Mainstream Media Now Reporting on Anti-Semitism at Occupy Wall Street

Another Occupy Wall Street Protester Shouts Antisemitic Slurs: ‘The Jews Control Wall St.’

Each day of the Occupy Wall Street protests seems to come with its fair share of anti-Semitism. The Blaze has reported on several such instances where OWS protesters have openly “blamed the Jews” for the nation’s financial woes here, here and here.

And now the mainstream media is starting to pick up on it. CBS news is now reporting on one of the videos The Blaze brought you earlier showing a protester boldly declaring to anyone who will listen, that “the Jews control Wall Street.” Oddly, he also carried a sign that seemed to accuse the same Jewish people of being “Hitler’s Bankers.”

CBS New York adds:

In the nearly 6-minute video, the man is seen standing in Zuccotti Park ranting against Israel and Jews while holding a sign reading “Hitler’s Bankers – Wall St.”

The protestor, who would not give his name to those gathered around him, is also seen arguing with members of the public who took offense to his choice of words.

A number of others also ask the protester if Fox News had paid him to stand and display his sign to which he responded: “[expletive] Fox News, that’s [expletive]. [Expletive] Jew made that up.”

Meanwhile, why Jewish people would ever be “Hitler’s Bankers” is beyond us.

    Yeah, whatever, Blaze, keep trying to spin this “Occupy Wallstreet” as an anti-semitic event. Its NOT going to work. Too many of White America’s eyes have been opened. Everyone knows SEIU’s leadership AND money trail lead straight back to the Jews. And even if Whitey hasn’t read “The Culture of Critique: An Evolutionary Analysis of Jewish Involvement in Twentieth-Century Intellectual and Political Movements” by the renegade genius Kevin MacDonald PhD., then Whitey is inherently perceptive enough to “get it” that this OWS is a Jewish contrived movement and that Glenn is trying to fit in with his “new friends” by spinning for them and futilely trying to stop this most recent round of Whitey discovering the TRUE history of what his Jewish “neighbors” have been up to. Come on, Glenn, since when does a Mormon allow himself to believe that the TRUTH is MALICE? MALICE TOWARDS NONE? Why is revealing the TRUTH malicious? And since when is spinning a LIE noble?

    OWS has been on the push since January of this year. started by a Canadian Magazine; Add Busters. Add Busters has ties too none other that Nazi sympathizer that George Soros. This is the Nazi wing of the left. I didn’t know anything about this until I heard it on Rush or Glenn (can’t remember). I really hope this backfires on the Dems since they’ve put their seal of approval on it, etc.

      Yes, the three things you mentioned are bad. here’s why:

      Humanitarianism: A good principle in theory, but far too readily exploited by terrorism and marxism to beat the sj1t out of anyone that disagrees with them. REF: Palestine’s off-and-on calls for Humanitarianism and such while still lobbing rockets at Israel.

      Equality: Impossible goal. Frequently used by Marxists and its various descendants (Socialists, Liberals, Communists, Maoists, Fascists, etc) to beat the sj1t out of (INSERT TARGET OF THE HOUR HERE) in the name of ‘social justice’. EXAMPLE: Anything with the name ‘wealth redistribution’ or the rich ‘paying their fair share’ or ‘environmental concerns’.

      Conflict Resolution: Again, another good theory, but there are a lot of cases where someone just plain needs the sj1t beaten out of them. REF: Vlad The Impaler (for the classic flair), Hussein (Slaughtered his own citizens with chemical weapons), Hideki Tojo (America actually did that, it was called WW2 and it happened before the UN existed), Mao Tse Tung (20 million kills in his own country and still counting), Osama Bin Laden (I hope I don’t have to explain this one). This list could go on for a long time.

      Peace at the cost of honor and nation is not peace, it is enslavement by another name.

    The violents will start by this weekend breaking windows setting fires and so on. But our police carry guns were as in U.K. they don’t, so there was no fear. This is one big miscalculation by the protesters in the U.S.

      SILLYFRESHNESS – So, the laughable PhD professor is not your average anti-semite. Does this mean he’s an above average anti-semite or a below average anti-semite? Occupying a university position does not guarantee one’s sanity or being correct or credible. As for painting Jews as “rich socilaists”, I’m sure many working-class Jews would welcome the “rich” part, even if it meant feigning an ascription to socialist tenets. Most Jews I know are regular people with regular jobs who don’t fit the gross characterization you and the OWS jerks (not all OWS’ers are jerks) promote. That‘s the substance of Hitler’s “big lie” that you’re espousing, Bunky. Suggestions: read history, read real newspapers, get out of your mom’s house more often, and shut off Fox.

    Here is the irony of it all. Jews are typically rich socialists. They have the wealth yet vote Democratic to support degenerate causes like gay marriage and abortion. They support these OWS folks even though they are the target of OWS. There is no getting around it, Jews do run Wall Street as well as Hollywood and mainstream media. Don’t believe me? Just look up who the CEOs and other high up execs are in these places. You’ll see names like Goldberg, Silverman, Kahn, Greene, Cohen, Pearl/man, Fine, and a host of other precious metal Jewish names running them. You can’t be anti-Wall Street without being anti-Jew. It’s such a schizophrenic relationship between Jews supporting liberal causes and liberal causes not supporting Jews. Jew are bourgeois Bolsheviks. Very rich, yet support very leftist, very degenerate causes. That‘s why I don’t have this love of Jews like most on the right have. Jews are the polar opposite to conservatism.

      ummm….way to generalize. I’m a JEW. I voted for Bush Sr. I voted for Bush Jr. twice. I do not work on wall street. I am not rich nor socialist by any stretch of the imagine. Statements like this are a way to pojnt the finger at others to blame for society. Someone did that quite a bit in 1930′s Germany as well. Also, so now we simply target any group that immigrated to this country over the past couple of hundred and years and have made themselves successful as anti-american and wrong?

      My family has been in the US for 120 years. Just as we see with many Asian and other immigrants, they work hard and succeed. Now that certain groups have reached a level of success in the “New World”…in the “Land of Opportunity”…we’re going to call them names? Friggin awesome!

      …and by the way, I do NOT support the OWS movement. I think there are plenty of legitimate concerns and complaints but a good portion of the protestors simply have no idea what they’re actually protesting and want someone else to pay their way for nothing. And, no, do not see the OWS as anti-semetic….just a few folks with loose-screws coopting a movement for their own strange and twisted views.

    On a serious note.. and a question I have never, ever heard asked, but being the independent thinker that I am:

    If unions are so awesome, why aren’t unions unionized? Take the employees of the union itself, the union reps, the lawyers, the CEO’s, janitors, secretaries, etc… why aren’t they unionized? After all, unions are so great.

    I demand that all unions put their money where their mouth is…. unionize yourselves! Doesn’t that union rep deserve representation?

    As a Jewish person it is common to face many different experiences from non-Jews or Gentiles. Many are supportive of the state of Israel & Zionism; as well many are curious about my lifestyles and religious beliefs. There are many however, that see Jews in a negative light and are not afraid to voice their opinion about why they dislike Jews, Israel, Zionism, etc. What Jews need to do is be able to respond to these claims to help fix our image. No group of people are perfect not even the Jewish people. But by G-d we’re trying.

    It is true that many successful bankers and brokers who work on Wall Street are, and historically have been, Jewish.

    It is equally true that in WWII, some bankers and brokers on Wall Street (and indeed in every country) sold weapons to both sides of the conflict for well into it–this is also historical fact.

    What does not follow, is that there is something “essentially Jewish” that makes people become bankers and brokers BECAUSE they are Jewish, nor does it follow that there is something inherent to Judaism (ethnically or religiously) that makes one necessarily immoral and unconcered with anything but money, any more so than any other ethnicity.

    Some Jews are undoubtedly bankers and brokers, and some of those bankers and brokers are undoubtedly soulless selfish monsters, although it is not necessary that anyone be such for capitalism to still function and pile up its externalities. Nevertheless, that doesn’t mean all Jews are that way, or that Jews are any more likely to be bankers and brokers who are selfish monsters than any other people–monolithic belief is foolish and out of touch with reality.
