Or have we forgotten Obama’s Forced Throat Czar Eziekiel Emanuel who wrote last Nov. 16 in the Health Care Watch Blog:
“Every favor to a constituency should be linked to support for the health-care reform agenda, If the automakers want a bailout, then they and their suppliers have to agree to support and lobby for the administration’s health-reform effort.”
Unbelievable what this corrupt gangster Administration keeps getting away with.

(Well, to be honest, we’re skipping one liberal that we already know is a buffoon.) We’re attending a function tomorrow night for a guy running for state rep. – new on the scene and very promising. Keep your fingers crossed everyone – pray he’s not an idiot for me, will you?

If we don’t get rid of the people who do the bidding of the puppet masters, then nothing will change. Get out and vote. Get your friends out to vote. Stand up for what is right. Highlight with FACTS and honesty the issues that are destroying our country and how and why it needs to be changed. Question with boldness when you hear something that is not true. Know yourself and what you stand for so when it comes time, you can carry the torch of freedom and truth. We just need to do the hard things first. Standing up and taking the ridicule is not easy, but as Glenn says, the truth shall set you free.

I had no choice not being in a right to work state, but the union leaders are usually thugs who could care less about the members. They want the money and power they get from the “little people” who pay their salariers. Like the US government, the unions are too big and way out of touch with the members they are SUPPOSE to represent.

They deducted copious amounts of money from my check to endorse candidates I disliked with a passion and little to NO representation at negotiation time. They would nearly ALWAYS take the first counter offer because it took too much cash to keep the negotiations going. But NONE of the union directors EVER missed the union funded yearly trip to Las Vegas along with all of the attornies for a supposed conference. I wonder how many lap dances I paid for over those many years….

Posted on September 8, 2010 at 2:29pmAs a teacher who dearly loved my job, when some of the idiots who I worked with were not happy, part of the progressive class, decided we needed a union! I gave up my job very sadly as I would not work with unionized people as some of those should never have been tenured! Their kids were not progressing the way they should have and some, once tenured, didn’t give a hoot about their job–teaching–all they were interested in was the check they received twice a month! Never went back to teaching and now in retirement without any pension because I took my money out of the state pension program as they were not putting in the bank, but holding it as a “rainy day” fund! Unions have become nothing more then “toys” for the union bosses and care little about their members! Just look at the millions those bosses throw away on elections!

When politics have come up at the training facility, I have been somewhat threatened with my job. I ask all of our students to look at all the facts before voting. Don’t let the union dictate who to vote for. Unfortunately, too many members are drinking the kool Aid and have been influenced by union politics for too long. God save our country!

Posted on September 8, 2010 at 4:04pmI live in California, I’m a firm conservative but many of my friends are liberals (I never really even knew this until 2008). Two of my liberal friends are teachers. They sometimes make statements that lead me to believe that they think everyone that doesn’t agree with their liberal views is obviously stupid. They both champion gay rights (though neither is gay) and stand 100% behind their Obama vote. One of these teachers can’t even work a computer or send email (she is 45 years old). She is completely unwilling to even try (and is quite happy to be computer illiterate). My assesment (after knowing them both for at least 10 years) is that they are both very stubborn type people that insist on having things their way. They are totally content in their ignorance… My desire to continue the friendships, is waning more and more each day.

That is what truly scares me about the November elections, are we just going to get rid of the dems and replace them with republicans, or are we going to be able to replace them with CONSERVATIVES? If it is just going to be republicans taking their places, then what is the point. The republicans have proven to us that they are only a fraction better and spend only slightly less. Don’t get me wrong, any cent less that we can spend is a good thing, but I feel that we need a slash and burn spending attack. Programs need to be cut to the bare bones and then cut some more. Welfare, social security, medicare, it all needs to be burned to an ash heap. Please everybody keep these things in mind when voting this November, as I will not be supporting republicans, I will proudly be supporting CONSERVATIVES!!!
