It may be the most incredible trick shot video you‘ll ever see by someone you’ve probably never heard of.
Johnny McEntee is a third-string quarterback at the University of Connecticut. He rarely sees playing time. But after seeing the following video, some might wonder why.
McEntee created an almost five minute trick shot video this week featuring him opening doors from 20 yards away, “shooting” plates out of the air, and knocking pizza advertisements off a moving car, all with a football. He also completes passes blindfolded and snipes water bottles off a friends head.
According to all accounts (here, here, and here), the video is real:

6′3 223 I think he could handle his own in the NFL if regards to stature alone…
@broker0101
Report Post »Your first point of him curling up and wetting himself, may be right? I am pretty sure ALL rookies tend to do this. In almost all fields and professions you have to get over some level of fear to make it. But you must have natural talent to start, which I think he has (or at least the editor has a future in film). I would hope you would know something about this but I could be wrong….

Posted on February 10, 2011 at 12:07amThe only thing that can shake up the shots he’s taking would have to be some hot chick passing by in a semi-nude provocative pose, or a mangy bulldog like hefty defensive lineman looking out to lay him flat. Either way, once the helmut gets put on along with the shoulder pads, the balance and precision starts to change the equation. Now let’s see a video of him with the uniform on doing the same thing, with a babe and a pro lineman coming down on him. Which of the two will rattle him the most? My money’s on the lineman, whose money is already on her.
Report Post »Grandpa's Attic
Posted on February 10, 2011 at 12:53amPerhaps but IF he makes it to the NFL. I don’t think the semi-nude girls will get him (i don’t see him as a 2nd rate politician). In response to the the mangy lineman scenario, after being hit a few times should and would provide ample conditioning & should help him and not hurt him in the long run. I am sure he has taken a few crunches already and had his bell rang a few times.
Perhaps this is just his “15” mins. if so it was a good show for sure. Only time can tell where the young man lands kinda like the ball on roulette wheel.

Posted on February 10, 2011 at 2:17amYeah, that makes sense RANDYROCKER…Considering in most collegiate and pro football games you have a big lineman and a hot babe coming at you at the same time. Wow, your analytical skills on the position of quarterback are absolutely..INCREDIBLE.

Posted on February 9, 2011 at 11:35pmVery impressive. Just the one where he hit the goal cross bar and standards should, by all rights, put any doubt about his ability to be pretty consistent out of anyones mind. Seems like the real deal, even if some segments were cut or edited.

Posted on February 9, 2011 at 11:11pmIf this guy is hitting these things without editing, he has remarkable aim. I think he practiced with tennis balls. This is so true in the since that practice does indeed make perfect (or at least close to it) if he is tossing footballs he should try to throw a baseball from way outfield seats at Wrigley Stadium and have it land right on the plate. if he can do this after a Cubs Game that would be fantastic…

Posted on February 9, 2011 at 11:26pmHonor Roll Sociology major. Once he learns vision he will be golden. Got to get out there and throw those lasers and zingers for a good coach and he will be a starter for sure. Huskies are good, no doubt about that. Reminds me of Rudolph the Red-nose Reindeer. everybody laughed at his silly tricks until “that one eve, that Santa needed him” when his number was called and he performed like a champ…

Posted on February 10, 2011 at 12:13amThe problem with this QB is that, according to his coach, he is only sober during practice. UConn is petitioning the NCAA to see if they could play all their games on Fridays in the afternoon instead of Saturdays in the morning.
