Arizona Man Admits to Child Molestation, Bestiality… During Job Interview With Border Patrol

An Arizona man apparently admitted to authorities he had previously molested a 2-year-old girl and committed sex acts with several species of animals. But the man in question did so voluntarily during a job interview — with Customs and Border Protection officials.
Needless to say, he didn’t get the job.
Cody Slaughter, 22, of Somerton, Ariz., was arrested following the confession on July 2, the Yuma Sun reports.

CBP officials contacted the Yuma County Sheriff‘s Office about the possible criminal activity that had taken place based on Slaughter’s comments made during a pre-employment interview. Following Slaughter’s arrest, he confirmed to police that he had molested a 2-year-old girl when he was 14 and had sexual contact with a pig, a dog and a horse between 2004 and 2012. He also admitted having a history of drug abuse.
The confessions reportedly came after interviewers asked Slaughter a standard employment question about his criminal background.
During their investigation, the Yuma Sheriff‘s Department reportedly searched the suspect’s home and found evidence directly related to his admissions.
However, he was not charged and released on July 10 because the Yuma County Attorney’s Office had yet to file any formal criminal charges against him.

Chief Criminal Deputy County Attorney Roger Nelson said the reason no complaint was filed is the case has been sent back to the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office for further investigation. He added that he expects charges will eventually be filed in the case and that there are no statute of limitations on any of the crimes.
Slaughter was being held in the Yuma County jail on one count of sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of bestiality for alleged sexual relations with several species of animals, including a dog, a horse and a pig, at some point between 2004 and 2012.
But Justice of the Peace Jorge Lozano said that charges could still be filed later. If charges are filed, he explained, he would be summoned to court rather than being rearrested.
“The County Attorney’s Office is doing some follow up investigations on this case. Because no complaint has been filed he must be released. According to the rules of criminal procedure,” Lozano told KSWT News.
KSWT-TV reports the county has up to a year to file a misdemeanor charge but up to 7 years and or an unlimited amount of time for some of the other more serious charges.

More often than is reported, people will admit to things they have never done. Some out of some sense that they need to be punished – sadly, and often, because they themselves were actually victims of abuse and they have unreconciled feelings. It’s sad, tragic and too common. We have a lot of people walking about that are quite ill and not receiving necessary treatments.

This guy obviously thinks that if homosexuality can be considered normal because the participants are “born like that”, then, what could possibly be wrong with child molestation? He’s probably well aware of the fact that the recidivism rate for child molesters is upwards of 70%, thus one can easily conclude that they’re “born like that.”
As to bestiality, well, it wasn’t until the recent case of the “guy” that was “hosed” to death by a horse in the State of Washington, that the Libs there decided to write a law against it, and here in California there’s the case of a “guy” wanting to marry his dog…
So please…don’t be too judgmental. If the Obammy administration can choose two tax dodgers for economic posts; if the Obammy administration and the Demonicrat-controlled Senate can post a JOTSC that refuses to recuse herself in a case in which she had rpior input (Obammy-care), then I’ve no doubt that this individual will be seriously considered for the post of Surgeon General of the United States…

It’s a good argument to make… considering the opposition actually have open minds. In reality, the first 5 arguments are more “natural” than gays/lesbians, seeing as they still pair up men with women. You’d be surprised how handily the opposition dismisses the argument though. I for one submit that freedom of religion NEVER existed in America, seeing as the early settlers were forced to give up polygamist practices. Not that I promote or approve, but it’s still clearly NOT freedom speaking in this case.

Posted on July 18, 2012 at 3:29pmPansexuality, to me, is insulting because it seems to imply that being pansexual somehow makes you look beyond race, ethnicity, color, sex, or even species (i.e. “look at how open-minded and accepting of everything I am”).
When you get pansexuality mixed with plant & animals’ rights activism, then things really start going downhill. From a legal perspective, I think the chaos would include a human being sued by an attorney of the animal that was raped. The act was done on a patch of bermuda grass, so now the grass is suing both parties for negligence and possible assault and battery. For a jury to be impartial and “fair” there would have to be an equal mix of humans, animals, and plants in the juror’s box. Plant and animal psychiatrists would be brought on the stand to attest to the amount of suffering and pain each living thing experienced. Damages would have to be assessed and penalties levied. And even though a fern witnessed the entire thing, there is no good Samaritan law that any fern or potted plant is legally required to help the bermuda grass during the “human-on-animal-on grass” hate crime. If so, the potted plant could possibly be put away in solitary confinement with minimal sunlight for six months (aka the “Gitmo” for plants). Perhaps the punishment was too harsh for a perennial plant. The animal’s background check may reveal that said animal has included bermuda grass in its diet. The smoking gun to a murder/homicide?
