Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) said Saturday President Barack Obama and other liberals should "get the hell out of the United States of America." (AP)
Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) had a strong message Saturday for President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “Get the hell out.”
West made the comments during a speech at a Palm Beach County GOP event in West Palm Beach.
“This is a battlefield that we must stand upon. And we need to let President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and my dear friend, chairman of the Democrat National Committee, we need to let them know that Florida ain’t on the table,” West said.
The audience was booing by the time West got to Pelosi’s name.
“Take your message of equality of achievement, take your message of economic dependency, take your message of enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people somewhere else,” he continued. “You can take it to Europe, you can take it to the bottom of the sea, you can take it to the North Pole, but get the hell out of the United States of America.”
As the audience cheered and many rose to their feet, West added, “Yeah I said ‘hell.’”
“This is not about 1 percent or 99 percent. This is about 100 percent. It’s about 100 percent America. And I will not stand back and watch anyone defame, degrade or destroy that which my father fought for, my older brother, my father-in-law, myself, my nephew and all my friend still in uniform,” he said.
“I will not allow President Obama to take the United States of America and destroy it. If that means I’m the No. 1 target for the Democrat Party, all I got to say is one thing: Bring it on, baby.”

The NDAA is going to be used to extract and remove muslims engaged in Jihad and others who have falsely assumed the mantle of “American Citizen” while acting as an enemy soldier for a foreign power. I amazed at the lack of understanding exhibited by those who pretend to defend the Constitution and my Bill of Rights while at the same time offering it to our enemies as a cudgel with which to beat us into submission.

Who in their right mind would vote for giving Obama the ability to declare YOU a terrorist with no recourse?
The Constitution served us well for hundreds of years, and if you actually have so little faith in the Jury system that you will scrap it, and hand the keys for your own enslavement to some NWO shill like Obama, YOU are an enemy to the Constitution and a blind fool.

I am stunned by the lack of understanding exhibited by otherwise rational people when it comes to Jihad. It as if they are utterly blind to the danger even when presented with centuries of historical evidence proving the violent nature of Islamic culture.

Posted on January 29, 2012 at 10:59am@Sirfoldalot, The NDAA used language that sounds somewhat reasonable, but it’s vague and subject to interpretation. It removes habeous corpus which is against the 5th amendment. There is no proof that it’s intended to stip away YOUR liberty, and most likely won’t be used to do so presently. That being said, the right to habeous corpus comes from god (or natural law) and no man should be able to take it away. There‘s a reason why it’s in the Bill of Rights. To me it’s a VERY, VERY big deal. The potential for abuse by a corrupt politician is mind boggling, to say the least.

I’m much more fearful of giving the likes of Obama the power to declare YOU a terrorist, with no avenue to address your innocence. You may well end up in some god forsaken prison with ZERO evidence against you, for being labeled a TEA party terrorist, or one who quotes the Constitution too much.
One would think a guy like you would see the dangers of the NWO the powers that be wish to force on you, and yet you wish to hand them the tools to do exactly that.
The only thing we have that stands between us and total tyranny is the Bill of Right, and like a fool you praise the very ones who are pushing us towards our own enslavement.
Sadly…you bought into their Boogie Man and welcome the NWO, even though you fail to see the obvious.

I’ve seen this BS repeated numerous times, Not sure where it came from, but it’s disinformation.
Though CIA trained and supplied Afghan resistance, there was no Al-Qaeda in existence during the Russian occupation. Handful of people like OBL fought on the side of Afghans, but not like some sort of organization. Several Arabs formed a unit that was supplied from BL family and trained on their own. Some Afghans resented them and tried not to involve them in operations, because they had a tendency to “lord over” them and push objectives that were often at odd with theirs. The Arabs were more successful with Salafist Afghans that later formed Taliban. After the Russians left, OBL moved back to ME. The idea of Al-Qaeda was taking a shape in those settings. Not under that name, though, it was a loose think thank for advancement of Jihad.
The name Al-Qaeda was adopted after hit and miss on OBL Lybian location. He moved back to Afghanistan and his Taliban buddies gave him a sanctuary. That is when the name Al-Qaeda (The Base) appears in the first time.

Let me try one more time to reason with you. Say someone is coming take out your most favorite loved one. However someone was going to give you some information which would prepare you for the event enabling to protect your loved one… Although there’s one caveat, 25 years ago this individual committed a robbery in which led to the death of a clerk.
Would you be willing to disgregard the man’s information even though it would lead to the saving of your loved one because he has a checkered past? Or would you demand someone come forth with a completely clean past even it meant the murder and loss of your loved one? But you would have waited for the knight and shining armour.. lol

HR5136 was passed in 2011, and the NDAA for FY2012
The military’s budget was cut, but they were given more authority regarding retention of anyone who commits a belligerent act … Along with the “president”
The next step is to define a “belligerent act”
That will be done under the cover of night and will be quashed until someone figures out we are at the threshold of becoming a nation out of our control
“It’s no big deal, just hop on the train, and you’ll be taken to a safe place.”

As for suspension of habeas corpus or due process, that is possible through a declaration of martial law. Hopefully, it won’t come to that. There’s no need to create some sort of “sneaky” provision somewhere else, since the precedent already exists (Civil War).

Posted on January 29, 2012 at 4:47pmMy take on this issue (NDAA) is that the leftists saw it that with a bit of inventive interpretation, the specific provisions of NDAA may be construed that since it is not explicitly forbidden in it to detain US citizens or legal residents indefinitely without due process, it is therefore allowed. That is not, of course, the case. The particulars are defined elsewhere, explicitly.
However, this reframing of the NDAA may be useful to create a wedge amongst conservatives and essentially split them in factions, because they rely on the fact that a majority of people don’t have time to read through it..
So far, as I can judge, their psy-op seems to have a degree of success.

But rather, the NDAA allows citizens to be tried under military court, rather than civilian (stripped of citizenship)…

Nazi Apologists like Carboneyes can call people like me what they want, I’m a “Libertybot”. Ron Paul expounds liberty, rejects and criticizes these provisions for what they are- CONSTITUTION KILLERS- more than any other candidate, he walks the talk, they can’t stand that, I don’t care.
Anyway…
“pending disposition under the law of war.” WE HAVEN’T DECLARED ANY WAR.
“…including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.“ Who determines what is a ”belligerent act”? Who determines what constitutes “direct support”? This is ambiguous deliberately to allow the Executive Branch to determine the indeterminable without due process, investigation, or other legal firewalls to protect citizen rights.

He said the first time they voted on it (NDAA) this section was not in te bill. The second time they voted it was slipped in. Many bills go to the House and then the Senate and back to the House for 2nd vote. I am assuming this is what he meant when he said the 2nd time he voted it was slipped in. This is what I heard on the radio.
This is no different that during the time of the vote on The Affordable Healthcare Act better known as ObamaCare. The part about the options were taken out.
I am not necessarily standing up for anyone who voted for this. Just trying to look at it from another point. This Gov is corrupt and nothing is beneath them as most of us are pointing out.
Our Representatives HAVE to read everything word for word and call out any changes before they vote. If our current Speaker was doing all of his job some of the corruptness would be dealt with. At times I think our Reps are so busy looking at the trees they can’t see the forest. Or…..they are threatened?

What makes you think any citizen is going to allow theirself to be extradited for extraordinary rendition or indefinite detention/military trial in a foreign country (willingly)? Who determines what is a person’s country of “origin”? If I’m black, does that mean I get shipped back to Africa?

The only way the right can win elections is by convincing the gullible that by giving more and more of America‘s wealth to the the Republican’s richest donors, by cutting their taxes and raising your is “patriotic.” They want you to believe that policies that shrink the middle class, swell the ranks of the poor, and concentrate the wealth of this country into fewer and fewer hands, hand that can elections, increases your freedom. Posted on January 29, 2012 at 8:48pmIn 1863, Lincoln instituted martial law . What it means is that the President has dictatorial authority to do anything that can be done by the government in accord with the Constitution of the United States of America. This martial law authority is still in effect to this day and this Act was the foundation of today’s Presidential Executive Orders.
Under The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 a private corporation named, “The District of Columbia”, was formed. It trademarked the names “THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT”, “United States”, “U.S.”, “U.S.A.”, “USA”, and “America”. Without amending that municipality’s charter, this 1871 Act marked the creation of a new private corporation known as, “The District of Columbia” owned and operated by the actual government for the purpose of carrying out the business needs of the government under martial law.
In 1933, Corp. U.S. went bankrupt and the States agreed to support their resolution. In keeping with the bankruptcy, the Corp. U.S. Congress adjusted their Trading with the Enemies Act with their Emergency War Powers Act.
Under all of the media coverage of the Federal Reserve Bank Act, Corp. U.S. passes and adopts (as if ratified) their own 16th Amendment. This amendment has nothing to do with our nation, with our people or with our national Constitution.

This is related for foreign nationals. I don’t see how this can be construed in any other way, given the 2 clauses under the section.
“…until the end of the hostilities… ” Who determines when the hostilities end in an undeclared war
The war was declared, and authorized by Congress. I would object that it was declared on means of warfare (terrorism) rather than on a specific entity/entities (Islamic jihad groups). but however misguided that was because people have 100 years old concept of warfare, declared it was.
It was a common to determine the end of hostilities by a surrender of enemies. I suppose the same can be valid with non-country agents, problem is the Islamic groups do not see hostilities as a time limited status quo. They are at it for 1400 years, though there were temporary setbacks for them. Why do you think the call the areas not under the rule of Islam Dar al-Harb (realm of war or realm for war)? They take a long term view of the matter.
You may not think you are in a war, but Islam’s militant adherents thinks otherwise they are in a war with you.

My main issue here is that according to some, the section in question is baaaaad and unconstitutional (and by implication these reps that voted yay are thusly baaaad and constitutional trashers), while I can’t find the specific segment they bring forth–that the section of the bill allows a infinite detention of US citizens and lawful residents without due process.
It doesn’t. It explicitly states that is not the case.
So, the question is why? What‘s the motivation to misconstrue what’s in the bill? Granted, some language may be a bit vague and should have been laced with references to a particular legislature that contains precise definitions.
But my question remains. Quo bono? Who benefits from the false flag of claims that do not correspond the the actual bill?

Your problem is your lack of reading comprehension, and given the complexity of this monstrosity, it’s not hard to see why.
Indefinite Detention. Section 1021(c)(1) says that “[t]he disposition of a person under the law of war as described in subsection (a) may include . . . [d]etention under the law of war without trial until the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.” (Emphasis added.) This is the definition of indefinite detention.
Detainable Persons. Section 1021(b)(2) says that the government can detain (indefinitely)… including ANY person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.”
Detainability of U.S. Citizens. Section 1022(b) says that the military detention requirement in Section 1022 does not apply to U.S. citizens and lawful resident aliens for conduct within the United States. This means that the NDAA does not REQUIRE the military and indefinite detention of U.S. citizens who are “covered persons” under Section 1022(a)
You seem confused by the word “require”. All this means is that it is not REQUIRED that you are detained by the military indefinitely, it clearly does not say you CAN’T be detained indefinitely.
The words “does not apply to US citizens” is a word trick, and it fooled you. An non-citizen MUST be detained, and a citizen CAN be…but not MUST be.
Hope this clears it up for you.

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 3:31amSection 1022 excerpt:
–Begin citation–
(b) APPLICABILITY TO UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND LAWFUL
RESIDENT ALIENS.—
(1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS.—The requirement to detain
a person in military custody under this section does not extend
to citizens of the United States.
(2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS.—The requirement to detain
a person in military custody under this section does not extend
to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis
of conduct taking place within the United States, except to
the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.
–End citation–
One may argue that the “does not extend” could be replaced by more categorical negative imperative “shall not extend” or “must not extend”, but the meaning is the same. Yes, it is lawyerese, but not that complex.
Just for the sake of making sure, I broke down the 2 sections into its logical components and represented it as a logical set (logic tables). I did not find a way how this could be construed as negating 1022. (b)(1) and/or (b)(2). Note that the extent (meaning non-applicability to the US citizens and lawful resident aliens) is defined in both sections 1021 and 1022, respectively.
I also let my father (a lawyer–one of the 5 % that the 95% are giving a bad name) pour over it, prior to putting it through logic tables. He mentioned a recursion that I initially missed, but pointed out that the inclusion 1022. (b)(1) and/or (b)(2) takes a care of any ambiguity.

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 3:55amSome additional comments.
1. Suspension of habeas corpus and civil liberties is provided within a framework of martial law. It is not required to create “sneaky” laws to achieve the same results.
2. I question the motivation these that claim that the sections 021 and 1022, respectively, provide for unconstitutional detentions of US citizens and/or lawful resident aliens.
Some people may be inclined to believe one authority or another and that’s understandable, the language of laws is not that easy to follow. But those that have a capacity to comprehend it and yet stick to the mentioned claim despite the evidence on the contrary–why?
For the most part, one segment that is adamant about this interpretation are Paul’s supporters. Is it possible that it is because they can scapegoat the candidates that voted for the bill and sway others that don’t have a clear idea what the sections 1021 and 1022 contain away from a candidate that they would have been inclined to vote for?

Pardon my OCD over this, but after rereading your comments I’m left only with more questions. When I read the bill, I come to the same conclussions you do. Where my confidence gets rattled is even though I read it the same way as you, I see McCain, Levin, Graham on the floor saying that it means exactly what people are so pissed off about. What you have seemingly finally recognized is the fact that this bill basically declares martial law. The reality of the matter is there is no officially declared war, and do you really think martial law is necessary when existing laws that pre-date even the Patriot Act would certainly suffice?
What you are apparently missing is this law removes the right to a trial by jury, which is the pretty much the only thing left the founders put in place to safegard our liberties.
You question my motives, and I question yours. What I see is a bunch of out of control law makers who are systematically dismantling the BoR, because they fear what may soon happen when their own economic policies finally come to a head, and they feel the need to have the legal details in place once the crap hits the fan.
Do you not notice how we are rapidly expanding the police state, and Big Brother tentacles are quickly getting out of control?
East Germany could only dream of having the surveillance tools that our own government is now using on citizens who have done nothing to warrant their actions, and it does not help when we have those like yourself who repeat the doublespeak that is being used to slowly bring us frogs to a boil.

Thanks for the links!
When you put this law into perspecive by adding it to other laws that clearly demonstate the fact that Big Brother is expanding his reach, it all fits together.
The powers that be are frightened by what’s coming, and they don’t trust the jury system that can ignore their absuses of absolute power, so they passes a law that bypasses this most basic of rights.
There is no logical reason for not simpy using laws that already existed to prosecute those who mean us harm, unless of course you don’t trust the people to come to the “correct” conclusion.

Thanks for the links!
When you put this law into perspecive by adding it to other laws that clearly demonstate the fact that Big Brother is expanding his reach, it all fits together.
The way I see it is powers that be are frightened by what’s coming, and they don’t trust the jury system that can ignore their abuses of absolute power by making these crazy law null and void via jury nullification, so they pass laws that bypasses this most basic of rights.
There is no logical reason for not simpy using laws that already existed to prosecute those who mean us harm, unless of course you don’t trust the people to come to the “correct” conclusion.

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 12:48pmjustangry, the second clip of the three is interesting (about administration’s request to remove the clauses about US citizens and resident aliens).
My interpretation is that this request happened before the final draft and was in effect denied by legislators. It thus seems that the references to “bad” NDAA predate the final draft that contains the clauses.
I wouldn’t put it past Obamarchy trying to slip in something nefarious. But it seems that this time the congresscritters did the job they are supposed to do.
There are some other areas that need attention–which is the means of stripping someone of US citizenship. I am aware that there has been a bill S.3081 in 2010, but it did not pass through the litmus test of the judiciary.
In summary, people should be vigilant and it is necessary to read bills passed by legislature to see if something is contravening the spirit of Constitution and Bill of Rights.
However, since the bill wording does include these clauses, bashing the representatives that voted for it in its FINAL form is actually counterproductive. It creates an unnecessary division, and I don’t have to point finger at who benefits, ultimately.

I think that a claim that we funded and set up Al-Qaeda is rather significant. It’s not a frivolous detail. It’s a BS.
As for funding and supplying weapons to Afghan resistance… Soviets did the same, either directly or through their intermediaries, in different places. Vietnam, Angola, San Salvador and so on. Welcome to the real world. Wishing it all being peachy does not wish away the real part.
I’ve my own beef with the State Department policies. They seem to have a worldview that is very often colored by wishful thinking rather than based on reality.

Paint with a broad brush much?
As for Mr. West, perhaps he simply lacks the knowledge to comprehend what he votes in favor of, but the NDAA is about as bad of a bill as is imaginable, and certainly the worst bill passed in my lifetime.
There is a bill that’s been introduced by Ron Paul that removes the dubious part of the NDAA, so would you be in favor of supporting this bill?

“What you have seemingly finally recognized is the fact that this bill basically declares martial law. ”
You are putting words in my mouth. No. I’ve never said or implied that. It doesn’t. All I said is that what you and some others imply that what is in the bill (and is not there) is already covered by martial law provisions.
It does not mean that attempts can’t/won’t be made in such a manner (the request of administration to remove the clauses covering US citizens and resident aliens is an example), but as it stands in the final form, it is not possible to misuse the bill in the form you suggest, taking into account existing laws.
As for East Germany’s Stasi, you’ve no idea how truly police state it was. They did not need gadgets, they had 12% of the population plugged in surveillance. They also employed people good at analysis of data–you can have all the gadgetry you want but if someone can’t make sense of the data, what good it is?
I lived in one of these countries for 30 years. I know a police state first hand. US is not a police state. That is not to say that there isn’t a gradual creep in that direction. But crying wolf where there isn’t one is not rational. It creates false flags and self-perpetuated misdirections that can distract from intents that are truly out there.

Sorry, but you are simply wrong in your analysis.
Would you take Rush Limbaugh’s word for it, because he agrees with me?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTrPDicHjJQ&feature=related
What you did say earlier is that martial law allows for the powers that I claim are granted in the NDAA, and you simply don’t believe this is the case…eh?
Do you deny the fact that American citizens can be detained indefinitely?
Do you deny the fact that you have no right as a citizen to a civilain trial under this law?
Can you explain just why Obama clearly stated in his signing statement that he had no intention of using the provisions in this bill that are objectionable? Why on earth would he claim his unwillingness to use something if it’s not even in the bill in the first place?
Given your position on this bill, one would have to assume that you find the so called Patriot Act in step with the BoR as well, or am I incorrect in my hypothesis?
As for East Germany, they had no technology that would allow them to listen to every phone call, every text, every e-mail, and every post on the web to aide their police state, so your analysis is a little naive…don’t you think? Technology is far more capable than you seem willing to admit.
What I find irrational is to watch the tools being put into place to create true tyranny, while acting like it’s no big deal. That my friend is how tyrants are born.

Baddoggy has claimed he will murder his family members who seek aid from him in hard times.
vman-mace claims he will murder those who agree with Allen West if he gets the chance in a revolution. Then in a later post he alludes to murdering me if I get too close to him and he also says this: “I’m not bloodthirsty, but I am extremely anxious and excited about the prospect of revolution.”
He is anxious about revolution? This is truly a person with blood-lust. The founders were not anxious for revolution…it was with heavy hearts they revolted…they weren’t giddy over it.
If this is not the typical paul supporter why do you not come down on him, instead you come down on me for pointing out that their violent rhetoric is over the top?

Being excited about the prospect of murdering people simply because they support Allen West who supported a bill you are against…this is morally ok???

……get the facts right!
Pigford vs. Glickman
“In 1997, 400 African-American farmers sued the United States Department of Agriculture, alleging that they had been unfairly denied USDA loans due to racial discrimination during the period 1983 to 1997.”
The case was entitled “Pigford vs. Glickman” and in 1999, the black farmers won their case.
The government agreed to pay each of them as much as $50,000 to settle their claims.
But then on February 23, 2010, something shocking happened in relation to that original judgment: In total silence, the USDA agreed to release more funds to “Pigford

In general…
I found a copy that is final (the one I cited from was a final draft) and saw the wording changed from “does not” to “shall not”. That satisfies some of my concerns.
Now, the only problem would be if, as according to Rush, the clauses covering US citizens and resident aliens were removed per Obamastration request. But that does not seem to be the case. The bill is a law in the form I found it. So, I am not sure what was that commentary of Obama about.

We discussed the results of Bush’s tax cuts before. I gave links and graphs, from the CBO, showing a positive impact on the economy. You said my source wasn’t credible.
I asked before with no response but would it be fair if one making 20K got a 100% tax cut while one earning 10M receive a 1% tax cut? You could still, as you are, incorrectly claim the rich received a disproportionate benefit. Those with limited understanding would probably agree with you.
You have yet to explain how taking money out of the economy via taxation will grow the economy while keeping money in the economy via lower taxation will shrink it.
Concerning Wassermann, she would probably be a good catch for you. Sorry, couldn’t resist.

I’ve read the parts of the NDAA that are the center of the controversy and yes, it does allow for Obama to declare anyone a terrorist he pleases, he can have you arrested with no warrant, and you have no right to a trial….period.
Perhaps you should do a little more reading and then show is the part of the text that says you have a right to a trial by your peers?
Heck, even Santorum has come out and said that he thought Habeas corpus should have been included in this monstrosity, and even that right does not guarantee a trial for Pete’s sake.
Then, how about explaining just why Obama said he would not make use of the controversial provisions, rather than claiming what you did by saying these provisions are not in the NDAA. Why on earth would Obama say he would not use what’s not there in the first place?
That makes no sense..now does it.
Hopefully you will wake up are realize just how wrong you are when you read the law more carefully…or perhaps it will finally come to you when you are standing in line waiting to go to a ball game, and the DHS pulls your kid out of line for a nice little NWO strip search, and you get to watch helplessly. West’s rhetoric sounds dandy, but his voting record proves he has no use for the Bill of Rights.
Would you seriously consider voting for someone who openly spits on the Bill of Rights, simply because of a few words that sound good?

West won’t dare address the usurpation of the presidency! http://obamabirthcertificate.net Rubio won‘t admit he’s ineligible. So much for ethics.
Beck & TheBlaze also ignore Obama’s ineligibility and identity fraud! Did you read about the historic 1/26/2012 GA eligibility case at TheBlaze? Nope, Beck censored it out!
The Constitution, Art. 2, Sec. 1, states “No person except a natural born citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible … .”
Exempting a “citizen” from being a “natural born citizen” (NBC) proves they aren’t equal, or no exemption was needed. If they are not equal, then a NBC must be either less than or greater than a citizen. Citizenship is a component of a NBC, so a NBC is not less than a citizen. Therefore a NBC must be greater than a citizen. The pertinent minimal requirement for citizenship at the time was one born in the US to a US citizen parent, leaving just one possibility. Only US birth to US citizen parents (plural) is greater.
Thus our constitution logically defines a natural born citizen! Obama’s Kenyan father precludes his eligibility!
The Supreme Court agreed in Minor v. Happersett, 1874. “The Court held that Minor was a member of the “class” of persons who were natural born citizens. They defined this class as those born in the US to “parents” (plural) who were citizens.” – Donofrio, JD.

Maybe he’s a magnet for bad people….I have an ex-husband who I dreamed would come after me for 10 years (it’s been 26 years). Yes, he has a temper, but that could be good, too. Posted on January 29, 2012 at 2:23pmI figure Cain and the Ging have a little something worked-out, as in “Gingrich / Cain” tickett. I had faith in Caine for awhile there and actually listened to his radio show from Atlanta every night and people would call in droves begging him to run for President and he finally decided to. I was listening to it when he gave it away one night when talking about the election, he said “a dark horse might just show-up on the scene, lets just put it that way” and kinda left it blank but everyone knew he had made his decision to run. He is an exceptionally brilliant man and was actually a rockett-scientist that used to calculate distances for missles and guidence systems and stuff and that is why I would get so mad and scream at the T.V. when ppl like that dam Chris Matthews and that other dude Maddow would referr to him as “the pizza guy” while chuckling and trying to demean and belittle him. I swear it just kills me how those very same people call anyone who disagrees with Obama for any reason a ‘blatant racist!” and ‘someone who just doesnt like a black man in the white house’ yet they treated Herrman Cain like some yard jockey or shoe-shine boy or something. That was the most blatant display of out-right racism and hipocracy I have ever seen in my life! But like G.B. said on his show a couple days ago and I have been saying all along and that is “the truth doesnt matter”. And when that doesnt matter whats left?

It seems to me that, as a people, we are getting too caught up in small details and neglecting to look at the candidate/person as a whole. West is an honorable, God fearing man with great integrity. I may not always agree with him but I respect him and would follow him. He would make a great POTUS.

You are willing to burn the Bill of Rights because someone MAY know something that you don’t?
You are willing to watch your children being strip searched by the DHS for the simple right to go to a ball game?
I can’t believe how many COWARDS there are who call themselves conservatives.
Old Adolph used the exact same kind of rhetoric to create his beloved Police state, and apparently you have learned nothing from history.
You chase a Boggie Man that you are not even sure exists, while burning the only hope we have for remaining a free people, as you ignore the fact that the very ones voting for this insanity are those who are pushing for a Global New World Order.
The ONLY thing keeping the NWO at bay is the Constitution…and you willingly tear up the only hope of stopping it’s arrival.
You are COWARDS…each and every one of you…who would sacrifice liberty for security…and in the end you will have neither…which is what you deserve.

He is correct about Obama, Reid and Pelosi, they hope to turn America into a failed socialist/communist state in the misguided belief that fairness doesn’t mean freedom to achieve and government staying out of the way of a free people but rather, fairness means equality or outcome regardless of the effort put forward by the individual. This is a provably FALSE PREMISE. But, of course, the likes of Obama, Reid and Pelosi do not care a lick about whether or not their theory on fairness works or not, they care only about their own selfish interests in retaining power at the expense of those who pay the bill. What disgusting creatures they are. Allen West could have won the Presidency had he run. Maybe it’s not too late!

Posted on January 29, 2012 at 7:56pmWest (and Bachman) two so-called Tea Party members voted to extend the Patriot Act and then expanded it.
THAT is as UNCONSTITUTIONAL as ObamaCare.
The fed gov’t can track your phone, cars, house and computer WITHOUT A WARRANT (Against 4 amendment) & if you catch them YOU CANNOT tell you wife or consult a lawyer or you go to jail which is against Free Speech and the right to a lawyer.
Worse, they both recently VOTED TO GIVE Obama NEW POWERS – To decide who the enemy is with along with a “Secret committee”
That is NOT CONSTITUTIONAL.
Then the president aka DICTATOR gets to send “HIS ARMY” to arrest an American on American soil and ship them to Guantanamo with no lawyer or when they will get out. The WHOLE USA Is a war zone now so Homeland Defense “SWATS OUT” local police departments to act like the military when not using the military itself to go after Americans.
If congress would adhere to the constitution and DECLARE WAR, on Al-Queda then we could LEGALLY kill them and take them prisoner with rights under the Geneva Convention even when detained in the USA. By Congress declaring WAR, they do NOT get American rights nor do we have to hide from our Constitution by holding people in Communist CUBA in Guantanamo.
And do you know it was CONGRESS who GAVE OBAMA THE POWER TO APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE THAT PIPELINE? Since when does the Constitution give a president the power over PRIVATE BUSINESS AND STATE BUSINESS AFFAIRS?
