Barney Frank Admits: ‘Let Me Own Up’ to the ‘Radical Homosexual Agenda’

Barney Frank isn’t holding anything back. Yesterday we brought you video of the Massachusetts Democrat calling it “discriminatory” if gays and straights weren’t allowed to shower together. Now, he’s saying he wants to “own up” to the “radical homosexual agenda.”

Franks comments came at an enrollment ceremony for the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” on Tuesday (transcript via CNSNews.com):

Four years ago, a Republican running for Congress in Indiana said don’t vote for his Democratic opponent because if he won, Nancy Pelosi would become speaker and she would let me enact the radical homosexual agenda.

So, let me own up to that agenda. It’s to be protected against violent crimes driven by bigotry. It’s to be able to get married. It’s to be able to get a job and it’s to be able to fight for our country. Hey, for those, for those who are worried about the radical homosexual agenda, let me put them on notice – two down, two to go. [Emphasis added]

They are such an infinitesimal fraction of the population [Thank you, Jesus] – how do we take our country back from these sick and wicked people?? Voting is all fine and nice; however it is the powerful that pull the strings [controlling those that get elected] while hiding in the shadows that concern me. Help!!

voting is the place, but having the balls to stand up to PC czars and say…NO. It is time for the lovers of “We the People” to stand up. People vote to have the representatives vote FOR them. Bad thing is…these progressive libs have got the government so damn big. Bring it down a few notches and have ONLY the elected officials have a true “say”. I personally do not care if one is gay. But there is no consitutional right to serve in the military. There are rules and regulations that have been put into place in order for the MISSION to come first. If you can not abide by those, then chose another profession. Sorry that you do not “qualify” as a military member. I don’t qualify as a Vogue model either but I am not screaming “discrimination”. I want to be a model! I want to have my photo taken and hair done and makeuped and airbrushed. I can do that. I want to do that dammit. I will VOLUNTEER to do it. You can pay me next to nothing…it is my hearts desire to give my life to Vogue as a model. ……I still don’t cut it, and Vogue will never take me. Discriminating indespicable people at Vogue…I am going to take this to the courts. I am gonna MAKE them give that job to me so I can FREELY volunteer for Vogue!! And who is to say that gays don’t have jobs? They don’t? How are they living GOD FORBID???

Hate crimes driven by bigotry? We ALL suffer from that in one way or another. Why should gays get something “Special”. Dang…take a look at the blaze’s front page and the muslim Evil Christmas. OH YEA…I am feelin’ the LOVE there! Sharia…that is all about NON-hate now isn’t it? SURE it is.

Marriage? UGH! Now this is where the gays are just screaming for stuff they don’t really want, but they “can’t” have it right now…so they are stomping to get it just to win.

It’s our fault for letting things get this bad. We out number them but we have let them take over and push their anti American values onto us and our kids. If you & I become active by joining our local school committee’s and helping local Republican/conservative’s become elected we can turn things around

Yes you are right–but look at the Power they have been given by the Democratic Party? Look at the power they have given the democratic Party in return. Like the Communist dialectic teaches a few small dedicated Party members can manage the transmission belts to Soviet Communist dictatorship. They control the Democratic Party– and now all of our government and by it they control you and me.
But power is a fickle bit— like voodoo it only works on those who believe in it and grant it power.

I need to find out where this Bawney Fwanks lives. So I can never make the mistake of moving there. Because you know that most of the state must think as he does. Never mind, I just won’t move to the state, and that ought to cover it. The gays always talk about discrimination against them. Well what about forcing us to accept them and their ways? Isn’t that reverse discrimination? Poor little Bawney didn’t have a father figure growing up, and his mother probably made him wear dresses on the weekends.

Yes, jobs for everyone! Now we should give jobs to homos because they’re homos. For God’s sake people. This is what we’ve come to in this country. As Andrew Wilkow would put it, “we’re giving people special treatment because they put their penis where another man evactuates his bowels”. We’re going to hell in a handbasket. I wander if the Muslims that our joke of a president caters to every chance he gets, will be so kind and accepting of homosexuals overseas. I’m sure, cause they’re such a peaceful religion. LMAO.

Here’s a thought: check boxes on employment applications for sexual prefference. Can you imagine the litigation? law suit after lawsuit. “I wasn’t hired ’cause I’m Gay”, “I didn’t get promoted, ’cause I’m gay.”
The gay population would increase exponentially due to the fact that (who can prove you are not?). In this economy, who wouldn’t check that box. In this litigeous society, that’s a genie best left in the bottle.

Assault? I’d call it freaking persecution. When you consider that certain other religions and groups are treated with the utmost respect while we are considered a terrorist organization that must be shut down (and all for dissenting against an oppressive regime—oh, wait, isn’t that what they said was patriotic back in 2003?), you know what I mean.

Um, so are we supposed to not allow equal rights to gay and lesbians individuals simply because it goes against your Christian values? If so, this country does indeed deserve to fall! Our founders were about EQUAL rights for ALL Americans. I am so sick of the religious right in this country trying to dictate the lives of all Americans. This is why I stopped attending church. You are all so self righteous and bigoted. I am a Christian and an American who believes that ALL Americans deserve equal rights and protections under the law! That is what a true Patriot stands for and believes in! We don’t discriminate based on what our religion or bible tells us. This is why there was to be no state church for this country! The founders didn’t want to be told what or how to believe nor make law with religious thought in mind.

      to JulesP1977:
Obviously, from my name you can tell I am a christian. This is not really about religion, but about LIFESTYLE! I don’t care what they do in their private live, however, forcing myself, my son or my husband to shower with them is violating my rights. Don’t I have a right not to be sexually insulted, if not physically, emotionally (which is what they are pushing for us non-gays, we can be charged a “hate” crime if we insult them), or verbally because I don’t follow their lifestyle? What they do in their bed room is their business, just like what I do is mine, but to FORCE me to shower with someone who likes females, while I don’t is like your comment of “I am so sick of the religious right in this country trying to dictate the lives of all Americans” The door swings both ways, I’m so sick of the G/L community trying to dictate how I live.

They got what they wanted, they repealed the DADT, why is it that they are now demanding to shower with everyone? Really? To me it just sounds like the G/L community wants to rub everyone‘s face in it who isn’t gay. Just like the 5 year old who has some ice cream while everyone else doesn’t – na na na na na na…. Most of those “bigoted” Americans you talk about would have a much better view on those G/L if they weren’t always trying to SHOVE it in their faces. (example: the gay pride parades – have you ever seen a straight parade?) It all comes down to tolerence, I understand there are those to the way right who are bigots, however, I would say 90% of the G/L folks are bigoted – if you aren’t one of them, they have NO tolerence!

This repeal of DADT has many ramifications for the soldiers in the field. Very damaging. Very complex. The last thing the soldiers need is to have to look over their shoulder while they are in the midst of war. I think in many ways, it’s actually worse for the gays to be out in the open in the military. But it’s very bad for straight men too.

That is because militant homosexuals like Barney who once given a place of power over others and feels safe to speak the truth will lay out what they really think and are really doing. It is not equal rights that they want, it is special rights over everyone else. In wanting to force straights to take showers with gays, it is just further proof of the special rights they crave and they do not care if straight people are not given an ounce of respect for our wishes. That is what happens when a group of people who feel they have been picked on their whole lives are given an inch of power over those they considered a part of the group that harrassed them growing up. The outcome is fairly easy to see.

They use political correctness as a weapon against those who are worried about how they are perceived by the world. Foe the rest of us they seek to use the picture they paint of us all as “nuts, rednecks, fringe lunatics, dangerous, non tolerant anti Americans.

Well the HELL with Franks and all the rest who want to instill their perverted sick values and beliefs on all the rest of us. When I use the slogan victory or death it means that if we do not soon get the victory over this current political state that it will be the death of American values that the great majority of us support……………….VICTORY OR DEATH

Don’t know if this is correct or not but what are we doing. This sounds like it is close.
GLBT (gay, lesbian or bisexual) 4,300,000 1.51 % as a percentage of total United States population.
Why are we even concerned other than let them do there own thing and not stopping them from pursuing happiness in the way they see fit. So we are passing special laws for 1.51% of the population.
Why are we treating a sexual orientation as something important. It Is Not.

Barny the Purple dinosaur on PBS is benign ,silly even. Barny Frank is an Enemy of my Country ,and our way of life. His relationship to the Housing crisis alone should have been an IMPEACHABLE offense. But there is No such thing as same sex marriage-it is fornication and adultery and contrary to

      They’re utterly despicable.

They deserve the fire of hell.

As long as WE THE PEOPLE continue to just talk about what is happening to the country and fail to stand up and takes action (reference the Founding Fathers 101), this will continue. Again…the individuals in Washington are no longer threatened by us. They have nothing to loose, because there is no visible threat to them or their actions. NOT EVEN AN ELECTION. The Progressives are emboldened like never before because they continue to win victory after victory after victory. And rest assured this will continue regardless of the any election. The power brokers behind the scenes have control of the government and if anyone in Congress or the Senate take a stand they will be crucified. Problem is we have no one in Washington with the character and conviction of the Founders. And that includes the band of new Republicans that will be arriving in January 2011. We the people of this country are the only one’s that can do this job. When the pain gets too great and we hate what is happening to the country more than we love our stuff and our cushy lifestyles and are willing to sacrifice our cushy lifestyles and all of our stuff (sacrifice is only sacrifice if it cost you something), then maybe…just maybe we will join together (not many but a few) and revolt. Until then stay tuned for the continued and systematic dismantling of the nation. Whether you want to admit it or not…the country we once knew if already gone. Note: At some point we will reach the point of no return where there is no getting the country back.

I am ok with allowing gays to serve openly in the military. I am ok with them getting married. After all, we have EQUAL rights in this country and are not supposed to treat some citizens as only second class ones. I am married and therefore am afforded many rights regarding my spouse. Why shouldn’t everyone be afforded those rights? I cannot stand Barney Frank, but I am with him on the right to marry and serve openly in the armed forces. I am sick of this country’s evangelical agenda taking over and speaking for all of us Christian conservatives. They do not speak for me. I have many gay and lesbian friends who are in life long committed relationships that are not allowed to marry because of some homophobic Christians in this country. I say EQUAL rights for ALL Americans. I don’t apologize that I truly love my country and the Constitution and do not discriminated based on what the bible tells me.

While this issue is of personal nature to me…..Why is sexual orientation so important? Why do we need another check box if you are gay or are straight? This is just another way to divide us. Why can we not just have the content of character be the most important qualification of a person instead of anything else? The individual matters above all else. That person’s actions/character should be the most important thing. There are “good” and “bad” people in each selected class, such as religion, race, disabled, age, or whatever other “class” you want to make up. There are gay people currently serving in the military, some that do their job great and while others are sub-par. It is like anything else, if you are bad at your job, you should be fired. We do not need any more laws or special rules….or other protected “classes”…..how about just returning to the content of character?

You people should be right on board! How could you even think of pretending to be small government people when you support government regulation of an individual‘s sexuality when it does not violate any one else’s rights?

It just goes to show how the people who claim they are principled really have absolutely no principles at all. In this exceptional America, we don‘t determine civil rights by whether we agree or disagree with someone’s lifestyle.

For everyone out there who is taking offense at putting homosexuals and pedophiles in the same category, the point here is how we treat them. Say about two to three decades ago homosexuals were viewed the same as pedophiles, and pedophiles were usually burned alive or lynched in similar fashion. Now the acceptance of homosexuality is forced on society, it is logic to anticipate that pedophilia will go through a similar process within the next few decades.

For evidence of this fact, I call into question

Exhibit A: Early European History, in which civilizations would engage in homosexual practices, and soon afterword would accept pedophilia as a common practice (see Athens and Rome)

Exhibit B: The recent incident of a man writing a “How to Guide” for pedophiles, and a major retailer, Amazon, making it available for purchase, even if for a short time.

While not the same in each case, the patterns are easy enough to follow. Unfortunately, in all cases, the pattern ends the same as well. And as was stated earlier, “the larger the wave, the greater the backlash” since our good friend Senator Frank has been so adamant about pushing the Radical Gay Agenda forward, something, or rather someone will push back. And just like the boy who cried wolf, I seriously doubt that many people will be rushing in to save them.

Sorry about the law speak, criminal law plays with your head so soon after finals.

First of all, the marrying animals argument is old and tired, and frankly just stupid. Animals cannot consent to marriage, and neither can young children (and that is why we call it the “age of consent”). However, an adult man or woman IS of the age of legal consent, and therefore should not be barred from exercising the rights available to others. Plain and simple. I guess I just don’t see how hard that is to understand….

Secondly, will you nutjobs please stop using the whole “we the people” bullpoop to attack a man who has been re-elected by the people of his district again and again. It is both stupid and pigheaded to constantly wave the banner of “we the people” while not-so-subtly claiming that you can teach “the people” who have elected someone that they don’t like what is good for them.

And please, anyone who responds to this e-mail with some pointless and vague attack on “********” (the famous “I know you are but what am I” response) should save us all the time of reading such drivel.
