Or did you forget about the story of Moses, ya know when the Israelites were slaves (in bondage) to the Egyptians?! Or perhaps the Babylonian invasion, 600 years before the birth of Christ our Lord, that overtook the city of Jerusalem, brought the Jews into bondage yet again, and killed the prophets?! I’m sure it was just an honest mistake on your part and had nothing to do with you advancing a false arguement clearly supporting Hitler, an imaginary master race, or pure hate..

Brian Sack and Co’s first 2 shows did not disappoint. (The CIA sketch definitely deserves a public showing too.) The sketches and “behind the scenes” video were greatly appreciated comic relief for heavy subject matter. Also, excellent job on the part of the other cast members.

Doesn’t bode well for a lot of people around the world today.

Report Post »It was no accident that Moses and his brother (again convenient) were the military leaders of the Israelite group. Moses was raised, and trained militarily, in Egypt.
It was also no accident that Israel was in Egypt. Israel went there voluntarily. Egypt extended their hand to the, then struggling, Israelis. It was a repeat performance of Abraham’s previous visit, where he pimped his wife Sarah to the Pharaoh for wealth and power, and then was forced to skedaddle.
Christ’s New Testament put all of this to rest. It’s just that people like you simply do not read about the rest. You allow others to tell you what the rest is!

They were Hebrew (crossing over, from the time of Abram) or Israelite. Judah had not been part of history at that time. Therefor, there could be no Jewish citizens of Judah.

This is why I, too, cannot stand religions. It’s subjective, unbalanced and unilateral. If God’s on your side, do whatever. That is not right. Ever. These passages in the Bible were written by humans who were angry or trying to justify bad behavior. You must know this.
If there is an all-good, powerful, intervening God, it would never allow such things in it’s name.
Responders, do not tell me I‘m not capable of understanding God’s plan. If this is truly God’s plan, you might want to consider a new one. (The list Smackdown provides is but a short sample list.)

There are some questions though: 1) Do you believe in God? 2) Do you believe in a literal interpretation of it 3) If the points you made are true and part of the Bible is to be taken literally then it holds that the rest of the Bible should be taken to be true. Therefore, Jesus not only died for our sins but rose from the dead AND he shall be returning at some point. The Jews are the chosen people and we need to get our act in order. We should all consider what it is going to be like to burn in hell forever and ever. If you don’t believe in the Bible, don’t attempt to use it to make your points, it only shows you to be a fool using what you consider falsehoods to prove a point and everyone knows false facts cannot be used to prove a truth.

Historically most nations didn’t care if they annihilated and enslaved their enemies. This is why once atheist nations take control of a country they have no problem killing off massive numbers of their populations. If a leader has the same aspirations as Hitler (i.e., wanting to establish a socialist “utopia”), in my book such comparisons are warranted, because that leader will take his country down the exact same path that Hitler took Germany.
Socialism, whether in Hitler’s Germany or in Obama’s America, will always lead to mass murder, because in such societies people are viewed as economic considerations. As a matter of fact, people in a socialist dystopia are nothing more than labor inventory on one side of the balance sheet and expenses on the other side. If you have a socialist country where the means of production are controlled by the State and that country experiences economic hardships like Germany c. 1930s, the only option is to liquidate your inventory and cut expenses. There is no other choice, because you can’t put people to work and you can’t pay them for doing nothing without risking hyper-inflation.
If America goes down the road of European socialism and then the dollar collapses because of unsustainable debt, you can rest assured that a liberal President will take similar measures that Hitler took, because there will be no other alternative. To be truthful, the highlights are always something that has been or will be on the Blaze or on the radio program. I have asked that the highlights show something other than what will be broadcast on the radio. I will be cancelling next month. One way or another Glenn or the Blaze discusses what is on GBTV. I love to watch Glenn, but as long as I can hear him and the gang, I am fine. The information is the same.

We also get Pandora, Liberty Radio, Crackle,and a bunch of other internet channels for free. It’s starting to take off and there are new channels being added everyday. Try it, definately worth it.

Report Post »I was able to watch the week long events in Isreal because of GBTV. I was a subscriber even before it launched. Now I am saddened though with my work schedule. Getting home late in the evening, and rising early I usually cannot watch Glenn Becks two hour program. When he was on FOX, I was able to record (Yes VCR) and it hurt to take an hour out of my evening, but the very few Beck shows I did catch on GBTV, Much, Much better without all the sensorship.
As far as the Anaversary showing of BS of A, I especially loved the skit where Mr. Beck was asking Brian, do you really have a sponser? I dont know why but this pathetic website called sadtrombone.com really cracks me up. I am responsible for at least 50 on the click counter.
I have one question though, who is right about what B.S. stands for in B.S.ofA.? Is it Mr. Beck eluding to a more common acronym of B.S.? or is it Mr. Sacks saying it is his initials? In this question, I hope Mr. Sacks is right. I would not want to see him go. He is a funny man.
