‘That Younger Woman’: Gov. Rendell Cracks Shock Quip on Spitzer/Parker

During an appearance on CNN’s Paker/Spitzer Monday, Pennsylvania Ed Rendell took a departing jab at co-host Elliot Spitzer, alluding to his, er, shady past. While co-host Kathleen Parker nervously laughs off Rendell’s direction for Spitzer to “have fun with that younger woman [Parker],“ Spitzer awkwardly notes that those are ”dangerous words.”
I gotta say, I’m pretty surprised it took this long for someone to poke at Spitzer on-air for his past indiscretions…

Posted on November 2, 2010 at 1:03amSpitzer was and is my hero. I have been day trading stocks for decades and frequently getting burnt by Wall Street scam artists. Spitzer was the only attorney general brave enough to prosecute financial crime which is daily business over on Wall Street. I have an article, written years back, published on the Securities and Exchange Commission web site, an article praising Spitzer for his work, and shaming the SEC for their lack of work.
When Spitzer became caught up in this prostitution scandal, I liked him even more; the boy has spunk and spirit.
People tend to dwell on the negative and forget all the good a person does. Spitzer did perform a beneficial service for America through his going after Wall Street crooks. Would be nice if Spitzer was still an attorney general slapping around Wall Street crooks.

Posted on November 2, 2010 at 5:16amHALF PINT asks, “being in a prostitution scandal gave him spunk and spirit?”
Nope, Spitzer has spunk and spirit to risk being caught involved with a prostitute. His activities did not give him spunk and spirit, he already had those qualities.
HALF PINT suggests, “check your premises”
I checked, Spitzer ain’t around. However my husband and his favorite ****** are downstairs enjoying a warm fire by our living room fireplace.
Spitzer frequenting an expensive ****** is simply none of our business. This is between he and his family. If I have an objection this is Spitzer paying way too much for a ******. Shoot, the cream of the crop of hookers are only a thousand an hour up at the Bunny Ranch near Carson City, Nevada.
Spitzer could have enjoyed five visits to the Bunny Ranch for what he paid for a single visit with a New York ******.
Contrasting, Spitzer prosecuting crimes of pandering and prostitution is hypocrisy while he is employing a prostitute. This is our business.
My point is America lost a good man to womanizing. Spitzer did a lot of good for America while attorney general and governor. Although a democrat, Spitzer was tough on crime, especially Wall Street crime. Spitzer went after the big boys of Wall Street long before our Great Depression II. Spitzer had the right idea, did the right things.
Having Spitzer still in charge or influential in New York would serve America better than tossing him aside for being a typical man. Spitzer was hot on financial crime. I would rather he still be after Wall Street than sitting on the sidelines because of a tempting and gorgeous ******.
Knocking him down for having a ****** also knocked him down as the number one prosecutor of Wall Street crime. This is too high of a price to pay for such low level moral values. Prostitution is simply sex, no big deal when this comes to men, pun intended.

Posted on November 2, 2010 at 7:42amSorry but visiting prostitutes is not an example of a typical man. I know I for one would never do it, and if you do it when you are married you are just a weak minded individual.

Posted on November 2, 2010 at 12:47pmI have to agree with Phil because I do feel morals are important especially if you are a person who is upholding the laws of our land. There is too much of ‘the law only applies to others’ in our government. As I posted earlier I have seen bits of his show and I was surprised how balanced it appeared (truly I have not seen a full show and only catch it minutes at a time because I rather watch O’Reilly). His fame (or infamy) was not because of his prosecution but because of his prostitution and being rewarded with a television show does seem inappropriate.

CNN also thinks its viewers are STUPID because if you go to their website and look up Spitzers bio
there is no reference to his plea bargan to RESIGN IN DISGRACE to avoid federal FELONY prosecution under the Hatch Act.
When you see how DISHONEST CNN is reporting the Bios of their hosts it makes you wonder WHAT ELSE THEY ARE LYING ABOUT?!?!?!?!
