At his 51st birthday party, Rep. Allen West (R-FL) decided to one-up President Obama’s recent rendition of a few lines from Al Green by belting out a full cover of “Pretty Woman.” And he’s not bad:

Posted on February 16, 2012 at 1:43pmNobody was more enthused about Allen West that I was initially.
Then I learned that Allen West voted in favor of NDAA and the release of the Pigford funds.
I was forced to conclude one of two things.
Either Allen was doesn’t research these issues very well before he votes on them or he is actively betraying us.
Both possibilities are unacceptable.
My advice is, don‘t get swept up by Allen West’s rethoric, instead watch carefully what Allen West actually does.
We already have one smooth talking Judas in the White House whose charismatic, high flying rethoric sends thrills up some peoples legs we don’t need another one.

Posted on February 17, 2012 at 11:28amHe also supported Boenher’s compromises in news interviews, the Super Committee and Debt Ceiling increase. He is ‘trying to get along’ and ingratiate himself to the Republican Establishment. He is voting like a Globalist RINO Neocon in order to ‘raise his standing’ in the Republican ‘Establishment. He has traded promise as a grass roots conservative for position in the establishment. A one term congressman. It gives no pleasure to say this. He may have been schooled in the military too well in following orders.

Posted on February 16, 2012 at 12:43pmNah. West did alright. Neither are bad. They’d both need lessons to be good though. I don’t think singing is something that either practice a whole lot.

Posted on February 16, 2012 at 2:57pmWell, West sang a whole impromptu song like a man, and Obama twiddled eight very well rehearsed girly sounding notes.

Posted on February 16, 2012 at 11:08amAllen West ROCKS! But please don’t give up your day job.
On the other hand I wish Obozo would give up his day job for a singing career. At least I could turn the radio off.

Posted on February 16, 2012 at 10:44amAlan West is so much better than Obama in everything.
Report Post »We could save ourselves a great deal of time and money by simply putting them in a cage match for the Presidency. My vote goes to West in the match or doing push-ups [even with Wassermann-Ditz on his back].

Posted on February 16, 2012 at 10:16amWatching him sing is better than watching Maxine Waters yapping her trap calling Boehner and Cantor Demons. I guess it takes one to know one, huh Maxine. Every time I hear this women it is like hearing fingernails on a chalk board. Frankly, I don’t want to see her picture in the halls, I just might puke when I see her ugly face.

Posted on February 16, 2012 at 8:38amWell, he did screw up when voting in favor of the NDAA. I’m against it for the following:
“Detention under the law of war without trial until the end of the hostilities.” Speaks volumes.
How anyone could think this does not explicitly codify indefinite detention is beyond comprehension.
“No principles. No truth. No clue. Nobama 2012”

Report Post »GhostOfJefferson
Posted on February 16, 2012 at 10:15amThat’s easy HVY. I haven’t voted to allow the government to confiscate and detain American citizens, without charges, in secret detention centers where God only knows what is going on, in a complete contradiction to not only the Constitution, but the entire body of anglo saxon customs and Common Law since there were such things as anglo-saxons. Nobody who knowingly approves of that is for liberty, period, full stop.
You set the bar way too low with that one, but thanks for the opportunity!
Or was I supposed to clap like a trained seal for this traitor to liberty, like a good mind numbed “participant” of the fake politics of the day?
