Article: CAIR Using Lawsuits and Intimidation to Make Islam ‘Dominant’

A new article by the Daily Caller suggests that CAIR, the “moderate” Council on American-Islamic Relations, regularly uses lawsuits to attack and intimidate those who speak out against the organization in an attempt to make Islam “dominant” and the “only accepted religion on earth.”

Since its founding in 1994, the article says, CAIR has gone after prominent media outlets such as the Washington Times, National Post, and National Review. In 2005, CAIR spokesman Rabiah Ahmed told the New York Sun that lawsuits had become an “instrument” for the community: “The Muslim community realizes that it has to respond to these allegations and to these attacks, otherwise, the people who are promoting these defamatory remarks will win in the court of public opinion.”

That was apparent in the lawsuit against National Review. According to TheDC, CAIR sued NR for an error in one of its stories — an error NR admitted to before the suit. $650,000 later, NR won in court. “We viewed this as an attempt to intimidate and punish NR,” the magazine wrote at the time.

Such tactics are in line with CAIR’s overall goal, Stephen Schwartz told TheDC. He’s the executive director of the Center for Islamic Pluralism, and he believes CAIR is far from moderate:

Their actual mission, on the record — which is demonstrated by their public record from the beginning — is to advocate for and protect the influence of Hamas, the Wahhabis from Saudi Arabia, Pakistani radicals. I mean they are interested in legally protecting radical Islam.

Such a claim may not be far off. In 1998, CAIR’s founder Omar Ahmad told the San Ramon Valley Herald that Islam is not in America to stand idly by: “Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.”

Ironically in the same article, Ahmad spoke out against those who would try to impose their values onto Islam.

CAIR seems to be training the next generation to pick up the torch. In a video posted on its website, it touts a conference where attendees will be trained in “public speaking, negotiations, on-camera interviews, how to defend your civil rights, and how to challenge islamaphobia.”

    Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a complete, total, 100% system of life.

    Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and military components. The religious component is a beard for all of the other components.

    Islamization begins when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their religious privileges.

    When politically correct, tolerant, and culturally diverse societies agree to Muslim demands for their religious privileges, some of the other components tend to creep in as well.

    Here’s how it works:

    As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:

    United States — Muslim 0.6%
    Australia — Muslim 1.5%
    Canada — Muslim 1.9%
    China — Muslim 1.8%
    Italy — Muslim 1.5%
    Norway — Muslim 1.8%

    At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:

    Denmark — Muslim 2.0%
    Germany — Muslim 3.7%
    United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7%
    Spain — Muslim 4.0%
    Thailand — Muslim 4.6%

    From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:

    France — Muslim 8.0%
    Philippines — Muslim 5.0%
    Sweden — Muslim 5.0%
    Switzerland — Muslim 4.3%
    The Netherlands — Muslim 5.5%
    Trinidad & Tobago — Muslim 5.8%

    At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

    When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris, we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections in:

    Guyana — Muslim 10.0%
    India — Muslim 13.4%
    Israel — Muslim 16.0%
    Kenya — Muslim 10.0%
    Russia — Muslim 15.0%

    After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

    Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%

    At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:

    Bosnia — Muslim 40.0%
    Chad — Muslim 53.1%
    Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%

    From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels, such as in:

    Albania — Muslim 70.0%
    Malaysia — Muslim 60.4%
    Qatar — Muslim 77.5%
    Sudan — Muslim 70.0%

    After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in:

    Bangladesh — Muslim 83.0%
    Egypt — Muslim 90.0%
    Gaza — Muslim 98.7%
    Indonesia — Muslim 86.1%
    Iran — Muslim 98.0%
    Iraq — Muslim 97.0%
    Jordan — Muslim 92.0%
    Morocco — Muslim 98.7%
    Pakistan — Muslim 97.0%
    Palestine — Muslim 99.0%
    Syria — Muslim 90.0%
    Tajikistan — Muslim 90.0%
    Turkey — Muslim 99.8%
    United Arab Emirates — Muslim 96.0%

    100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of Peace. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such as in:

    Afghanistan — Muslim 100%
    Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%
    Somalia — Muslim 100%
    Yemen — Muslim 100%

    Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.

    It is important to understand that in some countries, with well under 100% Muslim populations, such as France, the minority Muslim populations live in ghettos, within which they are 100% Muslim, and within which they live by Sharia Law. The national police do not even enter these ghettos. There are no national courts, nor schools, nor non-Muslim religious facilities. In such situations, Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. The children attend madrasses. They learn only the Koran. To even associate with an infidel is a crime punishable with death. Therefore, in some areas of certain nations, Muslim Imams and extremists exercise more power than the national average would indicate.

    Today’s 1.5 billion Muslims make up 22% of the world’s population. But their birth rates dwarf the birth rates of Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, and all other believers. Muslims will exceed 50% of the world’s population by the end of this century.

    There are so many battles to fight right now. Conservatives are being attacked from every angle; religious, political, intellectual, racial, and even through the arts. Their bully pulpit is massive from the White House to the local papers…If it wasn’t for the fact that my wife and I have a 1 year old son and another child on the way, it would be tempting to give up, hunker down, and enjoy our private lives without the constant barrage of financial irresponsibility and political/social treason. However, the thought of leaving our children less freedom, more debt, and no religious roots has me too angry to quit. If all our efforts fail, I will not look at them one day and have to say I did nothing to fight back. They will know the Creator, the value of patriotism, and necessity to fight. Whether it be radical Islam or the suicidal tendencies of liberalism, they will be ready!!!

    How is this a surprise? I have bad news for people, but what we would like to believe is “moderate Islam” is not Islam at all but rather apostasy in the eyes of the orthodox Muslim. All Muslims are called upon to advance Islam any way possible in both small and large ways according to his means and station in life until all mankind submits to it. The smallest victory like getting schools to recognize Muslim holidays or being allowed to wear the hijab for driver’s license photos or silencing church bells will be rewarded in heaven. People may not like to hear this stuff, but this is what Islam teaches.

The muslim population grows while Americans have fewer that 2 babies per married couple.       I agree with freelancer, can you really justify leaving your children and grandchildren in the hands of a muslim influenced society? I can’t! Sure there are probably a few who have and will adjust but they probably are a very tiny minority, the vast majority want nothing less than a muslim country here in America. Don’t let them do it!

      We have a government right now that does not CARE what the citizens want. We own one of the largest Sharia Finance Compliant enities in AIG. The Treasury Dept had a seminar on Sharia Finance in November 2007 or 2008. If you want to see how much Sharia Finance has already come into our country, just do a Google Search on Sharia Compliant Finance and see how many companies you pull up in the US. There are already Sharia Law Courts in the US. Do not think that the Government will oppose the oil countries’ money. Don’t you wonder why our own oil is being held hostage!!!!

    I realize that America is supposed to have Freedom of Religion, but we also have laws against subverting the government. If these muslims can’t adjust to living in America then all of them should be deported back to their respective countries and the saudi financed mosques closed.

    We cannot allow them to become dominant in this country, the only country in the World where the majority of people really believe in a democratic form of government.

Likewise if there isn‘t I’ll know it instead of sitting here and wondering what all the alrmist stuff floating around is. Think of it like hearing a fire alarm, Do you poke your head out the door to see if there is smoke or just sit there having already decided it’s a false alarm? What if you’re wrong? The answer is you burn up, not because you made a decision but because you made the wrong one. LOOK OUT THE DOOR! See if there is smoke. Come on it’s only a step or two away.       Ummm, I think most of us have had CAIR’s agenda figured out for several years now. They have a history of litigation to give Muslims special treatment and forcing non-Muslims into making concessions to their own rights to accommodate them. CAIR has been VERY successful because no judge wants to deal with the firestorm of ruling against CAIR.

      I have watched it and it is a very good documentary. I would also encourage people to read the Quran as well. Don’t just take people at their word, educate yourself because the media certainly is not going to.

      There is no place in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA for ISLAM in any form.

      Every religion feels exactly the same way. They all want to rule our minds and be the When do we stop being a puppy for the Jewish propaganda machine and start thinking for ourselves? Islam is NOT the enemy…those who declared war on us because of our failed and oppressive foreign policy are the enemy.

      Remember, everything “religious” and “patriotic” is an act of oppression. It’s the very nature of their existence.

      Dear Arius, every “religion” does not include domination of all others. Crazy ideas like that are very common among those who are completely lost and ignorant of the contents of the Bible. In the Bible it is CLEARLY stated over and over that Gods hand is extended to all. Those who are open and accept it ….accept it. Those who don’t are lost. You cannot conquer or persuade them to accept Gods word. They either do or do not.
      Your assertion is selacious. And I would say you need to spend more time with your Bible, we all were given the word. Accept or decline,it is your choice.
