Beck & Co-Hosts Mock Dick Lugar‘s ’5 Centuries‘ in Office and Suggest ’Cryogenic Machines’

By now, news has traveled that Indiana Republican Dick Lugar has, after nearly four decades, finally been ousted from his Senate seat (barring a run as an independent). The bitter fight was waged from members of his own party who instead championed State Treasurer Richard Mourdock. The Tea Party favorite will now take Lugar’s place in facing Democratic Rep. Joe Donnelly in the November general election. But while the veteran senator is now likely licking his wounds after last night’s GOP-led defeat, the lampooning, at least from Glenn beck and his co-hosts, is not quite over yet.
“Ooh, must hurt to be Senator Lugar today,” were the opening lines as Beck and his crew mocked Lugar’s “five centuries” in office.
Yes, “you really get stuff done in your fifth century in office,” Stu quipped.
After a hilarious tit-for-tat at the embattled Senator’s expense, Beck joked that we might want to consider putting politicians “on ventilators” to keep them going indefinitely, while Pat suggested that “cryogenic machines” might serve those purposes better.
“So once in a while we just roll them out of the freezer and we make them vote,” Beck laughed. “Just defrost them real quick, pop them in a microwave, have the labor union tell them how to vote and then freeze them up again.”
The conversation then turned to victor, Mourdock, who is being painted as “dangerously conservative” and “crazy” by the mainstream media.
It almost makes one feel bad for Dick Lugar. Watch Glenn, Pat and Stu go to town on the six-term senator:

It was pure joy for me to vote for Mourdock, a true constitutional conservative. Now all we need to do is vote the rest of the bums out in other states and get some term limit laws passed! The irony, having been voted out of office in Indiana, Lugar doesn’t even have to move out of his home to run as a Senator from a different state, BECAUSE HE HASN’T LIVED HERE FOR YEARS!

If it weren’t for my lousy math teacher in the fourth grade not doing a good job, then I would have vote Lugar out years ago. NO, it was my sociology teacher in the tenth grade, or my civics teacher in my 11th. Someone has to be blamed. We are all victims. Not responsible for our own actions.
The point is, we aren’t the only idiots to keep re-electing the problem. We are just one of the first ones to do something about it.

Yeah, you’re right… he will be missed. How is having a Democrat worse? Read 2084 the Search. We are losing our freedoms through constant regulations, and these regulations are going to come from international treaties which will be almost impossible to overturn past just breaking the treaty and daring the international community to declare war over it.

They supposedly want to even the playing field for everyone by attempting to eliminate religion, American superiority and wealth, just to name a few. And what do we get in exchange for getting rid of all that? Something has to take it’s place, right? If we aren’t living in the name any of those, we’re supposed to accept be ruled by intellect alone, and what more perfect candidate than a nerdy guy with no need to measure anything else.
