial.
Either way, his innocence or guilt will not be the fault of the law itself.

It was Trayvon who was “standing his ground”, not Zimmerman. Think about it, if I decide to walk to the store for, let’s say, coffee creamer…and notice some guy is stalking me in his vehicle…I get scared…I then think I got away from the stalker vehicle…and next thing I know the guy has parked the vehicle and is coming at me. I’d be swinging, too, trying to protect myself. How can Zimmerman say he’s “been attacked” when Zimmerman was the one stalking Trayvon, pursuing him, scaring the bejezuz outta him…and then when Trayvon was scared and trying to protect himself, Zimmerman shoots him? Trayvon had every right to protect himself and pummel Zimmerman when Zimmerman got out of the vehicle looking for a confrontation.

And anyone who looked out their window only saw the end of what happened. Zimmerman murdered Trayvon in cold blood. He was told by the dispatcher to stop pursuing Trayvon and Zimmerman continued to follow him anyway. If the Law sets Zimmerman free I will have faith that the Black Panthers will take it from there.

I heard NO remorse from Zimmerman about having just killed another human being…who was unarmed. What have we become? I’m all for self-defense, alarm systems, having guns. I’m not for shooting to kill when I could have done what Police said and let them deal with it OR made the potential “criminal ” keep their arms up until Police came. ZIMMERMAN has a screw loose for calling 9/11 so many times prior to this incident. MY POINT IS: What have we become?

The police verified Zimmerman’s story by his injuries, clothing and an eye-witness. I’ll also bet he was very close to his SUV when this all went down – again, verifying his story that he was walking back to his SUV and no longer following Treyvon. As the facts come out, the race-baiters will be exposed. However, don‘t expect something like the facts to deter these insidious individuals from encouraging retribution for Treyvon’s death.

Shoot someone, even a kid, in self-defense is not a crime in most places. In Chicago or NY maybe, but not where the Constitution still reigns. If probable cause is later developed, he will be arrested. This is not embarrassing at all. We still support concealed carry. We also are saddened by Trayvon’s death; it was a tragic death. We do not know what happened. We base our comments on what is known – not necessarily the facts. We don’t know everything and the police wants to keep it that way. Everyone can be an armchair quarterback – how about everyone reserve judgement until all the facts come out.
Also, you innocent until proven guilty or did that change in Obama’s administration?

People don’t seem to understand that the jewelry being loaned out is the act of being arrested, if it wasn‘t you’d have the option of driving yourself to the station.
