After 49 Mutilated Bodies Dumped at U.S.-Mexico Border, Beck Slams Obama Over ‘Basically Complete’ Fence

On his Monday evening broadcast, Glenn Beck dissected the contradictions and race-driven tactics employed by the Democratic machine as it attempts to manipulate the 2012 election. Since the left always claims to be champions of minorities, Beck wondered why they did not seem concerned that no less than 49 mutilated, decapitated bodies were recently dumped on a highway connecting the northern Mexican town of Monterrey to the U.S. border.
Of note, Beck slammed Obama over a comment in which he claimed the border fence was “basically complete” when in fact only 5% had been completed.
The U.S.-Mexico border stretches 2,000 miles and last year after “wasting a $1 billion and five year’s worth of work,” Beck explained, DHS ended its secure border initiative because “it didn’t meet cost-effectiveness and viability standards.”
Since 2006, 47,500 people have been killed on the U.S.-Mexico border. That is why “basically complete matters.”

Zimmerman incident. It was a case of a man with a clear right to defend himself being tried by the racist black segment, as well as the completely biased media.
You may have noticed the non-reaction by our Prez to the chants by those same racist blacks who placed a bounty on Zim’s head. That was very onerous, and we should be very concerned by that.

Most of Europe and everywhere else in the world was run by strong Kings or authoritarian type governments. The world today is different, people aren’t coming here to be free because there is a lot of other free countries you could go too now. It isn’t the same world as it was when the Statue of Liberty was given to us back in 1886, by France. If anything, that phrase or meaning at the bottom of the Statue is out of date. The yearning to “breathe free” part doesn’t really apply today, since a person could as easily go to Canada for that. As for the poor, why must we accept everyone? why do we have to bear all the burden of the worlds problems. In the suburbs of los angeles, they cannot take any more people..all the available land has been mowed down and built over. Let the world stay in their own countries and let them solve their own problems. we shouldn’t be the dump of the world, so they have an excuse to never solve their problems.

Works quite well for the Israeli’s. It would work on the US southern border !

You can get enough animal fat and corn syrup to make you fat as a slug without immigrant labor, but you can’t get enough fresh fruits and vegetables to be well nourished.
I was never worried about illegal immigrants in the first place. They don’t take away any jobs that Americans really want, and the criminal element doesn’t constitute any higher percentage of illegal immigrants than it does of the general population. The pre-fence security measures were sufficient to keep the flow at the necessary level, and there is no reason to waste money on isolated sections of fence on a border that wiser heads understand we do not ever want to completely seal.

We’re discussing the effectiveness of the barrier itself……….
If East Berlin‘s Stasi police couldn’t even keep folks from crossing the Berlin Wall in their efforts to escape communism (along a 96 mile barrier no less), then just how effective do you think a barrier 20 times as long (with no Mexican authorities stationed there trying to keep them in) will be??
I used to believe that you could simply build a fence to keep everybody out too, however reality quickly set in once you realize just how many opportunities to cross there would be along a 2000 mile fence that would stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean…..I’d have better success at trying to bail all of the water out of the Atlantic Ocean with a Dixie Cup.
If you don’t remove the incentives (welfare, birthright citizenship, healthcare, etc., etc.), then they will simply keep coming and there won’t be a fence tall enough to stop it.

They buy the materials and can decorate it in what ever manner they see fit. I would be glad to go down and pay for one foot of materials out of my own pocket. I bet other Texans would too. The government says they cannot afford it, so we’ll do it ourselves.

First of all, I’d ask you why Mexicans are crossing the border? Obviously for jobs right? Americans who will pay them to work? They cross, easily find jobs despite the unemployment rate and have money to keep themselves and there families alive and maybe to send money back to Mexico.
Let’s agree on facts here. Most Mexicans aren’t coming here because they love American culture, they are coming here to make money from American businessman who willingly violate the law to hire them. They come for jobs. The employers know they aren’t legal workers, pay low wages, no taxes of any kind, and don’t have to worry if these people get hurt or killed or sick on the job.
If there weren’t American willing to pay these Mexicans, in violation of the American law, they’d stop coming. But you don’t want to go after the Americans getting the cheap labor do you? You want to build a big fence so that American employeers won’t be tempted. Wrong approach.
As far as the big 2500 mile 100 billion dollar fence? You ever heard of wire cutters? Or shovels to dig under the fence? Friend, as long a Americans will break the law to pay illegal Mexicans to work, they’ll get here on way or another.

I might agree that you are not a troll, if indeed you actually posted true opinions, and not just media matters talking points, or the fabrications you just make up out of thin air with the hopes that someone might actually buy it.
When you are called out for your fairy tales or untruths, you simply reply with an “ooooops, big mistake on my part” Then you go right on with more of the same.
On one occasion a week or two ago when someone challenged one of your “facts”, you actually came back and said……”Good job, you called my bluff, and you were right”. You admitted that you were blatantly making stuff up.
If you want to think that is not being a troll…..OK, fine.
But what would you call it when someone is admittedly disingenuous, if not dishonest, all for the purpose of your party line propaganda?
You think that “Maybe” they are sending some money back to Mexico? This an example of you being disingenuous again, or just completely ignorant. Google it. The results might shock even you.
Don‘t insult this country with your can’t build the fence crap and even if we did they would build a tunnel. We have the resources and technology to easily bring the rate of border crossings to a virtual crawl if it were so desired. And cost is not a factor when all things are considered.
