The 411,618 square foot Solyndra building in Fremont, CA, has just been put the market, thus bringing the troubled business, which has dogged the Obama administration for months, closer to its final end.
The office area of the grand compound are “LEED Gold Standards,” according to a website set up to sell the building, the Weekly Standard reports.
It’s “Expandable to 739,232 square feet,” the site adds.
“Solyndra, heralded by President Barack Obama as proof that ‘the promise of clean energy isn’t just an article of faith,’ filed for bankruptcy in September, days before the FBI raided its headquarters in Fremont, California,” Bloomberg reports.
“The company received a $535 million loan guarantee under the Energy Department’s Loan Guarantee Program in September 2009 that was funded by the Treasury’s Federal Financing Bank, a government corporation created by Congress in 1973,” the report adds.
The price of the Fremont Solyndra building has not yet been listed.

If Issa will get off his butt and really start investigations and get the US marshal Service to back up his supeonas, Charge DOJ and GSA with contempt of congress and lock up some of the people who are blocking congresses access to information. Fast and Furious and the GSA scandal will bring them down. Our wishy-washy congress needs to groow a set of cajones and stand up to Sweet Old Barack, Holdup, the BATFE, etc the bad publicity will beat him.
This administration is so corrupt and have discovered that congress will not stop them from ruling by fait, and making law by regulation and executive order. Only congress can make laws but the administration is enforcing their regs and exec orders as laws.

Sign a Declaration because the system is being control by those who feed on tax dollars not those that actually pay taxes.
