Posted on February 16, 2012 at 3:04amI realize it’s all in the name of “comedic bits” but this “Glenn the ladies man” stuff makes us real uncomfortable. Does he realize how much he dishonors his wife Tanya when he does this?
What is it supposed to be…a satire of a porn movie with some babe in fatigues? Who and what was that? (correct me if im wrong, but I don’t think the girl in fatigues was Tanya). It‘s the first time we’ve turned off the show in disgust. Honestly, if we wanted that kind of innuendo we’d watch network sitcoms.
Glenn: George Washington wouldn’t behave in such a fashion.

Can you please turn up the volume…Easier to turn down then turn up please. Posted on February 15, 2012 at 4:12pmWell, I could hear the sound o.k., but I can’t see where this Barry White is anything special to listen to. I never heard of him until the video played.
So far as trying to get your lady romantic to the sound of breaking glass and the smell of tear gas, I think Glenn’s point is that it is coming down without a doubt. He’s right. This situation is unsustainable, and the ongoing financial turmoil is set to get worse this year. Europe has bond payments coming due in March which will be troublesome to meet…..and maybe impossible for Spain, Portugal and Ireland.
While we aren’t near the overall level of Greece right now our debt to GDP ratio is about the same. Only our ability to print money as the worlld’s reserve currency is keeping us above water right now.
With the stock market rising slowly as it has, we’re in a stand off period that is going to be viewed…in hindsight….as the calm before the storm. Glenn bet O’Reilly a dinner that we would be seeing violence in the streets by summer. He probably had in mind OWS and the Democratic National Convention, which most are betting also will be an attempt by the far left to turn the Democrats even further to the left as successfully as they did in the past at the 68′ convention.
As far as out and out fighting goes between the multicult tribes, it has to build a bit before critical mass is reached, but it’s coming as surely as the sun sets in the West.

Let’s be clear there is no provider class as you call it without a working class that gets paid a fair wage and can actually buy things. Consumption drives demand which leads to job creation. The wealthy do not create jobs, the like other investment agents (mutual funds, pension funds, small investors) enable companies to respond to demand. Real wages have gone down since 1980. Take a break and follow the money and you’ll find out who really benefits from Federal spending…. and its not the poor.

A 9mm can stop a target very well, so can a .22, so can a dull spoon or my bare hands if you know how to use them. You are only as effective as to the comfort level you have in handling your weapon and getting target acquisition. Statistics show that trained professionals are only 11% on target their first shot in a conflict, where does that put the average Joe? It cracks me up to watch all these people bring the biggest gun they can barley carry to the range and yes they yield a lot of potential stopping power but all that energy is a waste because they can’t hit the broad side of a barn. They might be able to wound someone at 7 yards while my wife can consistently put a 9mm round between the targets eyes at 25-50 yards. It is all about placement. A 13 year old Navajo boy who was used to shooting rabbits, killed a sheriff’s deputy with one shot at over 150 yards with a .22 rifle. Its great that your wife can carry and shoot a .357, but how comfortable is she in accurately hitting a target under duress. She might be better able to stop an attacker with a 9mm then a .45 or .357. Don’t fall into the myth that 9mm can’t do the job.

With that in mind, they designed a severely limited government whose sole purpose was to DEFEND those rights that God has given us.
So, you are correct, government is “stupid,“ and ours is the ”best” there is… at least ours is DESIGNED to be the best – but it has been mis-used, bastardized and abused to the point that our true government is no longer visible. This has been done by those seeking power and money. And we have sat idly by as it happened.
