Adorable 5-Year-Old ‘iReporter’ Updates Viewers as Hurricane Irene Approaches

5 Year Old Jane Haubrich iReporter Updates Viewers About Hurricane Irene

Some people start their career early. For one 5-year-old girl in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, that moment came during the onset of Hurricane Irene.

CNN’s youngest iReporter, Jane Haubrich, updated viewers about the storm right from her driveway Saturday — with her stuffed puppy in tow.

Fortunately for Jane, the weather conditions had yet to turn dire. Watch the youngest field correspondent deliver her iReport below:

As for Jane, great job! I‘d vote for her to take Katie Couric’s old job. Jane is obviously brighter and does not yet appear to have drank the cool-aid.

Nice to anyone under the age of 25 with a willingness to work :-)

Wow Eliaism who licked the red off your candy.

Perhaps it is time to crawl back into the hole you came from or start taking the meds the doctors have prescribed since it seems you are off them and have been for some time.

This is a cute little girl making a cute little video. If you read more into that video than what is there, then you have a serious mental problem or you just like blowing nonsense out your ____________(fill in the blank).

This 5 year old is adorable and so are her encouraging parents. Just saw her on CNN — the cutest child and ever so smart and polite. The parents are wonderful too. It is nice that they take the time to support and encourage their children. Encouraging children is the best way to encourage their natural talents. Any negative comments should be ignored since they are not worth responding to. I was lucky as I was growing up to be surrounded by encouraging parents and adults. As adults with more experience we should strive to encourage every child to do their best.

She is having fun playing weather girl. What do you think that just because I don’t like it, that I would want to stop it? If yes, then apparently you are measuring my intent through your own take on life in that you want to control and stop the things you don’t like.

I feel bad that you are so burdened by your own miserable existence that you have to live by letting children do anything they want to as long as they are having fun, and that you are so introverted and narcissistic that you will let yourself be “Ruled by babes” because you think the child will have a miserable life as an adult like you do, so you want to afford the child unlimited fun. Which is actually digging a hole for you, the child, and the nation. This country is so gone people have no idea how far.

Thin about that for a minute. Your usual way of life will sooner than you think be coming to an end. And why? For the reasons I have given, in that what is important is unimportant. I‘ve heard Glenn Beck say that he believes God isn’t done with America. But why couldn’t he be done with America? God’s not invested in America, and The People are the ones invested in America. What is America compared to the universe? It’s not even measurable compared to the universe.

ha ha Eliasim……a controversial dope that doesn’t proof his own statements, can’t spell (but has tools called ‘spell check’ but doesn’t know how to use or is too lazy to learn) and then is ignorant enough to make statements about a child who is exploring her individuality. I guess Elia is envious. Didn‘t Elia’s parents give him/her a chance to explore his/her own creativity? It is not too late Elia, …there is another hurricane coming…..rig yourself up and do your own news report..ha ha Elia….you don‘t need any ’stinkin’ adults to help you….do it on your own!

ELIASIM – She would‘t be that good at it if she didn’t want to do it. Quit trying to find fault where there isn’t any. We need to encourage those that show promise, and a willingness to succeed……whatever their color, and those that don’t, need our acceptance and encouragement even more. I know from my own children that interests spring up from nowhere. I have a 12-year-old that has thought she was Rachel Ray, since she was 5.

The only reason miserable adults like seeing children mimic the adults is because it makes the miserable adults feel more justified and arrogant about their worthless “Cattle-like” existence.

You miserable people are getting controlled now by the international community for the same reason. Because you have to stick your fingers into every aspect of your own child’s life to try to manipulate and control it, or you take away any gender influence which is still manipulating and controlling the outcome. Argh, people make me sick.

Just because you hate yourself and mankind both doesn’t mean that you have to try and feed your spiteful attitude to everyone else. It seems to me that apparently you voted for your “messiah” obama and he turned out to be more spiteful than you and you didn’t get everything given to you by your messiah, you have developed voter’s remorse that you want to take out on everyone else. All you are doing is making yourself look like a petulant spoiled little child having a temper tantrum. Feel free to attack and attempt to ridicule me and everyone else all you want because we all see right through you and no matter how much you attack all it does is make the rest of see how close to the truth I have stated and how much you think the truth hurts. Just know though that what you are feeling is not the truth because recognizing and accept the actual truth will set you free and then you can be free indeed. God loves you no matter where you are at in life so try and seek comfort in that.
