So by saying Allah is American it takes the weight out of their belief that Allah hates us and that they are the chosen religion. They are trying to say that freedom is what God would want for everyone and where better to be then in America. It is a smack in the face to them.

Attend an Arab Christian Church service sometime (Antiochian or Melkite) and you will hear it all over the place — along with the Arabic words for “Father” “Son”and “Holy Spirit.”

If you go to any Christian church service conducted in Arabic, you will hear the name “Allah” used frequently, along with the Arabic words for “Father,“ ”Son,“ and ”Holy Spirit.”
