Angle Accusation: Opponents Staged the Fight at Town Hall Meeting

The fracas in Vegas seemed to be just another chapter in an already colorful Nevada senate race. But now Sharon Angle is charging collusion if not conspiracy. She talked to radio host Jerry Doyle about the infamous episode:

Angle called the whole thing a Saul Alinsky tactic by her opponents (though she doesn’t cite Sen. Reid specifically), and argues that the people fighting were intending to distract media attention away from her platform views. “You don’t want the news to talk about the debate,” she explained, “… they staged a fight. It’s the way I felt that it was going and there were two women that were actually looking for a fight.”

In case you missed it — you can see the conflict here.

Hey hey hey, if we’re going to have fights in these town halls, we need to make them official. Bring in the Octagon, put Big John McCarthy in there as the ref and Mike and Joe at the sidelines. Three Five Minute Rounds. The whole nine yards.

Fox News MMA for the win.

The whole problem is that everyone in the nation, for that matter the planet, knows the dems will stoop to anything to try deceive the electorate. They don’t have to worry about their own goatherd. They are so mind-numbingly ignorant the left has to fact check saturday night live for them. Does anyone really think for a minute that this is NOT a level low enough for the likes of harry and his hate-America human debris dem buds to stoop to?? The ONLY jobs the dems are concerned about are the ones they have on the tax payer gravy train. Drain the swamp for these lowlifes and send them packing. Then renig on their pensions and any other contracts they seem to think they have. They set the precedent for invalidating contracts so lets turn it right back on them. November is Coming!!!!

There’s no need to wait for anything to be proven. We know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, because we have seen these same tactics applied for the past few years. We have seen them througout the Obama campain and everyday since. Soros has an army of paid thugs on his long leash and all he has to do is to yank their chains and they come running, scripts in hand. I would shudder to actually think Nevada has such ignorant, rude and intolerant citizens, then again, the MOB is in full force out there.

Of course, it is plausible that the fight was not actually staged but, provoked. Either way, it fits the revolutionary’s mold. If it actually comes to a real fight, which I believe we are heading, the progressives don’t have the real true grit to stand up to the rest of us. They lack the guts, heart and they are in the minority. They will lose a real blood fight. They are on the wrong side of the will of real Americans, and will literally die if push comes to shove. All of them! I thought they were all pacifists anyway…isn’t that what they profess?
It is only a distraction because the merits of a farcical debate where one party is pre-recorded and not in attendance shows the lack of guts to face his opponent. Perhaps Reid knew what was to happen and did not want to break a nail. Some boxer, huh?

Flannery, I am not in disagreement with your sentiment however, one must face the possibilty that things do not work out the way that we hope. Remember hope? We should all remember hoping that we got the toy we wanted when we were children for the holidays. You see, hope is for children…action is for adults. The Jews hoped that they wouldn’t be killed if they just room a shower in 1944. I remember Dr. King’s, who was Republican, message…but, he was shot. Hope for the best…plan for the worst. I simply believe we are in for a tough ride if we do not take our country back. I bet people had hope that the 1st American Revolution did not turn violent.

And according to reports, this incident is perfectly logical when you consider that Reid had to have had prior knowledge a union staged “riot” was going to happen…thus the recorded message instead of an in-person debate. Reid didn’t want to endanger himself by exposing himself to a potentially violent situation….perfectly ok for his opponent to be possibly endangered, but protect the elite at all costs!

Is this the same Sharron Angle that called a press conference, then ran away when the reporters started asking questions? Or maybe the same Sharron Angle who only gives interviews to those who have “earned” the right (give her the questions in advance)?

People, why would you support such an ignorant woman? Anyone can wave a flag and say I believe in the constitution (including democrats, believe it or not). Is this the best you can do in Nevada? Demagogue, I think you are confusing Angle with Obama, who can’t answer questions without his teleprompter, or his answers have nothing to do with the question, or who doesn’t give interviews with people who disagree with him. Then there is Dirty Harry, who, videotaped his appearance…..why? hmmmm….did he know what happened was going to happen? did he know that, if he were there, he would probably take some heat from people who don’t agree with him? Or was it, he didn’t have time or any desire to be there in person and look his constituents in the eye, and tell them, awww, you little people, you just don’t know what is good for you, you just go live your lives, don’t pay attenetion or worry about what we (the government) are doing, we know whats best, so hush now, and pay your taxes.

Harry Reid calling another politician his “pet” and the remark about stereotyping Latin voters should have been enough for you to see him as a joke but I guess there are none so blind as those who will not see. Those remarks sure would have lambasted the Republicans by your left wing brain washing establishment, err, I meant the public schools and media run by Ted Turner (and yes, Hanoi Jane Fonda) as well as the rest of their ilk and teachers unions.

I think that there could be something to the allegation of staging an incident. Months ago, Nashville TN had a tea party rally and some dihonest lib infiltrators brought racist signs. The first story ran by The Tennessean newspaper was a focus on the signs and condemning the tea party. The infiltrators were escorted out and the next day it was shown that they were student liberal agitators. Of course, the newspaper printed that on page 14-ish, when the false accusations to tea party ralliers got page one. If you have to lie in order to make your point, there is probably something wrong with your point. We are onto you dishonest people.

According to some of my fellow Vegans who were there this is what happened. In one row, Angle supporters were setting on the left side, Reid supporters on the right. The same group of folks who heckled Angle during her entire 30 minutes were the folks involved in the scuffle. When Angle was giving her closing remarks, this group stood up to leave. Instead of moving out to the aisle on their side, the opted to move out to the opposite aisle thereby having to cross in front of the Angle supporters. The elderly gentleman in question and his wife stood up to block them (bad idea) from leaving. Woman #1 kicked the wife and shoved her down in her seat, when the elderly gentleman reproached her she reached out to shove him and slap him. He blocked. She then tried a second time at which point he grabbed her arm. When he did that, Woman #2 jumped in and started pushing, shoving and hitting him. That’s when he started punching them in the face. If it were me, I gotta say, I’d do the same. Of course when the LSM arrived they immediately interviewed the hulking women who went right into victim mode and claimed they were defending themselves. Got to love the old man. When asked why he punched the women in the face he replied “Because I didn’t have a baseball bat.” Rumour is SEIU was bussed in. I’ve no doubt as the SEIU is BIG here in Vegas

I was sitting just behind the elderly couple that were involved in the incident. With about 3 minutes to go, while Mrs. Angle was giving her closing remarks, the Reid crowd (my wife suggests that they were indeed an rent-a-mob) rose IN UNISON, as if on cue, began walking out while hooting and hollering. There were two younger “ladies” seated in the center of the row who decided the prudent course of action would be to climb over an elderly couple rather than take an unimpeded route to the exit on the other side. The elderly couple (I would guess in their 70′s) pushed the first girl (20‘s or early 30’s) off of them as she literally climbed on them. The response of the younger girl’s friend (again, 20′s-30′s) was to begin punching the elderly woman in the face multiple times. This prompted another Reid supporter, a male who appeared to be around 50, to join in in attacking the elderly woman, striking her in the face several times before he could be pulled away.

There was no lack of boorish behavior on either side, but based upon what I witnessed both outside and inside the Chapel, I fully believe that these were people sent by the Reid campaign to be disruptive, and were not discouraged from violent behavior by their feckless leaders…

The left thinks that just because they are guilty of those things then the right is as well, obviously. They do not have the same moral standards and therefore are the ones who are more typically found doing what we call questionable, to say the least, adulterous activities. Whoever is best at sleight of hand and throws the mud first is usually the one believed. We need to not be falling over ourselves trying to destroy our own candidates realizing that whatever ammunition is used during primaries, will continue to be useful in the generals. We do need to be very concerned with truth and integrity. Things that the Boy Scouts have taught for years but not enough have learned them to be truly useful and even essential tools for life. I don’t know of a specific equivalent for women but the Scout Law is a great one that everyone could live by. Trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. Of course this was developed under a nation that believed in God and accountability so that organization naturally comes under attack by the left.
