Watch America shine, grow, flourish and set the example for the world. My income is completely on commission and we have had to survive on less than 50% of what was normal for me for nearly 20 years. I am out of savings, retirement and living hand to mouth, and I would not take a dime from Barry and Co. for my last bite of bread!

O’Dummy and his ilk have their blinders on. They see how a country like China has embraced capitalism, to a degree, and it’s paying off like crazy. But they fail to see the inverse as they cheer-lead our march further into socialism and the misery that it created in places like China, Cuba, and elsewhere.
The real endgame of the “progressives”, whether they admit it or not, is for the US to become a country like China – a totalitarian state with just enough free enterprise to keep folks busy. Raul Castro could never sound like any Republican I respect because he doesn’t believe in liberty. Castro and his acolytes, like O’Dummy, only believe in control. They are the embodiment of Hayek‘s ’fatal conceit’.

Many O’Donnell and Matthews posts are to show how outrageous they are, not to expose the substance of their arguments. It is clearly an Orwellian hate fest, mirroring what the liberals constantly do. You throw up a picture of Goldstein equivalent and rouse the people up to hate it. The liberals do that to distract their dupes from what is really going on in the government. Islamic dictatorships do this as well, stoking up anti-Americanism. Why the Blaze sees the need to do this is beyond me. It is not informative.
As to the “studying your enemy” policy. That is of limited application. The most effective defense of political and economic freedom is a fuller understanding of it, not a fuller understanding of the arguments against it. It is just like Treasury agents don’t study forgeries. They study the real bills intensely in order to recognize the smallest variance.
Besides, do these clowns ever come up with new arguments?

I think most reasonable people have no problem with a social safety net for those that really need it. I don’t think you could call that socialism unless it was allowed to grow out of control. Uh, wait a minute. Furthermore, these very programs were always meant as stop gap measures and did NOT sensibly find there way into our system. When entitlements take up more than half the federal budget and you have no problem that its a “mix” of socialism and capitalism, your just not dealing in reality. I would be willing to bet that guys like O’donnell would never raise there kids with the same ideology. It’s ok Larry Jr, if you fail to get through school and get a job, you can stay at home and collect food stamps. Social safety net. Those spouting the socialist garbage don’t intend to live there own ideologies, they just want control and power. They do nothing to dispel the mistaken belief that social security is a retirement fund. I cannot believe the amount of people in this country who think social security is for retirement and then have the **** to say its not enough to live on.
