Does This Atlanta Private Investigator’s Lie Detector Prove Cain Is Telling the Truth?

Herman Cain has already said he would take a polygraph test to prove he is being truthful in his denial of recent accusations of sexual assault that four women made against him.

The polygraph test has not been taken yet, but one man says he already has proof that Cain is telling the truth.

The local CBS affiliate reports private investigator TJ Ward and his $15,000 voice analyzing software detect stress levels and other metrics from a person’s voice to tell if they are lying or not. Ward used the software to analyze Cain’s recent press conference and said it shows he was telling the truth:

During the speech, when Cain denied the claims, the lie detector read “low risk.”  According to Ward, that means Cain is telling the truth.

During the section of Bialek’s news conference where she says, “He suddenly reached over put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals he also grabbed my head brought it towards his crotch.”

During the analysis of that section the software said “high risk statement.”  Ward said that means she is not  telling the truth about what happened.

“I don’t think she is fabricating her meetings,” said Ward.  ”But, she is fabricating what transpired.”

[...]

“When he directly talks about the allegations against him there is no high risk,” said Ward.  “It is low risk, which tells me he is being truthful in his conversations to the public.”

You can watch the machine in action below:

Ward told CBS that law enforcement already use software such as this and that it has a 95 percent success rate.

I didn’t need the results of the lie detector to know he was telling the truth.

People need to realize and understand that this is a total sham being perpetrated by the Washington puppet masters (repubs and demos alike).

I believe Herman Cain is an honest man with a sincere desire to go to Washington and fix this country, to break down the Washington power structure and get rid of defect spending, waste, corruption and abuse of “power”.

Seems to me that he is the only republican candidate who is telling the truth.

And yet you seem all-too willing to convict Herman Cain without ONE single fact to back YOU up? Can you prove Herman Cain is lying? Or are you “convinced” he‘s guilty because you’re being told over and over and over by people with a vested interest in destroying his political career? Maybe it‘s just that you feel more strongly about another candidate you support and you see the opportunity to kick a good man when he’s down? Why do you like to kick animals? I got ya back on your comments about Cain. What scares me is the reluctance of people to believe the women are lying. It dosen’t matter if there four or four hundred women. If they are lying, case closed and let’s get on to the issues. This is a smoke screen to place him in a negative light next November. He may need to do something BIG in a positive way to erase that. Peoples minds are short. He needs to get this out of his way.

I seem like I’m tooting my own horn, but really everyone can learn to do it, even you! When you base your life in the truth every moment of each day, it is much easier to notice something that is different. It is like finding the one instrument in the symphony orchestra that is out of tune.

I also believe Cain is telling the truth, either that or he has been trained to not give off the body language lying indicators – and I have not seen or heard of any such training. Normal people do not get this training.

I learned to recognize this while a court reporter and had about 95% correct rate. I only heard his accuser (Sharon), so don’t have an opinion of her statements.

BTW: I don’t support Cain for other reasons, but if he does win the nomination, I will support him. Currently, I support Newt and do believe he is what is needed in the WH. Someone who will stand his ground, but will discuss the issues with the Dems and bring them to his side. I believe he can be another Reagan if given the chance.

It amazes me that people complain every single day about people in Gov‘t or just Gov’t in general because they’re just dishonest to the American People. It never fails though that when voters like a candidate they refuse to listen or believe accusations or even facts sometimes, but rather believe the candidate..yes the same TYPE of person that we all accuse of screwing over the American People. Will people ever grow a brain and realize that they’re being duped over and over and over again? What will it take for people who complain all the time realize that the people they like or admire are probably lying to them? I mean its not like it doesn’t happen as it happens everyday, so is it just because a candidate has a great speech writer who can come up with good lines that gets your attention? Is it because the research team for the candidate can dig and find relavent information and then uses it to talk a good talk? Why on earth do people continue to believe anything any of the people say? Besides the candidate Paul who frankly really does have a track record of consistantly, but really isn’t a contender who else up on stage including Cain has a good track record with actions? Nobody!! So, why oh why do people continue to get all worked up as if a candidate is the MAN because of something he/she said in a debate? You do know that they pay people to come up with pretty much everything they say, right? 4 Women made accusations which need to be looked into, no free pass 4 ca

If Herman Cain is honest on these incidents( which recent evidence is pointing that way) then this is probably one of the greatest character assignations in our nations’ history. We can dislike someone and do so strongly, but to testify false witness against someone is despicable and you will have to answer to God. Since this is an election, we should demand the truth. I believe you are right-on with evalualtion of Herman Cain’s motive and ethics, though I also think there are others in the race with like intent. The thing that sets him apart for me is that he is from “outside the beltway”, meaning he hasn’t any loyalties to lobbyists that try to influence his decisions.

IMHO a Cain/Gingrich ticket could actually change the course for our nation while throwing both parties’ Progressive elements into absolute disarray. But, be warned ~ Progressives from both sides will use every disengenuous tactic (no matter how infantile) to retain the current course for reshaping the world to meet their heart’s desire.

I decided to analyze the press conference of Herman Cains 4th accuser. Here is what I saw. The hair and glasses were annoying but I was able to pick up a good deal.

First off her tone is all wrong for recounting past events especially events that should be emotional charged. Her tone is more in line with reading a story.
      At:
8:39 full shoulders shrug (a sign of deceit)

      8:59 a half shoulder shrug

9:02 a very odd pause and change in her mannerism. She added an unnatural “punch” to the date that seemed out of place (This is something lawyers do to make sure specifics of a statement are remembered)

9:42 again a full shoulder shrug

10:40-10:50 eyes move up and to the left (her right) when giving details of what each was wearing. Eye movement to the left indicates a constructed image vs eyes move to the right when images are from memory. This is for right handed people (It reverses for left handed people) but I know she is right handed because she licks her right fingers to change the pages.

No facial signs of anger or disgust during the reenactment of the events in the car. In fact there were no signs of anger or disgust anywhere in the whole speech (which would be normal when talking about a situation such as this)

13:52-14:20 several shrugs and has an enjoyment expression on her face during the whole ending to her statement. Again no anger or disgust.

I just see too many signs of lying to believe her.

I even have a problem with Ron Paul and Michelle Bachmann, as they have been in DC quite a while, and all senators and represenatives reportedly have received numerous alerts from various investigations regarding Obama’s ineligibility. If I can’t trust them to expose and investigate Obama, how can I trust them in our White House. Newt has too much baggage, and reportedly attended Bohemian Grove – a big red flag for me. As far as Perry, he attended Bilderberg meeting and is tight with Muslims in TX. Romney is in tight with Wall Street. Huntsman is closely tied to China. I will have to vote for whoever the nominee is, but again it’s voting for the lesser of the evils. I want my country back. Being a Monk, I have had 3 years training in “listening” for the truth. If I can hear and see a person talking I can tell whether or not they are telling the truth. It’s so hard listening to Obama because he lies so much. It‘s easy listening to Glenn because he doesn’t lie. Glenn might have the facts wrong from time to time but, he’s not lying on purpose. Obama and his crew lie on purpose all the time. Holder, Napolitano, Axelrod, Pelosi, Reid, Van Jones, Jarrett and the rest lie with almost every breath. There’s only one type of person that I have a problem with. That’s the person who has absolutely no idea what the truth is and just blindly believes what they are told and repeats it. That person is Joe Biden. I can never tell what he’s saying and I don’t think he knows either.

I’m not a gambling person but, if you talked with my friends you would find out how many bets I’ve won on this. I ask someone to think of a number, write it down and give the paper to a neutral person and then have them tell me that number. They can lie or tell the truth. My job is to tell them if they are telling the truth about that number. I’ve never been wrong in 20 years. The bet is always $1.00 and I’ve made about $100.00 in the last 20 years and have never lost.

Cain is telling the truth. I’ll bet you a dollar on it. Any takers? (Except JZS, I already know he doesn’t have a dollar and Rose Ellen because she prints her own money on her home computer).

@JZS you prop up some 2006 study that decries the usefulness or accuracy of using the human voice to measure veracity and truth? Software and computing has made light year jumps since then. I seem to recall when i was in high school that the human population was going to completely obliterate all the land and seas soon…..and that there was a coming ice age. Both “Studies” of course were pure crap..in fact worse…they were totally fabricated lies. Modern voice stress tests are conducted voluntarily in police stations all over the country to allow detectives to make a risk analysis regarding a suspect or witnesses’ veracity. For you to prop that article up in this thread is of no more import at all….these voice tests are used everyday all over the country. I could dig up a number of “studies” that point out how inaccurate 14 year old recollections of alleged sexual harassments are too. But I won’t because they are not needed. We all know what the deal is here…it‘s called character assassination by simply saying something happened that didn’t and or denying something that did happen. It has been occurring as long as politics itself…it’s just that Democrats have turned it into an industry and an institutional area of higher learning. Bill Clinton and his former political machine all have Doctorate Degrees. Barry’s team are still working on their Masters. Unfortunately for them…this time around we proctors have caught them cheating on the test.

Grayling, et al, ask yourselves why there was never a hint of impropriety for all the years he was in positions of power in corporate America. It was only during his brief 3 year tenure at the Nat’l Rest. Assoc., a group with powerful ties to SEIU that such allegations were made. That alone should give you pause. Add to that the fact that one of these Chicago women lives in the same building as Axelrod, the same Axelrod who used sexual innuendos to rid odrama of both his opponents in the state and the federal offices he held before becoming POTUS. Don‘t tell me these facts don’t raise some serious questions. If they don’t, you aren’t being honest with yourselves. Sep 26th, 2007, 5:36am It seems that despite having been forced to terminate its use of the Computer Voice Stress Analyzer (CVSA), a device that by the manufacturer’s own admission “is not capable of lie detection,” U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), headquartered at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, remains fascinated with the pseudoscience of voice stress analysis. Two bits…. Rebellion is not what is needed. We need to stand for our convictions, ESPECIAL in the PROGRESSIVE MEDIA that attacks conservatives that are opposed to them. The MEDIA is the one not teaching the truth about the Occupy Movement (besides Glenn and The Blaze). The MEDIA is the one ATTACKING CAIN and SUPPORTING ROMNEY.

The MEDIA is PROGRESSIVE, so is CARL ROVE… so is ROMNEY. Voting for Romney would be the voting for another four years of Bush and Obama. The war needs to be fought but not in the traditional “rebellion”. We need to stop watching the news, save from places like The Blaze and GBTV. We need to DESTROY the PROGRESSIVE MEDIA MACHINE! Stop tuning them in and the advertising on them will stop. Demand a fairer approach to the distribution of information. Standards of ethics are needed in the media, otherwise they are no better than a tabloid.

I have been ‘victimized’ and I’m telling you, there are serious flaws with this entire hit. It is resonating with me alright. It once again debases women and men who have actual encounters of this nature. Please do yourself a favor and step back and really look. The NRA should have never settled to save time and money. They, and other companies like them, potentially ruin lives by being expedient. Look at the information coming out of the woodwork concerning these women and the different situations and their patterns. The establishment KNEW the settlements were in his past and thought the electorate would back away immediately with nothing further. Well, like you. Now their fatal flaw was pushing ‘putting a face’ on the ‘victims’ with that joke of a woman. Low and behold, we wait with an open mind for the truth, whatever it may be, and it is pouring out. I refuse to let the media and the elite pick who runs against obama or this country. It ends now. We are out of time. I suggest you remove your MSM glasses and start looking at facts. @Flyonthewall

I think unless the victims can actually provide a shred of credible evidence, we need to treat this as a non-story.

second, regarding the stress levels…her elevated stress levels should be compared to her own baseline stress level (from other parts of her speech) and I’m assuming that was done in this analysis. The point is that her stress level peaked at certain points. We have as much reason to believe this gentleman as we do to believe the accuser.

This isn’t hard & fast evidence, but it is a heck of a lot better than anything else we’ve seen on the side of the accusers. Whether you want Cain to win or not (he’s not my first choice…though I think he’s in the top half of the R-Candidates), it would be a shame for him to lose BECAUSE of these allegations unless they have a shred of backup, which has not yet been presented. The AP sourcing anonymous sources and anonymous friends of anonymous sources is not evidence in the least. This woman, represented by a known Democratic hit-(wo)man lawyer, while she smiles the whole time is not evidence. Yes, lets not pass judgement without evidence. Since we have none, nobody should refrain from voting for Cain, nor should anyone vote for Cain due to these allegations. If you change your vote due to this, you have pronounced judgement…that said, there is a lot of time for any evidence to present itself in time for the election

The person so charge has a difficult time establishing that he is not a racist. He could as easily have asked, “Have you stopped beating your wife?“ and followed with ”Get it?”

Yeah like they don’t work with slow speaking black people….cripes i swear your comment just made me sigh with complete stupidness. Herman Cain speaks with an eloquence and elegance that most of us on this forum would love to be able to do. He has a slight southern drawl to his word inflections indeed but that is geographic upbringing…it has nothing to do with the color or size of his lips. Why did you ask that question? It just simply gives the liberal trolls here something to take back to their little cubby holes and gloat over all night. Like I said in a previous thread….I am not gay but when I see Herman Cain I think heater hose from a 57 Chevy. I want a president with a big one. My vote this election cycle is going to the Republican with the biggest penis. If there are going to be racially motivated stereotype comments on this Herman Cain story…I am going to bring out the big guns. Yep i said it…i want a president with a huge giant overwhelming presence…if you‘re pickin’ up what i’m laying down. And to you liberals out there who are disturbed by that comment….you can have your distinguishing characteristic former President Pantload all to yourselves. I have Cain envy. So What?

If you know the signs of a person lying(their tell) you don’t need one of those things. However, the problem then is that there is no hard proof. Look at Nancy’s press conferences, when she does a lot of hand motions is one of the ways she can be using a tell. However, she can be using it as emphasis for a point. But, yet again over emphasis is also a tell.

If Cain did what he is accused of, that is horrible, and he is unqualified to be any kind of leader. If he didn’t, he is still unqualified for president. He didn’t know the Chinese already had nuclear capabilities and he thinks it is not necessary to know who the leaders are of countries in the mid east, a pretty strategic place at the moment. This man is simply on a publicity tour so he can sell more Herman Cain.

Obum didn’t even know how many states there are in the Union. In any case, the important thing would be his world vision and who he chose as advisors.

On body language you are wrong. If you work in intel you learn to read body language. It is VERY telling. Now, if you are judging by that phony who appears on O’Reilly, well, I wouldn’t trust her either.

Guys…it doesn’t matter if they are lying or now…

THIS isn’t about Cain or the accusers lying….the first two ladies simply filed suits based on a stray off color joke or gesture or comment Cain made that made them feel uncomfortable. One was over Cain saying she was a pretty little thing like his wife and motioning with his hand that she was only up to his shoulder…the lady took it to be a sexual gesture… Cain already explained that one and that lady disappeared…amazingly!..

These latest two are the real attack…the first two are falling back into the closet they came from…

But it doesn’t matter that in a month or two or 6 Cain will be proven right and these women liars… it is “he said, she said” and can’t be proven… it is just to put DOUBT!!!… It is to orchestrate the election towards the goal the DNC and the RNC want…. they both want Cain and Newt GONE!!! this was supposed to be a Romney, Perry ticket…they thought Palin would get in and cause a big uproar… painting the GOP as scared white rich racists “clinging to their guns and religion” against anybody different….well Palin didn’t play the game…
so now…POOF… Cain is the enemy..the nut…the wacko…the black man that hates blacks…the Tea Party nutter who wants to destroy every social program and slash the budget…

The Democrats go after the candidates one at a time, target them relentlessly in the Lap Dog media such as the New York Times , and then assassinate the character of each. I have never witnessed such under-handed, un American, sleazy campaign tactics. Guess that’s what happens when Saul Alinsky is the inspiration for your campaign strategy. Uniting Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” with the strong-armed bullying of the unions ( bull-horns, bussed-in mobs, occupations of building, endless chanting of slogans, professionally crafted signs, dues spent on these campaign techniques, co-ordinated Lefty groups working behind he scenes) creates Democrats Campaign 2012. Spread the magic by Occupying Obamavilles in Democrat -controlled cities. Can only imagine what the Left is “organizing” to pull at the polls. More Black Panthers? It seems more likely that all this is due to in-fighting within their own party. Karl Rove comes to mind since they seem to be reminiscent of tactics he’s used in previous campaigns. Since there are so many contenders right now it doesn’t seem to make sense that Democrats would use their resources to narrow the field.

I happen to think that the establishment isn’t right or left, they’re NWO, They must have their chosen candidate to keep up the appearance of left and right to us. Does anyone find it odd that Romney has dumped big bucks into fighting Perry for about 3 weeks or when perry has been at the bottom and Cain had been beating him in all but the New Hampshire polls? Before the ‘scandal’ came out??? It’s almost like Romney campaign was told to not pay any attention to Cain, he wouldn’t be an obstacle or worse, Romneys‘ folks made sure he wouldn’t be an issue. I think they picked Perry a long time ago to be their chosen “Tea Party conservative” candidate with the ultimate goal of having Mitt win. Americans just threw a wrench in their little plan. Once again, they just can’t read the new electorate. Just one of my theories, Lord only knows what they really have in store for us.

I‘ve been in a position of having been ’sexually harrassed’ by a superior. I rejected him and ‘stomped off in a huff’. (probably not my smoothest move) I told no one, but my husband and my immediate supervisor (who advised me to lay low – I did) – I suffered two years of escalating trumped up ‘infractions’ – coming not from my immediate supervisor – but from the ‘top dog’! This man then, for two cycles altered my evaluation reports from my supervisor (which had always been top-notch) and eventually removed my employee files from my workplace and kept them at the main yard.

After two years of constant harrassment – weekly in the course of doing my job… I gave up and left a job that I loved. I forgave – but never forgot…

I found out later that other women had been similarly approached – some complained to upper level management, and got the same treatment as I did – only they didn’t last as long as me… they were gone, and he was still there.

He was a black man… all the women were white. You can take what you want from that.

Do I remember the incident after nearly 20 years? You bet I do! Would I do anything differently today? I don’t think so. Would I come forward now if he were to run for office? Yes… to slap his face – (and stomp off in a huff) not to ruin him… he can do that himself!

All that said… I do not believe the Baileck woman… having been there and done that — she is not at all credible…

Isn’t strange that Bialek used to live in the same building as Axelrod, that all of the accusers are from Chicago, and that all of the incidents took place during the 3 years Cain was head of the NRA, and only then? Could that possibly be because the new head of the NRA was a former chief of staff for Chicago mayor Daily and has been doing some digging in the NRA’s records? Isn‘t strange that Obama’s election to the Illinois Senate took place after similar accusations were made against his opponent and something very similar against his opponent for the U.S. Senate? Could it possibly be that this is just Chicago style politics as practiced by David Axelrod and our bumbler in Chief?

I think it is unrealistic to expect a black man to disassociate himself from the liberal community. Conservative blacks are few in number and ostracized by their own, so it’s quite an accomplishment to make it to the top like Cain did. He confronted Clinton on live TV when Willy was president, remember? Besides, he’s a businessman. Did you expect him to do business only with conservatives? C’mon, man. I’ll only address one of your issues. When Obama ran for state senator against Jack Ryan the item that came out from Ryan’s divorce was rather unsavory. Even Judy Barr Topinka (R) said that Ryan wasn’t up front about the issue with his own party, leaving out the major details and glossing it over. As happens too often, the vetting process isn’t as good or complete as it should be. Or in some cases, the candidate isn’t completely forthcoming. Why didn’t Cain tell his own people about these previous claims, especially when he says he told the fellow who now works for Perry about it years ago (which the guy denies).

The misogynist in me says that when there is a he-said / she-said exchange, (especially about sex) what she-said should be considered suspect until PROVEN otherwise. With hard evidence. This PC world we live in is a place where no means no, no means yes, no means yes, (but later means no) and all of the other corollaries. This now includes just TALKING. I’m waiting for the day when a man can get castrated for THINKING about a sexual encounter with a woman, a la the 2002 movie, Minority Report…

I can understand libs trying to destroy a conservative black man’s reputation. I can understand Paulists doing it too — even conservative women who find it hard to be objective about sexual harassment . I CANNOT understand how a conservative man lets himself be drawn into this lynching ritual. I have lost respect for the likes of Carl Rove.

No surprise here. I just don’t think a man in his position then or now would waste his time chasing white skirt, as he even married a black woman. Old black men aren‘t like young ones who’ll drop their momma’s from a building for a white momma.

They‘re old school and don’t go for that stuff and Cain‘s old school in many ways and that’s why he’d make a good president. NO ONE OWNS HIM. At least YET.

As we can see over the past three years, Obama works and is owned by many, but doesn’t work for the American people at large. He picks winners and losers and 98% of working America are on the short end of THAT stick and the Muslim world the biggest recipients of his crazy decision making process or lack thereof.
