While Psychologists Push to Decriminalize Pedophilia, HHS Says Children are Sexual BeingsIn a push that seeks to sexualize young children while condoning homosexual “experimentation” among teens, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is offering up pearls of wisdom to parents on the sexuality of children.  But if that were not disturbing enough, this comes at a time when a group of psychologists are allegedly pushing for the decriminalization of pedophilia.

The HHS information, located on a “Questions and Answers About Sex” link on the “Quick Guide to Healthy Living” section of the government website even describes children and infants as “sexual beings.”

The site also includes information on sexual experimentation, including homosexuality.

Under the section “When Do Kids Start Becoming Curious About Sex?” the answer notes that infants and toddlers are curious about their own bodies. CNSNews adds:

“Children are human beings and therefore sexual beings,” the Q&A Web page says. “It’s hard for parents to acknowledge this, just as it’s hard for kids to think of their parents as sexually active. But even infants have curiosity about their own bodies, which is healthy and normal.”

As for masturbation and “what sort of ‘sexual’ behavior do young kids exhibit?” the page says, “Parents should only be concerned about masturbation if a child seems preoccupied with it to the exclusion of other activities. Victims of sexual abuse sometimes become preoccupied with self-stimulation.”

A link at the bottom of the Q&A page, entitled “Sexual Attraction and Orientation,” includes information on sexual experimentation, including homosexuality.

“Thinking sexually about both the same sex and the opposite sex is quite common as teens sort through their emerging sexual feelings,” the page says. “This type of imagining about people of the same or opposite sex doesn’t necessarily mean that a person fits into a particular type of sexual orientation.”

“Some teens may also experiment with sexual experiences, including those with members of the same sex, during the years they are exploring their own sexuality,” the page reads. “These experiences, by themselves, do not necessarily mean that a teen is gay or straight.”

While much of the information provided does raise questions about HHS’ motivation, Peter Sprigg, a senior fellow for policy studies at the conservative Family Research Council, pointed out HHS did clarify that abstinence is the best way to avoid pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

While he considers the promotion of abstinence to be a good thing, Sprigg also believes the federal government has no place weighing in on the sexuality of infants and young children:

“The idea that ‘children are human beings and therefore sexual beings’ is one of the most destructive myths of the sexual revolution,” Sprigg told CNSNews.com. “To a large extent, this myth may be traced to the ‘research’ conducted by Alfred Kinsey, including the infamous ‘Children of Table 34’ experiments, which involved the deliberate sexual abuse of children as young as 6 months old under ‘experimental’ conditions.”

“The fact that young children are aware that their bodies include genitalia hardly makes them ‘sexual beings,’ and it is improper (and potentially dangerous) to treat them as such before puberty,” he said.

Which makes the following Fox News report all the more troubling. According to Shannon Bream, a group of mental health professionals, dubbed “B4U-ACT,” are arguing that pedophiles are simply misunderstood and therefore, should not be criminalized.

A partial statement by the group reads:

“Stigmatizing and stereotyping minor-attracted people inflames the fears of minor-attracted people, mental health professionals and the public, without contributing to an understanding of minor-attracted people of the issue of child sexual abuse.”

B4U-ACT’s aim is allegedly to create “tolerance” for people who are sexually attracted to children. Are members of the psychiatric community now attempting to treat pedophilia in the same way they would alcoholism or depression? If so, this could likely increase the danger pedophiles present to children across the country

I envision Public Hangings for these Pedo’s and the Phsychiatrists who defend them.       Follow the links. The group, even according to the FOX link, IS NOT advocating decriminalization of acts of pedophilia. The FOX link says “critics” are making the claim. Best I can tell, this group is trying to get potential pedophiles into treatment before they act out and do something hideous and worthy of the “Smith and Wesson” treatment somebody suggested. They are not advocating pedophelia or suggesting it be decriminalized.

      Who knows and whatever the case, this is just another proof that the blaze gets their journalists from the National Enquirer and then sends them for paranoia training.

      If you noticed, they said that a preoccupation with self stimulation could be a sign of sexual abuse. First they say it’s normal, encourage it, and then say if they do it too much they were probably sexually abused. I can see false accusations coming out of the woodwork. It will make those real cases harder to prosecute. Another win for pedophiles.

      Not sure on the validity of this story, but this I will gurantee. As each year passes, and more and more pro-homosexual laws get passesd in the U.S. (ending DADT, allowing gays to wed…) we will see a push to lower the age of consent. This is not something new. Homosexual men have a hisory of wanting young boys. It is very common in the middle east and other muslim nations. It was true in Greece and Rome, where young boys were violated, and it will be true here.

      When I was an advisor in Afghanistan and Iraq, we saw were the actual police would kidnap young boys from poor areas, and use them for sex. Has to be one of the sickest things I have ever seen.

      Very recently, laws have changed in the U.S. Just a few years back, no one in their right mind would have even though of allowing gays to adopt children. Now they are doing it. Our Gov has failed our children, when it will allow them to be adopted by these sick twisted perverts.

      For the entire history of the U.S, gays were not allowed to openly serve. In about 30 days, they will not only be allowed to serve, the can be open about it, and they will become an untouchable class that gets away will all sorts of nonsence.

      For the entire history of the U.S, gays were not allowed to get married (in any state). In just the past few years, the most liberal of states is now supporting and allowing it.

      You are right on not wanting to apply the word “gay” to that which is loathsome. Notice that those who pursue that which is twisted must also twist, or pervert the language they speak. I remember my father who was extremely literate and intelligent, saying in the 1970′s, what is to replace the word gay with its original meaning. Many of those practicing homosexuality do not remind me of anything gay.

      “true translations” KVJ is the only translation I use. Sometimes you have to study to get the meaning. I still hold that the government is to punish the wicked, and reward the rightious.

      I am a active duty field grade officer and in my 24th year of service. This I can tell you, allowing gays to serve is going to greatly degrade the military. This is not a simple easy little step. I completed the DADT Repeal Training – it is scary. It is very costly, and going to cost even more. They will be untouchable, and leaders will fear them. The lesbians will be the most vocal up front in demanding all sorts of new rights and priveledges. You will hear very little, as much will get swept under the rug. Kind of like the number of male on male sexual assaults on one of the Army’s biggest instalations last year. 50% of sexual assaults were male on male, but no one talks about it, because it violates the political correct rules, where we are all supposed to love sodomites. There is much that is kept under the rug. The average american mom and dad has no clue as to how high the sexual assault rate is on new recruit females in the military. Why do we keep it secret and hush hush, because no one with stars wants to stand before Hillary, Pelosi, Boxer… and tell the truth. The truth gets people’s carrers ended.

      KJV I’ve found best as well, though I do compare translations just to see the differences. On controversial verses I go to the original language and  examine the definitions thru Strongs. true translations was meant you used Strongs and looked up the original text. 

      I agree it will cost more to “train” for repeal of DADT. 

      Sexual assaults occur regardless of DADT, right? These assaults also occurred before DADT was repealed right? 

      RangerP it is our duty to report all assaults and to stand for those being assaulted. Those not reporting are not adhering to their duties. 

      I don’t understand how Homos are untouchable or how women Homos can ask for more rights or privileges. Can you detail for me? 

      What is more important a career or honor? I say honor…..

      The APA ( American Psychiatric Association) plain and simply has such a heavy gay influence they were able to change an accurate evaluation of gays as those with mental disorders to the disingenuous “sexual orientation” via political means. But the affliction IS still a mental illness to those who are unbiased and not politically correct.

    OMG!!! Misunderstood???? I drive a school bus…how much tolerance would there be if they were the driver of THEIR children???? You can take booze away from the bus, drugs away from the bus…and test for drug abuse…BUT…you can’t take the child away from the bus, nor test randomly for sexual abuse.       Daniel i have had two children of my own and now have grandchildren so i don’t plan on hurting any child molester, i plan on ENDING THEM PERMANENTLY!! no more sick genes swimming in the shallow end of the gene pool, problem solved.

    It’s very simple. Homosexuals cry for equal rights claiming their sexual orientation as “not a choice but born this way”. Soon and very soon I’m afraid pedophiles are going to be screaming for those same rights as being “born this way”. When people make a stand for what‘s right in God’s eyes and not what‘s right in their own eyes can this great country of America be salvaged from the gloom and doom we’re facing.     “Minor-attracted people” deserve NO tolerance. They deserve harsher punishment than can be meted out by government. If government were not made of people, who make mistakes, I would say that those victimizing perverts deserve torture and death. But since we are all imperfect and cannot recall actions such as these if made in error, I would like to see them behind bars for life, not to punish, but to prevent further occurences.

    Know that I was a victim of childhood sexual abuse, harmed dreadfully at an early age. Some few of us become abusers in turn, many repress the experience and live fractured lives rife with drug, alcohol and sexual addiction, and a few of us become champions of the oppressed.

    I have not considered myself a victim for many, many years. I refuse to be a victim, for that gives the monsters control, which they once had, but no longer. When I find a person who is unable to fight back against evil, I teach them how, and fight by their side. If truly incapable of self-preservation, I will fight their battle for them.

    Pedophiles are not lovers of children any more than rapists love their victims. The crimes they commit are crimes of power. As long as I draw breath, these twisted bullies are not safe. They dare not ever try to harm me again, for I am no longer a powerless child, I am a man, and quite capable of inflicting damage if required.

    As responsible and loving adults, we have a responsibility to protect those who cannot protect themselves. I

    Counseling destroyed so many homes and marriages when I was a young woman. It was perverted and many of the counselors were twisted, sick people who preyed on their patients’ weaknesses and fears.

    Personally, I think all adults who want to have sex with CHILDREN should be shot dead on the spot, or hung. Maybe the muslimes have something there???? No, that’s wrong…the muslime males DO have sex with children!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, maybe shooting or hanging people who want to and who do have sex with children isn’t such a bad idea after all?

      I believe the so called counseling for kids have screwed up more kids than it helped. The kids don’t know how to bring out their feelings to talk about it. It is repressed for a reason. It is a self defense mechanism that helps protect the child. Then when they get older they are more able to deal with it.

      Grandma — I have to agree with you, shooting or hanging at the least, starting with the foot and work the way up; although throwing them to rabid, starved wolves in a pit while covered in sauce is another ideas as well.

      I try to be a good Christian. I have been berated and made fun of on this website for showing compassion, forgiveness and understanding in matters where others want only blood. I am not perfect but I try to be reasonable and rational and try, in futility, to be more like Christ and do as He says to do.
      But I have my limits!! And this is it! I draw the line with kids. Don’t hurt the children!!……Or I will hurt you! This kind of sick garbage is where I stop being ‘understanding’, and start loading the guns!!

Then I see I’m not alone. People are sick of this kind of stuff.
