Anti-Israel Hackers Strike Again by Attacking El Al and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Websites

Pro-Palestinian hackers continue to strike at Israeli websites, on Monday targeting the websites of the national airline El Al and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). The apparent leader of the group who calls himself 0xOmar warned Israeli journalists in advance of the attack.

In a Monday night interview, 0xOmar told Israel’s Channel 10 that he was working with a pro-Palestinian hacker group called “Nightmare” to take down the El Al and TASE websites. It is unclear where he is from, though he has identified himself as Saudi. Using a computer generated voice in a pre-prepared video, he said:

“This is the beginning of cyber war against Israel. You are not safe anymore…Let’s hack Israeli shopping websites. Let’s hack Israeli military websites and publish their sensitive and hidden information. Let’s destroy Israel in cyber world. It will come to real world also.”

0xOmar, who is spearheading the cyber assault on Israel, previously published some 20,000 Israeli credit card numbers.

Watch the interview from Channel 10 [note: report is in Hebrew while interview is in English]:

Ynet reported the stock exchange website was showing trade figures but did not allow any other action. Trading continued as usual since that is managed by an outside system. This was the image that the El Al website was loading Monday morning Israel time:

Pro Palestinian Hacker Kicks up Attacks Striking El Al and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange WebsitesYnet reported a pro-Israel hacker is also continuing he retaliatory strikes:

Pro-Israeli hacker Hannibal, who claims that he is a “Jew who lives somewhere in the world,” published early Monday the Facebook account details of some 20,000 Arab users. He also claimed to possess information that can be used to breach the bank accounts of some 10 million people in Iran and Saudi Arabia, vowing to cause billions of dollars in damage.

Ynet looked into Hannibal’s claims and confirmed that the details he published indeed allow for the unauthorized use of Facebook accounts.

Contrary to the recent cases which all seem to be individual actors, Hamas, which rules Gaza, weighed in, calling for an escalation of hacking against Israel.

Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri e-mailed a statement to Gaza-based reporters:

“Penetrating Israeli websites means opening a new field of resistance and the beginning of an electronic war against Israeli occupation.”

To counter the threat, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in August set up a National Cyber Directorate and the IDF is assembling an elite team of computer hackers to protect key websites.

I suspect that Isreali cyber warriors are not sitting around scratching their heads wondering what to do. Isreal has to be fully engaged in this new form of war.

So the thousands and thousands of years worth of inter-semitic brutality has reached the cyber world. How is this news? If the semitic people STOPPED brutalizing, raping, beating, bombing, killing, invading one another, now THAT would be news…

0xOmar should be wary of men on motorcycles coming up behind his car, and…hired…female companionship……

And if the Mossad doesn’t get him…watch out for lightning and other acts of You-Know-Who…

Does 0xOmar believe that he can conduct cyber attacks without expecting any retribution? He/it may have started the fight, but he has no clue as to what he has brought upon himself, Hamas, and other sympathetic states and groups.
I would hope that Hannibal, the Israeli National Cyber Directorate and the IDF (plus other friendly countries and groups) start hacking into the Swiss Bank accounts of all the Arab/Iranian leaders and sheikhs (including people like Yasser Arafat’s $2 billion dollars in Swiss banks now being enjoyed by his widow) and remove the blood money used for purchasing weapons and munitions to kill Americans, Israelis and other pro-Western leaders and countries. IF YOU DRY UP THE MONEY THEY CANNOT CONDUCT THEIR WAR OF HATE.

It is time the Israeli hackers launch an all out attack on the Saudi infrastructure and any mid-east state that harbors the Hammas vermin. A total destruction of these entities is called for and any attacks from any other country should be answered in kind without warning.

Those attacking Israeli sites will be dealing with the results as per Genesis 6:3
Perhaps the Mossad will pay them a visit.

0xOmar has no clue as to the “payback” that is coming his way.

We had better take this seriously. Life Lock was invented in Israel and if they have a problem then we will we. This should result in aggressive counter attacks, like killing the cyberattacker s, they are as dangerous as nuclear scientists. Iran is behind this. China has declared cyber war by attacking our power plants, water control, drone , military missile systems and pentagon. By the way, Newt is right one missile exploded over US would wipe out our communication and electrical systems, no internet for military or us, no gas stations, no water, electrical, and soon no food. Stone age!

Boy, have I heard this before. A thief who is now a patriot. Well there’s a surprise.

Like Irish murderers pretending that their indiscriminate killings were for “the cause”.

Not to single out the IRA. There is a very long list of anti-socialists wishing to clothe themselves in respectable, or at least defensable, raiment.

I make special note that I exempt Israel from this comment and support their attack (not proven, I know).

That is clearly a case of self-defence.
