Bachmann Reveals To Glenn What You Didn’t See on Camera Last Night

Less than 24 hours after unofficially announcing she will be a candidate for president, Michele Bachmann joined Glenn Beck on radio today to talk about her platform, issues of the day, and last night’s GOP debate. And she even revealed something you didn’t see on camera.
“Well, one thing that you didn’t see on camera is that I was like the kid in class that has their hand up all the time and maybe it was good that that wasn’t on the camera,” she said. “But I wanted to weigh in on so many those issues, and one of them had to do with Medicare. Because right now we’re hearing President Obama demagogue against Republicans that are actually trying to save Medicare and deal with it and get it into a fiscally sane way so that senior citizens have their needs met so we don’t bankrupt the country.”
She also talked about when she’ll make her “official” announcement, and endures some jokes from Glenn and co-host Pat Gray about announcing an announcement. You can watch it below:
You can read more about the interview at GlennBeck.com.

Posted on June 14, 2011 at 4:16pmThe format of such kinds of debates is stupid.
Report Post »The optics are stupid, the soundbites are stupider.
If the Repubs want to be taken seriously, they should stop believing that they have to make a mockery of themselves and subject themselves to ridicule by demagoging a-holes at such stupid venues, to reach an audience .

Posted on June 14, 2011 at 4:14pmIf the GOP actually think that Bachman, West, Palin, Newt , Romney, Palin, Cain and the rest of these characters have a chance then they are worse off than most thought. The mid term tea party trick worked since mid terms have a low turnout but in a general election these people are a joke. These people running wont even win their base nevermind any Independents or Democrats, which are needed in a general election. The GOP base has shrunk and the candidates are just trying to appeal to an ever smaller base.
As a “lib” i find it hilarious that this is the best the GOP can come up with and what is even funnier is that you all think these people stand a chance. Half of the GOP think Palin is a dunce ( and they are right ) yet you all think she has a chance!

Posted on June 14, 2011 at 4:22pmOh yeah? what has the Democrap party come up with, a failed presidency? Even Barry now admits, in a way, that he doesn’t expect to get re-elected. A broken and broke country with porous borders?
Report Post »And what is he going to promise this time? He broke almost every promise the last time. The GOP has a ton of video to use for commercials for 2012. All the Democraps can do is sling mud this election.

Posted on June 14, 2011 at 6:32pmwhat nevermind has shown is the there is no functioning mind there but then nevermind is the sterotypical democrat party voter. Libs are the visable result of Pavlovs behavioral mind control system of indoctrination into the religious worldview of the marxist belief system. BHO is another example of the failure of that worldview, pursuing those policies always results in misery, hardship, totalitarian oppression and the death of hope in a better future. History has shown us that what follows those events is tragic.

Yeah, that’s what the “Dems” said about Ronald Reagan after your biggest and still biggest loser Jimmy Carter! Even after many years of being out of office that guys is still screwing with America!
I only thing Jimmy got going for him right now is the fact Obama actually might out do him for the being the worst president ever. What a stake to claim!

Posted on June 17, 2011 at 7:03amHow is Palin a dunce? Okay, she thinks “what newspapers do you read” is a gotcha question. A Canadian comedian talking in a Pepe le Pew accent convinced her that he was Nicholas Sarkozy. She used the phrase “quitter’s way out” in her incoherent attempt to explain why she was quitting as governor. She said that press coverage of the blunders made by a candidate she had endorsed was a violation of our freedom of the press. After over a year of leading the fight against government health care she admitted that she used to take her family into Canada to get treated. She said that Sputnik led to the bankrupting of the Soviet Union. She thought refudiate was a word and used it at least twice. She said we’ve got to stand with our North Korean allies. She said that Paul Revere was ringing bells and shooting guns while riding a horse. On her visit to New York she repeatedly called the Statue of Liberty the Statute of Liberty. She said that Great Van Susteren is the most influential journalist in the world. Specific enough for you?

Posted on June 14, 2011 at 4:07pmWhile I know very little about her climb to political power. After watching the republican debate, recognizing she was so adamant about her having had 5 children, and 23 fosterchildren. Question: How does she have the time to be a grandmother for ANY of the children she brought into this world. Much less the children she adopted? I am thinking that her idea of being “family familiar” is maybe… incorrect in my values. Sorry, a NO vote here.

Posted on June 14, 2011 at 4:52pmLet’s not forget about this either. Why would she even suggest taking benefits from military veterans? Why not cut welfare programs instead? Strong conservative values, a woman, respected worldwide. With Cain on the bottom of the ticket, a very smart business man, with some great ideas. As a bonus, for all the ill-informed Americans, Condi – Cain 2012. Say it a few times, catchy right? We would have two black conservatives with the USA’s best interest at heart. No media race card.
